Then immediately hang up while inserting my call back into the HOLD queue. They will do this for 40+ minutes. I got frustrated with this on April 28th; drove to the location; stood in line while my call was ON HOLD. Then while in line for 10 minutes, I watched the staff ignore my call while re-inserting my call that is ON HOLD back into the queue. This is customer abuse.

To make things even better, they offer same day delivery! Today I needed a couple days worth of a medication due to another pharmacy (not Q-Bit) not being able to deliver my prescription on time. Q-Bit is my default pharmacy, so my doctor's office sent the prescription right to them. They weren't able to fill it as they had to close early because of a staff emergency. The person I spoke with was able to transfer the prescription to a 24 hour pharmacy. She even went out of her way to text me 30 minutes later to make sure the pharmacy received the prescription! I have always had 10/10 service from Q-Bit. They can usually fill prescriptions quickly and always communicate promptly. So difficult to manage your prescriptions. We sadly moved from CVS to Costco pharmacy because prescription was slightly cheaper but now have to go back to CVS.
