I placed my first online order last night. I asked someone to grab it for me and gave them the order number. I had ordered a medium vanilla shake and the color changing gummi bear cup. The order I received was a a medium vanilla shake and a cup of gummy bears. They said it was very chaotic in there (and aren't prone to exaggerate). As I am sick I cannot go in to get my cup, nor can I call, because I cannot speak. There is also not a way to resolve the issue on the app. If I am able to go in this weekend I will update. It was a major bummer though. I worked there when I was a teen and loved the place. I didn't feel well, so forgot to take a photo. So sorry. The cup of gummy bears was humorous despite my disappointment about my coloring changing cup meant to bring me some silly joy while feeling under the weather. UPDAE - It's the following night. I am still ill, but since I was out with my teens they offered to go in and let the employees know the problem and show them my order and try to grab the cup since it was on the way home. We pulled up 10 minutes before closing and the employees seemed to physically notice us, have a conversation about it (my daughter thought she read their lips talking about how many of us there were), and then turned off the lights. So... that was lovely. My sister also said that when she was in last night something seemed off, that it was messy, and she had concerns that employees may have even been on drugs. She doesn't exaggerate, so... that also explains why she was quick to get out and not double check on my order... I'm real sad about this situation... It says one price on the board but we were charged something different We asked why the difference & the girl just said prices went up when the minimum wage went up but management never update the board, only changed the price in the register! Off the top--one of the best ice creams you can get. Service is good and friendly. I'm concerned that sometimes only one employee, a girl, a 14-year-old girl (!) is working by herself late at night. Safety issue. Apparently the owner doesn't care much about the safety issue nor the illegality of hiring an under aged minor. Store is not dirty, but doesn't give the impression of a 5-star clean store, either. But it is good. Seating capacity is pretty much standard for a BR31, which translates to "not a whole lot". About typical for most ice cream places like Cold Stone. Parking could be better. Limited number of spaces attached to this building. OK, now let's talk ice cream. I like to get pre-packed quarts because it is cheaper than buying it on a cone. Not only that, but you get a deal on two quarts and at some BR31's a deal on four quarts. (But not at this one.) Baskin Robbins puts more cream content in their ice cream than most, that's why it is rich. Their flavors are some of the best. In my opinion, BR31 has the best mint chocolate chip on the planet. As is their peanut butter n' chocolate, pralines and cream, almond mocha fudge, rocky road (sorry Dreyer's!), chocolate fudge, and Baseball Nut. Items on their extended menu like drinks and sundaes are incredible. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Tucson-top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Today at 4:42pm my daughter went in to place our order while my husband was searching for his wallet. We come here so often that 1 of the younger girls has memorized our order 2 kids scoops with whip cream and a small chocolate shake. My husband finds his wallet and walks into the store I see my daughter face and she looks upset. The elderly lady working said I can't do 2 kids scoops or add whip cream. He then asked why she says I would have to charge you for a Sunday. He told her we come here all the time and do it they have never told us anything before she says I can't press a button for just whip cream. Long story short we went right down the street to DQ of course it's soft serve and not scooped but they did it with no issues. With the influx of frozen yogurt places, it's nice to have a traditional ice cream shop still around. Yeah, there are local shops around too, but none have the amount of flavors that Baskin-Robbins has. (And their mint chip is like the best ever!). And Baskin-Robbins is way more affordable. The ice cream is consistent and always tasty. The shop employees have always been nice and friendly. They give as many samples as you like. The shop is always clean. They have an ok selection of pre-packaged cakes and ice creams. I wish there were a few more tables, but that's about my only gripe about the store itself. I'm not a huge fan of the parking lot, but it's not horrible. read more

I ordered a mango sorbet from them online, only to be contacted by the driver and told that the item was not available. Not that they were out, that the item wasn't available at all. Whoa shocking experience, filthy to say the least. Floors, tables, even glass to see the ice cream was dirty. I have never seen this location like this. Not even close to basic standards. Tried to ignore the looks and then ordered single scoop of pralines and cream and it was melted and small, the young man tried but horrible experience. read more

