I never thought I'd write a review for a CVS, but was very happy about my experience here…read more First of all, this store is always deserted so you never need to wait in line for the knick knacks that you quickly need to grab, be it over the counter medicines, birthday cards, or photo prints. I printed a bunch of wedding photos because CVS had free 8x10s advertised online. When I first printed my 4x6s, the quality came out poorly. I talked to Scott and he helped me reprint everything (he even continued to reprint photos that were blurry until it came out really nicely.) The quality looks great considering how dirt cheap the photos are, especially compared to Shutterfly/Mpix etc. It was also nice to get them instantly vs waiting a couple weeks as people in the office wanted to see some prints. TL;DR - there's never any lines and the team was really helpful!

When I went to this CVS today to exchange the ankle brace for the same ankle brace in a larger size with my receipt, the cashier refused to process my exchange. He said the store policy is to refuse exchanges and make the customer get a refund on the item they don't want and re-purchase the same item instead which makes no sense. He also admitted he doesn't know how to do an exchange. I explained to the cashier that I purchased the original item with a $2 off CVS coupon which means I would have to purchase the same item in a larger size for full price; meaning I would lose my $2 off CVS coupon. The cashier didn't care and made me refund my item and re-purchase it in a larger size for full price. When I looked at my receipt, it showed that I was over charged by $1. When I took a picture of the original price on the shelf and showed it to the cashier, he was reluctant to give me a $1 refund but finally gave me $1 from the cash register. This made no sense since I paid for my item with credit card, so the refund should have been with credit. Refunding with cash instead of credit means their money count will be off when they count the money at the end of the day. When I got home, I looked at the CVS website and found their exchange policy which states you can return new merchandise within 60 days if you have a receipt. When I called CVS to speak to a manager, the same cashier told me the manager was out on leave and he was the interim manager. When I told him about the CVS exchange policy which he initially denied existed, he still insisted that their store policy is to refuse exchanges. This cashier needs to be retrained! Making up false policies because you are too lazy and incompetent to make the effort to do your job properly is really bad customer service. I won't return to this CVS again. It's a shame since the store is nice with lots of great inventory.

This location is very convenient to get to as it is in a walkable area. The pharmacy can get packed…read moreduring rush hour but during the day or later evening it is easy to pick up quickly. I love that they are open late and open sundays as well as the fact that they have a drive through. The pharmacists are always accommodating and will work with you in case you have any special requests. The retail section is stocked well.

The pharmacy staff are very helpful, the pricing is good, and if you only have a few items, you can even check out in the pharmacy, making a small amount of shopping possible without standing again in the main lines. That said, even when Costco is crowded, we can check out there w/a basket full of stuff faster than you can grab a bundle of onions at the Midtown Safeway. (What's up with that store? Poor selection may be explainable by their smaller size, but why is the line ALWAYS so slow!? I divert.) The Costco pharmacy can even text you when your prescription is ready. Enjoy a snack (during some hours), browse the store, or just run up the score on your Fitbit while you wait. Costco is great for everything, including the pharmacy and surrounding drugstore style products. One caution. Check out their Sunday hours and they may be closed during lunch. Call ahead.

Verified that they had it in stock was able to locate it immediately. They shave a small section near the front of the store. The aisle were very organized and very friendly people. It's been a while since I've shopped at Walgreens and didn't know to get the sale price I had to be a rewards member. The cashier upfront was able to help me get signed up so I can the promotional rate for the items I was purchasing.

I want to give a shout out to the awesome pharmacy team for consistently excellent customer service. They always process my prescriptions quickly and accurately with a smile and friendly greeting. One time, they helped me a lot when I showed up to pick up a prescription that my doctor forgot to send to CVS. They took the time to listen and empathize with my frustration and advised me to call the doctor's office to ask if the prescription could be sent to CVS. Another time, they helped me tweak a prescription for fluoride toothpaste that was burning my mouth since it had sulfates, so the pharmacist gave me prescription strength fluoride tooth paste that was sulfate free which worked great!
