The flavors are bold, creative, and perfectly balanced, and the quality is immediately obvious from the very first bite. I don't say this lightly--I formerly owned a frozen yogurt shop, and these flavors are better than even my own creations. That's how good this place is. The texture, the depth of flavor, and the consistency across offerings are exceptional. The Screamery truly deserves awards for what they're doing. You can request a new scoop, but that doesn't really help all the times they already used a glutenous scoop in an ice cream thats gluten free. Easy fix would be to put all gf flavors together, and keep a scoop with them... but they haven't gotten there yet. Most places, you can request fresh scoops from new containers... but here, they want you to call ahead to do that..... and while that might work for most, we usually spur of the moment ice cream people. My family still goes here without me, but I no longer buy large containers to take home. I am not sensitive to cross contamination, but here, I have been getting sick consistently so I just stopped going.

So for those who pay attention to such things, take note! The order I received was a a medium vanilla shake and a cup of gummy bears. They said it was very chaotic in there (and aren't prone to exaggerate). As I am sick I cannot go in to get my cup, nor can I call, because I cannot speak. There is also not a way to resolve the issue on the app. If I am able to go in this weekend I will update. It was a major bummer though. I worked there when I was a teen and loved the place. I didn't feel well, so forgot to take a photo. So sorry. The cup of gummy bears was humorous despite my disappointment about my coloring changing cup meant to bring me some silly joy while feeling under the weather. UPDAE - It's the following night. I am still ill, but since I was out with my teens they offered to go in and let the employees know the problem and show them my order and try to grab the cup since it was on the way home. We pulled up 10 minutes before closing and the employees seemed to physically notice us, have a conversation about it (my daughter thought she read their lips talking about how many of us there were), and then turned off the lights. So... that was lovely. My sister also said that when she was in last night something seemed off, that it was messy, and she had concerns that employees may have even been on drugs.
