This is conveniently located right next to a panda express, Safeway, and Walgreens, and Ace. They have curbside delivery now for covid, so just order online and they'll deliver it to you. Wheel chair accessible as well. I always get a chocolate dipped waffle cone with sweet cream and strawberries but also tried the cherry vanilla yogurt this time and it's pretty good. One of our favorite treats - their mix in combos are vast (including nuts, cakes, candies, fruits, and cookies) and there are more than 15 types of ice creams to serve as the foundation (including salted caramel, cotton candy, oatmeal cookie, coffee, and dark chocolate). So why only 4-stars? Their prices for small/medium cups or cones is high and their ice cream cake prices (pushing $40) are the highest of any. Consistency is also a problem. Sometimes we get outstanding (cheerful) service And large servings. But other times, even after tipping in advance (mobile orders for example) will leave the cup barely 3/4 full or the mix-ins poorly stirred throughout the ice cream. I love this location. Close to my house and not very busy. Sunday's are our family treat day but every now and then when we need an extra we randomly pop in. Always a friendly staff, facility is clean, always room to sit. Parking is plentiful and in a well established shopping area. Always something different to be had. Combination of flavors are pretty good. I would like a little more special ice creams introduced. I almost get the same thing with variations. i went to cold stone yesterday for my daughter's bday. i bought a cake and there was some red-looking weird stuff in the middle of the cake and the cake was not made like it normally is. i called the store and spoke to one of the workers to let them know, as we did not feel safe eating the cake. a girl named samantha answered, and after i explained the issue, she then called me 5 times asking me about the cake and if i had any pictures. she basically called me a liar. omg, the cake cost $30, with what i dealt with, with her, you would have thought the cake cost thousands of dollars. i'm dealing with cancer and do not need anyone saying i'm a liar!! smh shame on this worker and for the store to hire such a rude person!!! location in tucson, az tanque verde rd. read more

Today, August 1st, is the first day of school and this location was very busy with after school kids and parents. The girl working today (around 2:45pm) was incredible! She never appeared overwhelmed, she did an amazing job. I know I totally would have been overwhelmed! I would definitely recommend more employees for special days like these! We were in town for a wedding and stopped by this Coldstone location for a late Saturday night treat. The ice cream was what you can expect from Coldstone, delicious and creamy and rich and hand-mixed to perfection! It's fun to watch them fold the ingredients into the ice cream on the frozen marble slabs. It's almost like Chipotle for ice cream. So, one star because I love Coldstone and was not disappointed by what I got here. What I WAS severely disgruntled by was the way the manager/owner treated the employee who was assisting us. I don't normally complain about service, but I think people who are servers/waitresses/hostesses, etc. deserve people standing up for them. It was late at night, we were the only people there, and there was only one employee working. She was friendly; we chatted with her and found out she was pretty new to the job. Then the manager came out. She completely berated the girl for what a mess she made with the ice cream getting on the outside of the cup. She had given us a little too much ice cream for the size we got, and so we jokingly said, "Thanks so much for some extra, free ice cream!" And the manager looked at us and said, "Are you teaching my new employee to have bad habits?" (Awkward turtle) In teaching her how to use the gift card option on the register, she talked as if the girl was in kindergarten and not in high school. I was pleasantly surprised by my visit to Coldstone. I only went because I have a gift card and we were literally passing by one. I've never really liked Coldstone before and I think I've been... once. The young man that was working was very helpful and professional. After trying a few flavors I went with the marshmallow... it was like eating cold marshmallow fluff. Amazing. I was looking at the prices thinking its pretty expensive but we both got smalls, I got a mix-in and the fiance got a waffle bowl and the total was less than it usually is for the two of us getting gelato or froyo so I guess I can't complain. I'd still prefer gelato or froyo but it was nice to have a giftcard to try something new. I think we'll use the rest of the gift card to try their smoothies next time. read more

Went in looking for dairy free options and decided on the watermelon sorbet. We asked the scooper for chocolate sprinkles knowing they were fine with our allergy. When she handed us the finished cup we took a few bites and realized there were chocolate shavings which are NOT dairy free. I immediately turned around and left, she then proceeded to celebrate I had left and she didn't have to work anymore.