I am a super fan of ice cream, and of 31 flavors in general. Sometimes, there is nothing better to fix a bad day than a 2-scoop sundae. Unfortunately, the service at this location is more likely to cause a bad day (or wreck a lovely Mother's Day) than to fix one. This review is a comparison to all the other Baskin Robbins that are around Tucson... and this place definitely deserved a "1 star" based on my experience the other night. For starters, the facility itself is small and has not been well maintained. It gives off a "dirty" vibe, the chairs were filthy, tables unwiped, and it was small and cramped. We came in yesterday evening (Sunday) for a little treat after our Mother's Day dinner. Boy, we should have gone to DQ instead. While not terribly busy, it still gave off the impression of disorganization and chaos. But that at most is only half the reason to this one star rating. The customer service here was the absolute pits. If you are the owner here, please feel free to contact me directly and I'll help you identify the employee. She was just so grumpy, I felt bad even asking for service. I greeted her warmly, and she rolled her eyes at me! I gave her my order, and she only filled the scoops up half way and tried to hand it back to me. I repeated that it was a sundae, and I recieved another eye roll. I asked for the usual toppings, with lots of hot fudge. She looked me square in the eye and did a half-a-pump. Square in the eye. Geez. I tried to warm her up with a little extra kindness... perhaps other customers were giving her a hard time? I asked how her day was going, and she responded "s&%&ty". Right in front of my kid. So... yeah. WOW. If you're craving BR, there's a lovely one on Wrightstown and Pantano. And there's a DQ at Broadway and Sarnoff. While my other half is a fan of Coldstone I've grown tired of the over priced icecream and was at a point I'd eat my bowl dissatisfied by the end. I found my love, again, for Baskin Robbins and visit this location on a monthly basis. It is always clean and well staffed. I am TERRIBLE with choices and the staff are always great to me, letting me take 10 min to make a choice whole sampling half the options. Upon entering the cashier was clearly not in a good mood. She was pretty rude. She never smiled and seemed annoyed when we asked for samples. We only asked for two samples. The worst part was her hygiene. Her shirt was filthy and her hair was a mess. As she was passing me the samples, her nails were FILTHY! It was DISGUSTING. The hands clearly hadn't been washed and there was visible dirt incrusted into all her fingernails. It grossed me out and then she was the same person to handle the money and I never witnessed he wash her hands afterwards. They had 3 people behind the counter and it was super busy yet they worked fast and very helpful. I couldn't decide on which cake to order so they went in the back to show me what they had there as well. I decided on 2 cakes so everyone has a choice. They were just so great here!!!! Great service. Friendly staff. Loved the pre-packed selection. Did not give five stars because the store really needs a deep cleaning and some remodeling. Would be an inviting place to drink coffee or sip a shake with friends but since it is on such a busy intersection it needs more remodeling inside and out so clients can have a quiet green space to relax. read more

Had a pretty disappointing experience tonight at this Baskin Robbins. When my family and I came in, one of the two people working in the front of the store completely ignored us for almost 15 minutes. One was on his Apple iPod air pros talking to someone, and told us he was not able to help us as he pulled ice cream from the freezer and very angrily was putting ice cream into the freezers while slamming the glass. The ice cream canisters were full but apparently this needed to be done instead of helping the multiple family line that had formed at this point. As we waited for our turn to be served, the other worker did not return from the back. A third worker was behind the front and also did not come out to help. For being the first in line in a long formed line at this point we waited almost 17 minutes to get our ice cream. Very disappointing experience with no apology made at all for the extremely long, unnecessary wait. Will not come again. read more

I have been going to this location on a month for my entire life. I love BR but tonight was not acceptable. For the past 3 years, I have ordered the same thing. 3regular scoops of ice cream with a single scoop cup filled with their sweet icing from the ice cream cakes. For 3 years, I have been charged $1 for the icing. Tonight, I was given barely half a scoop for the same price. When I asked to speak with the person in charge to discern the discrepancy, they initially refused. Finally, a girl emerged from the back and said there was "nothing she could do" I made her call the manager (whom I later found out was the owner) and he told he to charge me $10 for frosting! Then he refused to speak to me when I requested it. Very sad because I have enjoyed my treat up until tonight. I guess all my business will go to the Screamery down the road from now on. read more
