My husband and I shared the Frost Loop rolled ice cream and it was such a fun treat! It had crushed Froot Loops mixed in, more on top, a strawberry wafer, and a light drizzle of strawberry syrup. The texture was creamy with a light crunch, similar to the milk after a bowl of Froot Loops. It was sweet enough to feel special without being too sugary. One cup was perfect for us to share after a lazy summer Sunday. The price was fair for rolled ice cream at $8 and about ten with a twenty five percent tip. The portion was generous and easy to share, which makes it a great value. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming. It was our first visit and we enjoyed chatting with him. He is from Korea and has had his shop for about six years, and his kindness made us even happier to support a local business. There is plenty of seating and the menu has lots of fun options for anyone stopping in for a treat. customer service was so amazing!! i have been to nearly every froyo place in and around tucson and can say this is by far the best i've found! there's around 6-9 flavor options but every topping you can think of!!!! the shop was much cleaner than all other froyo places i've been to here, with plenty of seating and we will definitely make the 30 minute drive just to come back here! prices were much more reasonable we paid around $15 for the two cups and even got some drinks on the house! i think the gentleman working might've been the owner he was so welcoming and appreciative even though we went around 30 minutes before closing the people in front of us even accidentally spilled something on the counter and when they asked for napkins he insisted he would clean it himself without a single frown or fault in his smile. overall was an amazing experience, definitely worth a try!! read more

Stopped by to get the kids a treat on the way home, and could not understand how this place is still in business. When we walked in, the owner sat inside near the door with his laptop and a fan blowing on him. The lights were off, and the A/C was either off or barely on since it was quite warm. We were extremely disappointed with our experience at this ice cream shop. We asked for sample cups but were instead directed to use regular cups and "just use a spoon." After seeing the quality of the ice cream and its high price, we decided it wasn't worth it. We had only a small amount of ice cream in our cups and told the owner that it wasn't to our liking, so we wanted to throw it away. He stared at us without saying anything. Trying to be polite, we offered to pay for what we had sampled. But instead of a calm conversation, the owner became aggressive and started ranting about how disrespectful our comment was. He said he was "sad" about it. I apologized again and reiterated that I was willing to pay for the small amount in my cup--2.4 ounces at $0.74 per ounce, which came out to $2.47. I paid, and we calmly left, planning to move on with our day. While sitting in our car outside, searching for another ice cream shop nearby, we noticed the owner watching us through the window. We didn't engage, but he suddenly stormed outside, took a picture of our license plate and car, and walked away. I asked why he took the photo, and he shifted his tone, saying he didn't want us to leave a negative review and offered to delete the picture if we agreed not to write one. I told him I had no interest in writing a review or worrying about the photo. He then became more aggressive--blocking my car door from closing and demanding again that I not leave a review. At this point, I firmly asked him to move away from my vehicle. Instead, he got closer, prompting me to raise my voice. He only backed off after I shut the door and prepared to leave. The place looks great, fun chairs, regular tables, and some family friendly decorations on the wall give a great ambiance. We went here after dinner the other night and the overall experience was very disappointing. The Froyo flavors were not very great and the texture was not up to par like some other Froyo places we have been to. The worker that was there was not very friendly and when we asked about some suggestions on what to get they were very short with us and not very helpful. The store was overall very clean which was nice but due to the quality of frozen yogurt and the not so great interaction with the worker on staff, I am not sure I would recommend this place or come back again. read more

The froyo tasted ok, they don't have the original flavor. My review is because I was cheated and overcharged. We went to check out and my froyo should have been 6 ounces at 0.69 cents an ounce. Which is around $4. He charged me $6 for my froyo AND an extra charge for toppings. Then he charged me an extra two dollars for my boyfriends froyo. I asked him why he over charged me and he basically pretended that was the price. I don't appreciate the up charge and dishonesty. And the fact that I was charged for a cup and a spoon? Who charges for utensils? This is just so shady and dishonest. In total I paid $14 for a small one flavor froyo and one rolled ice. And they tasted ok, nothing special. The flavors themselves tasted off for some reason. I won't be returning due to dishonest practices and taking advantage of customers. Next time someone asks for a receipt you are required by law to provide it. read more

The pineapple flavor was fresh and maybe tastes like Dole whip (I've never had it). I mixed it with the strawberry which tasted just like a strawberry milkshake. Naturally you have to sample all the flavors though! The cake batter flavor was overly synthesized so just skip that one. The horchata was amazing! Horchata is typically a rice milk drink with sugar and cinnamon and that is what this froyo flavor resembled. Let's talk toppings: plenty of fresh fruit, nuts, candy, and sauces, But the real winner is the strawberry popping jelly bobas. I am confused by the good reviews of this frozen yogurt place! My boyfriend and I were looking for a froyo place in the area and went here solely based on reviews. When we got there the first things we noticed were a completely different name and a sign saying "under new management". Those should have been red flags but we decided to go in anyways. The place was completely empty and the front door was propped wide open. The owner, an older Asian gentleman, was sitting there on his laptop with his back turned to the door. Very uninviting and just plain weird. We walked in and the owner asked us what we wanted. And then he asked if we wanted rollies. We had no idea what rollies are but we said we wanted frozen yogurt. He pointed us to some Styrofoam cups on the counter and over to the froyo machines on the side. I have never seen Styrofoam cups in a froyo place before. And the yogurt machines were kind of a joke! Most of them were missing (turned the other way) and some of the dispensers didn't work. In total there were about 4 flavor choices which was pretty pitiful. The toppings choices, however, were plentiful. Lots of options to choose from, which is the reason for the two stars. Once we got everything and went back to the car to eat, I noticed a weird taste. New ownership bad news! Went today for chocolate roll ups , the chocolate ice cream was bad it smelled and tasted sour . I politely told the owner about it , he grabbed my icecream and ate it almost entirely saying it wasnt bad. I stopped by today after lunch for the first time and I really liked the variety for the self-serve yogurt. I tried chocolate and it tasted kinda odd so that's why I didn't put 5 stars. But I liked the frosted flakes, it didn't sound that appetizing but it was surprisingly good. Super excited to see a Froyo place so close to home! HOWEVER- It was super hot inside (eventho it's winter I was still uncomfortable). I got 4 cups to take home to family and they DON'T HAVE LIDS. Seriously. So I asked the kid behind the counter if they had a box or something and he looked at me like I asked him to carry them home for me. We just stopped by since they switched over to the new name and management. Glad they kept the fun decor. We all got frozen yogurt with toppings. I really wanted chocolate (my #1 choice always) but it tasted funny, too bitter and a weird after taste:-(So I tried the cookies n cream. My kids got Cake batter and vanilla and liked it. The choice of toppings is great and pretty much the same. My main complaint is that the whole dining room/building was so hot!! We came to cool down and we were sweating while eating our ice cream! We want to try the rollies sometime soon. We will be back and hopefully be able to get chocolate next time:-) read more
