Costco pharmacy is horrible!! Prescriptions are always out of stock. We have to wait wait wait. The Costco Pharmacy function within Costco app is also so bad . So difficult to manage your prescriptions. We sadly moved from CVS to Costco pharmacy because prescription was slightly cheaper but now have to go back to CVS. read more

Costco is the only pharmacy carrying Novovax ( Covid Vaccine). They get 4 stars because I had to walk so far indoors amongst the unmasked masses. However, the injection room had a Hepa filter with far UVC, the pharmacist was wearing a KN95 and there was a plexiglass screen between her and me while giving the injection. Like all of Costco, the pharmacy doesn't let you down. The main clerk seems to be there whenever they are open and he's lovely. (I apologize for not having his name!) The pharmacy staff are very helpful, the pricing is good, and if you only have a few items, you can even check out in the pharmacy, making a small amount of shopping possible without standing again in the main lines. That said, even when Costco is crowded, we can check out there w/a basket full of stuff faster than you can grab a bundle of onions at the Midtown Safeway. (What's up with that store? Poor selection may be explainable by their smaller size, but why is the line ALWAYS so slow!? I divert.) The Costco pharmacy can even text you when your prescription is ready. Enjoy a snack (during some hours), browse the store, or just run up the score on your Fitbit while you wait. Costco is great for everything, including the pharmacy and surrounding drugstore style products. One caution. Check out their Sunday hours and they may be closed during lunch. Call ahead. read more

Slow service. Can't seem to transfer a simple prescription from another pharmacy and fill it. Went back multiple times and still could not pick up my prescription. Seems to have very confusing processes and had a hard time explaining them to me. Guy at pick-up counter is not helpful and very dismissive. I finally gave up and went back to CVS. read more

Costco is famous in selling at cheapest price large quantities of all sort of merchandise electronics tv kitchen equipments washers and driers Cars eye glasses prescription over the counter medicines clothings fruits meat fish water etc . I am a member since at least 20 years very nice and very organized Staff. We buy large quantities at cheaper price and keep it for home use for day a month. Get premium membership and u get at end of your year bonus money. I highly recommend them read more

I have only used the pharmacy once, but the service was exceptional. My vet called in a prescription that they did not have in stock. The pharmacist was very helpful in finding the medicine at another Costco pharmacy. The prescription was called over and I was able to pick it up easily. read more

Watch these guy very, very carefully!! I run a little special needs/hospice rescue, and I wanted to fill a veterinary prescription for insulin Lantus for a diabetic foster cat. They're really big on veterinary prescriptions, so what better place, right? Lantus starts to degrade after 30 days, so no Lantus prescription should be more than a month's worth. What do they do? They insisted that they couldn't possibly break down a 10-mL bottle (FIVE months' worth) and basically told me that I either needed to buy the whole bottle ($350) and discard 80% of it, or go elsewhere. This is totally unacceptable, and certainly a deviation from the feel-good messaging that their PR folks put about what a great employer they are and how much they **care** about the "whole person" (including our pets). The pharmacist sure didn't care. I guess extortion is part of the "unwritten" rules in the Pharmacy? Anyway, unless you're buying your insulin in bulk (a family plan where everyone shares the same Rx before it expires, maybe?), stay away. Just. Stay. Away. read more

weekday 3:05pm: walked in 3:10pm: talk to clerks about flu shots, asked to fill out paper at pres. drop off 3:13pm: handed papers back to clerk 3:15pm: after being explained by new vaccination state record policy, asked to wait by pres. pick up 3:16pm: leisurely took my time to use the restroom 3:17pm: even fixed my hair a lil in the mirror 3:18pm: sat down and began phone browsing 3:35pm: was running out of stuff to browse 3:48pm: got called back to ring up for shot 3:50pm: paid and receipt received, asked to wait inside 3:51pm: quietly placed the phone on sleep mode as I politely waited for pharmacist 4:00pm: picked up the phone again and started browsing again 4:03pm: realize it's the same shit I had browsed already, opened a game 4:17pm: 4 boss fights later, began to doze off in the serene room 4:25pm: walked back outside to check on the clerk who was shooting the shit with the clerk next to him, and totally went "oh shit" cuz he clearly had forgotten about me. Clerk rushed to get my shot applied, no words were exchanged between me and said clerk. He knew he done effed up. 4:28pm: pharmacist rushed in seemingly knowing that they made me wait for no reason, proceeded to rush and administer the shot. He didn't apologize, but rather cared more about whether his clerk had followed procedure and told me about the state vaccination registry. Eff your registry and your procedure, I thought. 4:28:01pm: quick, hard poke with no finesse and was done 4:30pm: finally out the door seriously? a flu shot for almost 1.5 hour on a non-peak, weekday afternoon? not to mention this was one of the most painful flu shot i had ever taken, and I NEVER complain about any shots. 4* for politeness of just the pres. drop off lady, 1* for service overall. read more

Hard to deal with the hours due to the fact that they close for lunch inconsistently. Most recently picked up my prescriptions and learned they changed the prices. After providing my bin and rx numbers they reverted to the correct price, but it was inconvenient and I easily could have accepted their lame explanation and been overcharged. The worst thing is that they only provided 60 pills for a 90 pill prescription. How does THAT happen????? Maybe that's how they keep their prices low... read more
