This is hands-down the best yogurt spot in town. While the prices are on the higher side, the quality absolutely justifies the cost. I've visited this particular location countless times over the years, and it consistently delivers a satisfying experience. The staff are always warm and welcoming--never rude, which makes every visit pleasant. That said, the serving sizes can be a bit inconsistent, whether you're ordering in a cup or take-home container. It's a minor hiccup in an otherwise stellar operation. One thing I do wish they'd improve is the seating situation. During peak hours, it's nearly impossible to find a place to sit and enjoy your treat. Expanding the seating area would make a huge difference, especially for families and groups. If you're in the area during summer or looking for a post-dinner dessert, this place is a must-visit. My go-to flavors are pomegranate and original--both lean toward the tart side, which I love. The original has a slightly sweeter profile compared to the pomegranate, and they're fantastic either solo or swirled together. I usually top mine with fresh fruit and chocolate crisps for that perfect balance of tangy and sweet. read more

I've been here three times since it's the only frozen yogurt spot reasonably close to my home. And every single time, I am disappointed. Every single time when we pull up, there are no employees to be seen in the front of house. They do come out after you walk in, but it's clear neither are highly motivated to work and are slovenly in appearance. The store routinely has dirty floors and the the last two times, the table inside needs to be wiped down. This time there was food scattered between all of the topping containers - every other frozen yogurt store I have frequented over the last two decades ensures that this is tidy between customers. Additionally, many of the toppings were down to nothing at only 745p. The yogurt is good, but pricey.... If I was the owner of the store, I would be appalled at the low standard these employees keep for the store. read more

It's been a good 6 months since I last frequented this Pinkberry. I was shocked with the quality of the yogurt! It tasted like a watered-down version of the real thing. The flavors were muted & the vanilla and chocolate hazelnut flavor was non-existent. The texture was not creamy but instead wattery. Has Pinkberry changed their recipe to save money? I will be hard pressed to return. read more

I called to make an order with Uber eats and asked if z was she could put some of the ingredients on the side and she said yes and I don't have to worry about freezing my mouth and I am just really grateful. Pinkberry is easily my favorite dessert spot in Tucson. I don't live very close to it but I go at least once a week! Quality yogurt with rotating flavors (6 at a time usually consisting of original, pomegranate, chocolate hazelnut, and strawberry) and wonderful variety of toppings. The milk chocolate crunch is my go-to. Fresh fruit, sweet, and savory options, as well. They have smoothies too but I have never tried them (not personally big on smoothies but I'm sure they're delicious). This establishment is already clean and staff are always friendly and consistent. I go in all the time and am very pleased with each experience here. Price is slightly higher than other yogurt places that charge by the ounce but the quality of the yogurt and toppings is incomparable and worth it. They also have a rewards program so every 10 yogurts you get one free! A small yogurt with toppings is usually around $5. I usually get to-go containers that keep well in the freezer- worth it! read more

My issue is with the treatment of the staff. My wife came in, ordered, payed and tipped however when I asked to use the bathroom was told it was being "used" even though the place was empty. After waiting I checked and it was unattended. It just seemed rude and like they didn't want me there. read more

Pinkberry might be my favorite froyo chain. I love their vegan-friendly coconut milk coconut flavor. It's so creamy, light, and utterly delicious. This location had friendly employees when I visited, and they seemed dedicated to having at least one non-dairy flavor every day. On my last visit they were out of the coconut milk coconut but they had coconut milk strawberry, so I tried that. It was equally amazing! when I first walked in, I wasn't greeted at all. The restaurant is filthy despite no customers other than my group. When we sat to eat, workers hid in the back. Workers were not friendly at all, no patience despite us making it clear we hadn't been and were looking . Food itself is fine. read more

went in today and sat in empty lobby for over 5 minutes waiting they two ladies finally came out and didn't even say hello or sorry for the wait or anything just what can o get you and had attitudes. I asked who the manager was so I can get a name and the manager was the one there!!!! they were rude and disgusting and thank god a new location is opening up next to my house so I don't have to see their poorly faces ever again. the 2 were def related. horrible customer service will not come back to those one. they didn't even swirl my ice cream right lazy bitches. read more

