To the women who worked yesterday December 17th,2025 night shift. I placed my order at 8:30pm 30 min before closing. The address of 98 W River Rd Ste 150 Tucson, AZ 85704 United States I came in and the women was already looking at me with a very rude face, I said hello she rolled her eyes at me. Making me already question if she did anything wrong with my food. I said "thank you" and she keeps looking at me with a rude face. I ignored the situation. Get home. To see she crushed the hell out of my chips also made my sandwich soggy. Today I went to a different location!!! Vivian took my order and I have never ate here before but wanted to try it because so many people say it's delicious, and as I was telling VIVIAN what I wanted she wasn't helpful nor did she listen as I was saying what I wanted and didn't want on my sandwich I'm picky so I didn't want veggies on the #26 she got really upset and mad and said well we're going to have to remake that now very rushed and angry . Jersey Mike's Subs is so much better than Subway. Subway may have more topping options, but the flavor is where it's at. Jersey Mike's taste fresher. I've always been pleased with an JM Sub. Prices are in line with the going rate. This new location is on the smallish size, but not too bad. Seems like they like to expand in places that are cozy and limited in parking, like their E. Grant location. Employees seem nice and enthusiastic. Their opening helped the Boys & Girls Club of Tucson, so I'm down with that. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Tucson-top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. I made a big order last Friday for the business I work for. It was 23 sandwiches, mostly cold and a few hot. I arrived a few minutes early to pick them up, and the order wasn't completed yet. It wasn't a big deal. The manager and the other workers were super sweet and apologetic. They were busy putting the order together, so I just sat down and waited. It only took a few minutes for them to finish it up. I just wanted to mention this, because they were so nice and super professional. They even offered to help me carry my order out to my car. They were all young ladies, and I wish I had gotten their names, because they were so nice. read more

Fresh food, great customer service, chill vibes considering the busy location. Something I appreciated was how clean not only the restaurant was but how well the team seemed to work together, it was a well-oiled machine behind the counter, and I appreciated the efficiency. The 7315 N Oracle Location in Tucson has a manager, I believe her name is Billie and she is exceptional. I'm not sure where this woman was found but I hope you appreciate her because I would love to steal her. The food was, as always delicious, which I believe is the standard of Jersey Mike's but what made this experience for me so special was just the kindness and efficiency of the staff, the atmosphere that had been created by the manager, and just feeling like I was welcome to hang out as long as I wanted, no matter how busy the location was. Billie made me feel like I was the priority, not the other customers, and I think she was making the other customers feel the same way. It was an overall fantastic experience and I'm glad I stopped back in. read more

They do not cook the grilled chicken for the hot sandwiches. We got raw chicken. My husband called the store only to be hung up on. Nothing done. Corporate has been notified and sent a coupon for a new meal. Not satisfied. We won't go back especially to this location. This is the 3rd time we have had this happen to us. What did the day manager say when she answered the phone? This has happened to quite a few people. Well do something about it!! My nephews love Jersey Mike's. I don't know why. Subway does a better job in my opinion. If you want a really good sub sandwich and live near a Quizno's, go there. Far better quality, and worth the price upgrade for a truly good sub. read more

I normally don't do a review for places that I have only had delivery or pick up because its not the whole experience, but they have earned it. The last few months I have gotten pick up/delivery at least 5 times. I will tell you that I am that picky customer about my sandwiches. I don't like mayo or cheese, so I have to always type in the specific requests, and my wife is no different. This shop 100% of the time gets our orders right! Not even joking to the T every time. That in my book is worth 5 stars cause a lot of places can't seem to get it right at all. So thank you to this location for setting an amazing standard of how it should be. read more

Just another third rate sub shop. If I'm in this kind of mood again I'll just "eat fresh."

I love this place. Until yesterday. I ordered the roast beef and provolone and it had so much vinegar on it I couldn't eat it. It was swimming in it. I order here a lot because I live across the street. This really upset me. The last 2 sandwiches I had gotten from here were the best ever. I don't know what happened. read more

This was my First time at Jersey Mikes subs. I bought sandwiches for my family and myself. They all were so fresh and mouth watering good! The man working the grill has AMAZING customer service which made my experience so much better. The place is spotlessly clean and we were in and out.
