Pretty good Thai food. Quick service, lunch special price you can't beat. Bathroom in basement is a bit creepy but you can't win them all. Pumpkin curry: good spice flavor, lots of coconut milk broth, slightly on the thinner side but tasty. Came with a generous portion of tofu. Panang curry: overall good. Nothing in particular stood out. Rice was cooked perfectly. Pad won sen: got chicken, it was overcooked and therefore tough. The sauce (and prob same for a pad Thai) had a very strong tomato flavor which we didn't prefer but if that how you like you pad Thai then you'd be pleased.

Don't have to break the bank with this Thai restaurant! Spring rolls were bomb dot com! I also got pad see yew which was good. The tofu was cut long and thin which was interesting. I got take out and would do it again.

pretty good thai food in squirrel hill!! highly recommend coming for their $9 lunch special. i think for the portion size and quality of food, it is really worth $9!

It doesn't look like very much when you are walking by, we were the only people in the restaurant, but the food was absolutely phenomenal! We started with the Chicken Satay which was served with a nice peanut sauce that accompanied it very well! This was very flavorful and set up a delicious meal to come. I ordered the Pad Cashew Nuts Noodles at a spice level 8 and my mom had the Pad Thai at a spice level 3. Both portions were generous and the food was so tasty! I had never had the Pad Cashew Nuts Noodles before, but it was recommended to be by the waitress and she was spot on! The different textures between the cashews and the egg noodles, the spices, and the mixture of vegetables really set me up for an amazing experience. The Pad Thai was also very delicious! I definitely recommend going here for some authentic thai food! We also were quickly to learn that there are a TON of people that do take out from here, as there was a swarm of people walking in and out of the restaurant!

As always great food, I recommend their duck dish- they are very soft not rubbery taste as ducks usually do. Staffs are very kind and if the weather is nice, you can ask to sit outside. You can bring your own drinks as well!

It was okay. No ambiance. Music too loud. Extra ingredients (baby corn - why???) included that weren't listed on the menu. And when I ordered, the unfriendly and smelly (cleaning products? Lotion?) waitstaff tried to get me to order something else, saying repeatedly, you want this instead, right? It was a bit weird. It just didn't taste amazing at all, like Thai food usually tastes. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing and should've gone with her suggestion after all.

Tried via promo on UberEats. It came fast, warm, and was good. I liked that I could delegate gluten free on my order. And the portion size was great!

I honestly wasn't impressed. Having tried many Thai restaurants around the Pittsburgh area, I saw Thai and Noodle Outlet specialized in noodles and seemed to be a good potential dinner spot for me. They had some interesting menu items, but I went with a classic Pad Thai with chicken. If you do not like sweet Pad Thai, do not order from here or make sure to select a very spicy heat level! It is very sweet, and I am saying this as someone who prefers sweet Pad Thai. It was almost too sweet for even me, but it was still alright. When you first pick it up, you see the red hue to the noodles, and it threw me off. There is a somewhat weird ketchup aftertaste to it. Not a huge fan. Portions are okay. Not to big, most can finish in one sitting, but enough to make you full. Prices are appealing, but places in Edgewood/Swissvale offer even cheaper prices for a similar portion and much better quality. The chicken was pretty tasty and well cooked. They added enough sauce to the dish, which I can appreciate. I would have liked more peanuts or a stronger peanutty flavor (they just sprinkle a tad bit on top, that's the extent of the peanut flavor). They are also conservative with their use of bean sprouts. All in all, not my favorite Thai place in the city. I'll want to try other Thai spots around it. Be warned that the Pad Thai is very sweet, and has a strange ketchup flavor.

appetizers: spring roll, crab rangoon, wings, chicken satay.

first time going here got the pad see ew and it was the best pad see ew ive ever had and ive gone to multiple places. it was smokey and spicy and had so much more depth than other places.

Both delicious. The 17 ingredient salad is highly recommended and we could tell why. So refreshing and flavorful. It was fun finding all of the 17 ingredients. For our entrees I got the crispy shrimp and my boyfriend got the khao soi. Both left us craving more the whole drive home. Staff were so pleasant and happy to answer any questions. Beautiful restaurant, indoor and outdoor. I think next time we visit, we will have a later reservation outside to enjoy the greenery. Make a reservation at least a month in advance!! If not, there are some bar seats available but make sure to get there early.

Finally, I was determined and I booked out probably 2 1/2 months in advance.... And ended up going in the dead of winter. I know that I would've enjoyed my experience much more if we could've sat in the garden, that's probably an excellent vibe. I'm a spicy marg lover so I tried-new person same old mistakes-it didn't really strike me as spicy but more so smoky and I wanted spicy. We did the khao yum-it was unique, I think I would really have loved this. If it was hot out it seems like it would be very refreshing and light and more ideal for the spring and summer and like I said we went in the dead of winter. I did the beef tenderloin as my main and it was good, it wasn't too spicy, had a nice flavor, but I don't know that I would order it again. If it wasn't so hard to get a reservation, I would definitely come here more. I really liked the vibe and the aesthetic.

The service was really good as well. For an appetizer we got the crab rangoon and omg they were amazing. They're small and light and crispy, perfect for sharing! It is really good but quite expensive. I got to try their chicken satay, Tom kha soup, pad see ew with tofu, and Thai custard. Now, the Tom kha soup I didn't have very much of, but it was decent. Lots of coconut milk to balance the spice (not too spicy at all), but I'm just not really used to this flavor. The chicken satay, though, was really good. Very lean chicken grilled perfectly with a nice sauce. Definitely recommend. As for the mains, the pad see ew was also very tasty. Quite noodle heavy here, which I don't mind. The vegetables are fresh, and the tofu was nicely cooked. Definitely recommend as well. Finally, the Thai custard. It was also excellent. Interestingly, there's a hint of chocolate as well or something of the sort besides just coconut milk. But still, very good, very creamy, and just a nice dessert. All in all, I really like this spot. They have awesome outdoor seating if you are able to catch it (indoors is great too with all the nice paintings and such but more crowded). Portions are big, but the prices are pretty high as well. Still, I'd recommend.