This is top quality yogurt, no added colors and super fresh taste. I had a medium with two flavors, tart and the tropical swirl which was a subtle mix of pineapple, coconut and some other fruit. The medium was a good size for me; however, they are a bit more expensive than some other places for the amount of yogurt you get, but the quality makes up for it. This is our second time going to Pink Berry and I've gotta say, it's not my Absolute favorite. We love going to frozen yogurt where you get to choose your toppings and put them on yourself. This store is right near my house so I took my toddlers there for a treat. The frozen yogurt was okay but the strawberry topping was mushy and tasted like old strawberries. I stopped eating them and pushed them to the side. There was only one young man behind the counter and he looked to be the only one working. He was very nice and accommodating. I could hear two ladies in the back chatting loudly but neither came out from the back. The biggest disappointment was the actual store. It was filthy. Dust and dirt and who knows what around the cash registers, toppings everywhere, dirty tables that hadn't been wiped down and absolutely filthy white chairs. I started to look around and realized there are tons of dead bugs between the plexiglass design and the walls by the lights and grime and dirt everywhere. Not a very appealing place to feel like eating frozen yogurt. At a total of $27 with tip for three SMALL frozen yogurts, this was beyond disappointing. read more

You'd think right after the holidays you'd expect people to come in with gift cards, which I did only to be told once my order has been made and handed to me that they can't accept them right now. Put a sign up or say something. That was fucking embarrassing at no fault of my own. I didn't come in to pay cash that defeats having a gift card. Had a very poor experience here. One worker was okay, but the female was not kind and very hasty with the topping. Got 4 gummy bears (like actually 4) and got charged 2.50 extra for toppings. Absolutely absurd, when I asked if she could check the back for more since I paid for them she didn't. Then I asked the other worker if he could and he said they were frozen and couldn't give them. Not happy at all, also place is a disaster not an once of cleaning is being done. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!!! read more

I've been to a lot of frozen yogurt places but this was my first Pinkberry experience. I think I waited so long because I'm not usually impressed by the large national chains. But I was so pleasantly surprised! This is not a self serve froyo place which, in some ways, is a bummer. I prefer making my own to control the portions and create the perfect topping to yogurt ratio. But having a professional make your dessert also has its perks. It's way more hygienic. No dirty, sticky hands grabbing toppings and dispenser handles. No fear of double dippers sampling different flavors. The end product at Pinkberry also looks so much nicer than I could ever make it look. Definitely instagram worthy. The yogurt flavors are limited. There are 3 machines with 2 flavors each. So 6 individual flavors or 3 swirled combos. You can pick a flavor or a swirl. The base is creamy, tart, and just the right amount of sweetness. All the flavors I sampled had great flavor and consistency. No broken down machines that pour out a soupy mess here! They even have a dairy free option (coconut when I went) which was spot on. It would've been awesome if it shared a machine with another dairy free flavor, but I'm thankful for just the one. You can pick as many toppings as will fit in the cup on the rim of the froyo. A few of them are extra, but there are plenty of included ones to choose from. Last but not least, the service is excellent! I was immediately greeted and walked through the options and procedure. I do wish there was more seating. Outside seating would be a major plus, too. All in all, 5 stars for a friendly, clean, delicious experience! read more

I visited with a friend this afternoon. The gentleman who was working gave us an immediate and friendly greeting. I appreciated that he offered samples. I ordered the strawberry shortcake and my friend ordered the dairy free coconut with pineapples, walnuts, and chocolate chips. The medium sizes were quite large. In addition, there were enough toppings! Often times, you have a ton of ice cream or yogurt left after eating the toppings; this time, it wasn't the case. I'll definitely go back when I'm in the area! There are plenty of options to keep me coming back. read more

I went to Pinkberry on a whim and it was the best impulse decision I've made in a long time. To be honest, it wasn't my first choice for frozen yogurt and I decided to try it just because of its convenient location. I was pleasantly surprised and definitely have a reason to come back! I'm deducting a star in my review because they have a limited number of flavors. However, it was a delight to see non-dairy coconut as an option. I sampled several flavors and couldn't decide between the coconut and strawberry kiki. I asked a staff member for her favorite flavor and she recommended to swirl the coconut and strawberry kiwi. They are a prefect compliment and a winning combination. Who would have thought?! The frozen yogurt is light yet fulfilling and adds subtle but satisfying flavor. My favorite place for dessert! I go here every weekend and am addicted. I love their original tart flavor, all their fresh tasting fruit, and their soft mochi! They serve your yogurt for you which helps keep everything clean, but can make serving sizes be inconsistent. They also open until pretty late (about 11pm), which is unexpected but much appreciated since we often go during the night. read more

