    Panang curry
    Chris O.

Ordered the tom yum soup with seafood, panang curry with chicken, and the drunken noodles with beef. The tom yum soup was my favorite, fresh ingredients and great flavor. The panang curry was great too, but the drunken noodles were more saucy than typical and both entrees were unusually spicy. Service was friendly and the space looked great, however I was not a fan of the high top tables. Prices were also high, especially for lunch when we visited.

Food was fresh and flavorful, interior is super cute, and playlist was fire. Service was fast and servers were very kind, especially Pitt!

Very good traditional Thai cuisine. As you might expect, this is a great choice for vegetarians. Their signature dish, the Dancing Crab is a delightful appetizer. My Green Curry was excellent, and the portion was large. They have a liquor license, so you can bring your own bottle for a $9 corkage. They also have Sake and Soju for two. The service is excellent. We told them our time constraints and they brought your food right away. Dining on the patio is a nice option, and I particularly like the Buddha fountain.

We went for dinner around 7pm yesterday and didn't have a reservation beforehand. There were a good amount of people already there. We didn't that a wait for a table for two. This spot is where the old Bridge Music Bar used to be. They revamped it and it's very cute inside. There's a large bar, several booths and tables, high tops, and a decently sized patio to sit. We ordered a couple of things to share and they came out quickly. I will say, we ordered a level 7 spice for our curry and pad see ew and I didn't feel like it was spicy at all so if you love spice, maybe go for a level 10. Other than that, everything was really good! I would come back.

Best Thai in East Liberty - so glad there's a location in the east end! Went for dinner with a friend on a Thursday evening. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and much more spacious than I was expecting. We were seated immediately and ordered drinks from their house cocktail menu - both were delish! Started with the an appetizer sampler (a featured special that night) which included Crab Rangoon, Potstickers, Shrimp Cakes, and Spring Rolls. All were super tasty and cooked well. The entrees well flavorful and fresh, with the right amount of spice. Can't wait to come back and try more of the menu!

I heard a few folks talking about the Dancing Crab and while I was biking Open Streets Pgh, I saw it and decided to stop in for lunch. I ordered to go because of timing issues by wish I sat inside because it was gorgeous in there. I sat at the bar to wait for my food and the employees were very friendly and conversational while I waited for my order- they also offered me water as it was a hot day which was nice. I ordered Pad See Ew chicken and Crab Rangoon. When I get Thai anywhere, I occasionally order Crab Rangoon. The one at Dancing Crab is unique in a good way; definitely seasoned definitely than other establishments as it wasn't too heavy on crab or too heavy on cream - it was a perfect balance. They included a soy sauce packet on the side for my pad see ew which I thought I didn't need but turns out I did need it as I think they didn't want to over do it especially on a take out order. My noodle dish with the soy sauce added was delicious. I liked the veggies in this order as they were nice and tender. I would definitely recommend this spot if you are in the area. Good food, and good service that's worth the visit.

    Khao soi

Khao soi reminded me of a dish I got in Cali. I think this was heavier on the coconut milk than that one. It tastes like a curry with rice noodles deep in the soup. The chicken on top was unexpected for me. I thought it would be pieces mixed in, but it was fried to a crispy perfection on top. I liked the crunch and texture contrast it provided with the rest of the meal. The crispy noodles up top tasted good too. The shape makes it kinda hard to eat lol, but very fun to break it up and soak it in the soup. Service was a bit slow because it looked like they had literally 2 people working the whole restaurant. They were physically running around so I cannot blame them for anything.

Food is delicious! Atmosphere is amazing! Bartenders are wonderful! And drinks are always great! It's kind of small but they do have a patio in the back decked out with pretty plants and flowers.

Stopped in for lunch. The food, drinks, service and decor are amazing. Highly recommend checking them out. I had green curry and it's authentic. I've been to a lot of Thai restaurants and they have some delicious Crab Rangoon. If you love a solid Mai Tai, they have it. I'm looking forward to drink more drinks and menu items. This place is a gem.

This spot is beautiful inside! I's tucked away on a side street in East liberty and has plenty of street parking available in front of the building. The service was very friendly. I started with crab Rangoons, which were delicious and five come in an order. I also had the chicken pad Thai and I was feeling adventurous and got a one spice level (haha) but didn't actually taste any spice. They offer spice levels on a scale from one to 10 so maybe next time I'll go a little higher, was just nervous to go too high. Overall everything was great up until the end when they cleared our dishes, we then waited 25 minutes for them to bring our bill. I'm not really sure why that happened. I will definitely visit here again and obviously order takeout for sure!

