7/11 is pretty great. Something that flies under the radar is that they have fantastic, cheap coffee. Taquitos and hot dogs are pretty decent too. I'd give them five stars except some of their deals require you getting their app, which I've had extensive technical difficulties with, and their tech support has been entirely useless. If you like energy drinks, be sure to try Bang. The brand hasn't been around super long, and I'm always excited to try one of their many flavors at 7/11. read more

They only had one size of cups and the cashier did not let us know that the cup that was available cost money until our cups were filled and at the register. Complete bs. Before Jamba Juice, Frappacinos, and McDonalds Milkshakes, I always drank Slurpees! Every hot summer I would get on my bike with about $1.75 in quarters in my pocket shorts and make my way to 7-11. It was enough for one comic book and 55 cent slurpees. And yes.... I drank all the flavors until brain freeze hit. So today my co worker and I ventured to our local 7-11 and raided our child hood treat. Shockingly rude people working there. I walked to my local 7-11 to pick up some milk, bread, and other essentials around 9PM. As I approached the front door, some guy was leaning against the wall smoking a cigarette near the front door. As I passed him, he blew smoke right in my face. I assumed he was some vagrant hanging out in front of 7-11. As I started to pull the front door open, the guy barked at me "WAIT!". I ignored him and continued to open the door and he stepped towards me and yelled at me to wait pointing his cigarette in my face. I responded with "What?" He got in my face and yelled a bunch of things I could not understand because of his accent. At this point I am confused, who is this guy? does he work here? I continued to walk in the store and he came at me, so I ran off. I watched from the distance; he went in and stood behind the counter. This guy actually works there. okay I have a lot to say about this place, which is awful and has gone way downhill. The previous owners used to run ti well. They provided basics like condiments ie pickles and sold basics like half and half, This place is run by a couple who act like are entitled as they are very rude and unhelpful and unfriendly to customers. They usually look angry and when you try and talk to them and be cordial, they are sour! One day I made some purchases and decided I didnt want to buy it all there and asked to return while still at the store, I was told that I purposefully bought it all so I could just return it and touch it !! LOL These people are mind readers? I mean who does that? I have better things to do then to go into a store and do something so lame as buy some items just so I can go into the line and return them since I have nothing else better to do!! LOL what a ridiculous and unfounded statement !! These owners also hire people that don't speak English and in turn put us, the customers in a bad and frustrating situation: we can't communicate with the worker since they can't therefore can't get the help or service which is basic to any business. I have to resort to hand gestures and a game of dictionary to get what I want. Other customers have been asked to write down what they need !!! I have seen it and seen the total frustration of other customers who can't get what they need without having to go through major pains!! I let the owners know my frustration and was rudely told that I should work there since I spoke English !! Really ?? How rude and out of line is that?? These people are not grateful to be have a business as they treat their customers with disdain and spite! Avoid this place at all costs!! I will not return and often have to mingle with very shady looking people who frequent that place. after spending lots of money there, one day I needed a couple of the tiny cream cups that you get free when you buy coffee. The worker there told me: wait I need to ask my boss!! LOL then both owners came out and was told no. My friend who often goes in there says the place has really gone down hill. It used to be better when there where different owners. I can go on and on. I never feel welcomed or comfortable there. I am made to feel like I am bothering them bu shopping there. Its awful and really not worth it! I can go on... I have asked the worker behind the counter questions about different items in the store and since they often don't speak English, I cannot get what I need!!! Love a slurpee on a hot day, every time I go, more flavors, this place had 6 slurpee flavors. 28oz for $1.50. Not fun waiting after a family of 6, with 4 kids choosing and filling their own cups, the mess they leave is like a tsunami hit the slurpee area. read more