Came here Saturday night got half original and pomegranate. Asked for mochi topping and strawberries, worker replied we're out of those toppings. So just got the froyo no toppings. Another guest after me asked for those topping he another employee gave them after I was denied. Not sure what's going on at this place but very bad customer service. read more

Greeted with an empty shop, two employees that hid in the back were nice but the shop was dirty. I got chocolate with cinnamon crumble, the topping was so stale it felt like I was chewing rocks. I wouldn't recommend this place for the price I paid. read more

This place is amazing! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and friendly workers. I was offered samples of flavors that I normally would NOT try but, ended up loving the flavors. Then, to top it off, was asked to try the sample with what the employees recommended for a topping and let's just say, it was awesome! Great customer service! The owner was there and very talkative and spoke with all the customers and thanked them for coming by. He went above and beyond to make things right! The store itself was new construction, clean and well taken care of. You could tell the owner took pride in his business. I will be coming back. I haven't had Pink Berry in 3 years, since I moved to Tucson from SoCal. When I heard it was opened here I was stoked. I came in on opening day and the manager and the staff were awesome! Even though they were still cleaning the area around they were pleasant, accommodating and still provided us with as much samples as we wanted. My all-time favorite has got to be the original tart with mochi/toasted almonds/strawberries-mango toppings. My girlfriend and I have been here, at least, 4 days this week already and have tried almost all of their flavors! I can't say that there isn't a flavor that I don't like! The texture and flavors of their yogurt/soft serve is addicting! I haven't tried their smoothies yet but I'm excited to order one of them next time! 5-Stars for the awesome service and delicious yogurts/soft serve!!! read more

The yogurt itself is nice and smooth and creamy. My objection is the price. The young woman working at the store on the day I went was very nice and she allowed me to sample a few flavors before I settled on the chocolate hazelnut. The flavor was milder than I would like but I knew I could add chocolate sauce. The yogurt alone is nearly $1 per ounce: the small is 5 ounces and it is priced at $4.29, unless you want toppings. Then it's about a dollar more and you can get as much toppings as you want as long as they fit in the bowl. Because the small bowl is tiny, I opted for the medium, because I like a lot of crunchy stuff in my yogurt. So I added cookies and cream crumbles and the syrup on it. Sadly, the cookies and cream are not even real Oreos. They were just some blah chocolate cookie. All together it was just shy of $7. For that kind of money I can make a HUGE yogurt at another shop and layer the toppings on my own, the way I like. read more

Easy fix would be to put all gf flavors together, and keep a scoop with them... but they haven't gotten there yet. Most places, you can request fresh scoops from new containers... but here, they want you to call ahead to do that..... and while that might work for most, we usually spur of the moment ice cream people. My family still goes here without me, but I no longer buy large containers to take home. I am not sensitive to cross contamination, but here, I have been getting sick consistently so I just stopped going.

There are many flavor options and even a couple of non-dairy choices. The service is a bit hit-or-miss, and really just depends on the staff there at the time as well as the specific location. Beyond the regular cones and cups they also have some options such as the flight, nachos, and the banana split. They also specific which flavors have gluten. They used to advertise that their dairy came from grass-fed cows, but that stopped a few years ago so I'm guessing that is no longer the case. While that's what caught my attention and actually got me in the door, I've stayed a customer because they do mention that their dairy comes from cows that have not been given antibiotics or hormones. So for those who pay attention to such things, take note! This locations is pretty small but I do like that they have just a couple of outdoor tables with chairs so that I can sit outside when it's nice weather.

Limited number of spaces attached to this building. OK, now let's talk ice cream. I like to get pre-packed quarts because it is cheaper than buying it on a cone. Not only that, but you get a deal on two quarts and at some BR31's a deal on four quarts. (But not at this one.) Baskin Robbins puts more cream content in their ice cream than most, that's why it is rich. Their flavors are some of the best. In my opinion, BR31 has the best mint chocolate chip on the planet. As is their peanut butter n' chocolate, pralines and cream, almond mocha fudge, rocky road (sorry Dreyer's!), chocolate fudge, and Baseball Nut. Items on their extended menu like drinks and sundaes are incredible. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Tucson-top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind.