So glad we have a Thai spot in East Liberty now! The inside is newly renovated and beautiful. They have a good bar space. I think this place would be good for groups. The service was great, the staff was very attentive and just really funny and personable. The food was good too! I liked my massaman curry (it was really flavorful) and my friend liked their drunken noodles. The drunken noodles here are really good. I like that they are vegan friendly here since a lot of thai spots do use fish sauce.

The food was great. The service was OK. Went there on an early Sunday evening and the place was packed, but cleared out pretty quickly. Not too noisy, able to easily carry on a conversation at the table.

Great Food, great service & ambience to go for dinner! Went from 0-100 with customers and the service was still great. Food was hot and spiced well. They took over our top Thai place in the neighborhood. If you're on the fence of trying jump on over!

We had reservations for 5pm on Friday, but decided to sit in the bar area to experience the cool red lighting. We ordered a few different items: Oysters: these were great, easily some of the best oysters I've ever had in Pittsburgh. Not a single piece of shell found in any oyster. Super fresh. Great stuff. Scallop Crudo: probably my least favorite dish of the night, ate the whole thing but wouldn't be something I'd get again. Scallops were almost slightly (metallic?) in flavor. Steak tar tar: delish. Very fresh, surprisingly light in flavor. Paired great with the chips. Grilled cabbage Caesar: honestly my favorite dish of the evening. Flavors were perfect, texture was soft but crunchy. I was tempted to order more but had to restrain myself. Half roasted chicken with rhubarb: totally lived up to the hype. Chicken was perfectly cooked, loads of flavor. The creamy farmers cheese on the bottom paired great with the sweet/tartness of the rhubarb. Easily the best chicken dish I've ever had. Rye shortbread: this was our dessert. Greatly enjoyed this. Flavors mingled perfectly. Overall, great experience. Service is top notch. Drinks were good and we were even given free champagne since we were celebrating. Can't wait to come back again. (Apologies for the bad pictures, the red lighting in not camera friendly)

Chef Drew's consistency deserves its flowers because it's rare to find a place that delivers that level of care every time you walk through the doors. And no-I wasn't invited. I just genuinely believe in spending my own money at places I enjoy because that's what keeps this industry going around. The spots that make people feel something deserve people showing back up for them. The chicken parm will neverrrrr not get ordered at this point and I truly don't think I've ever left without a full belly and leftovers I was excited about later. Huge thank you as well for the duck dish and champagne that somehow made an already good night feel even better. Also starting a little series on the people I share meals with because food's always been tied to connection for me. This dinner was with Ashley ( @burghgourmetgirl ) -someone I met when I first started putting everything I had into content creation. She's quiet but confident in a way that makes people naturally gravitate toward her. And once you really get to know her, you won't stop laughing. She works hard, plays even harder, has seen more of the world than most people ever will, and somehow still stays one of the most genuine people I know. Pittsburgh's lucky to have her, but I have a feeling she leaves a little piece of herself everywhere she goes.

After fifteen minutes we had to leave our table to get the requested cream for our coffee. The Chicken Parm which was highly touted by previous reviews was certainly plate filling but the taste of the pomodoro sauce and cheese blend was a failure. Took half home but now wonder why. I guess because of the money I had invested in it. There are too many really great places to dine in western Pennsylvania. Suggest you find one of those. Note: "A 3% operating fee applied to all checks." Wouldn't it be better to increase your food prices to offset the rising costs of operations rather than to add this on without prior notice?

No issues with service and the appetizers were fine (Brussels were fantastic, others were decent). But for my main course I ordered the special, which was gnocchi. The portion was generous which was great, but the gnocchi just wasn't cooked right. Each bite would stick inside my mouth and I had a tough time scraping the dough residue out of the inside of my mouth at times. I've ordered gnocchi many times and never once had this experience at a restaurant. I DID have a similar experience when I tried making it at home, hence why I like to instead order it out and expect it to be cooked correctly. The "house made marinara" was okay, but a little bland and watery so it wasn't enough to save the dish for me. Perhaps it was just an off night or off dish, so given the other high ratings I wouldn't necessarily write this place off, but I was certainly expecting more for a place like this. Maybe skip the gnocchi if you go here.
