This is the best smash burger I've had in quite awhile! Who would have thought it'd come from Culver's?! The staff is friendly and the dining area clean and organized. My choice of cheeseburger had American cheese melted gloriously over two smashed burger patties with a nice crispy edge. My side of Fried Cheese Curds was a perfect compliment to the burger. I will most definitely return next time I'm in the mood for another of their mouth watering burgers! read more

Food is freshly cooked and prepared with your choices (lettuce, tomato, etc.) My DC loves the walleye pike featured during Lent before Easter. I enjoyed diet root beer--something not found in many fast-food stores. Kid friendly but not cheesy kiddie. Friendly staff who are interested in welcoming guests. Disabled-friendly with blue spaces near the door. Every time we drive by the store, there are several vehicles in the drive-thru lanes. Good food, great service, nice ambience. read more

I absolutely hated my experience, I ordered a 4pc chicken tender meal. The chicken was not done and some pieces were very chewy. So I stopped while I was head, but it was already too late and the damage was done a couple of hours I would say around 3am I woke up out of my sleep with a fever and a stomach ache, and I immediately knew it was the Chicken tenders. So I went to the bathroom feeling nauseous, while sitting on the toilet I remembered that my friend said that she got food poisoning from their chicken a couple of years ago. After a while nothing happened so I eventually left the bathroom and went back to sleep. I woke up thirty minutes later. And vomited all over my carpet. Around 8am this morning the same situation happened. This is totally unacceptable as a food establishment. Please if you decide to eat hear at your own risk. read more

12.30.24 I've passed Culver's on many occasions but just never stopped. After doing some grocery shopping with my oldest daughter, she suggested we stop there for lunch. She was surprised that one never eaten here before. We ordered on the drive thru. Lot was clean and building still looks new. Our order taker was so understanding and patient as I took way too long to order. We ended up just getting sandwiches. Grilled Chicken Deluxe on Sourdough ($6.00). Crispy Chicken Deluxe add bacon and mayo($7.69). Cod Filet sandwich with Tartar on the side($7.69). $26.70 total. I get home. Food is still warm. John's and Shay's food looked like the menu board picture. My Cod Filet sandwich looked nothing like the picture. Instead of a full COD portion, it looked like a filet strip. I had more bread than COD. We sat and ate. Enjoying our sandwiches. Next time, I'll try something different but make sure that I check my bag before leaving the restaurant. read more

Kid friendly! This has been a regular spot for me and my "littles ". The kids are chicken tender crazy and they really enjoy the kid's meal. The chicken is hot and fresh and the french fries are crispy and delicious. We do opt for the apple sauce instead of french fries for my youngest little (13 months). The staff are always friendly. Ms. Ann takes care of the dining room and is always helpful. This is appreciated when dealing with kids 5 & under. There's plenty of room for my group. Just got home from Culver's, we had 2 double butter burger, 1 with fries, 1 with onion rings. The food was great, arrived quick and hot! When we took our baskets off the tray, we had an extra double burger, I checked the receipt and we were charged for an extra burger. I stopped Robert as he was delivering a meal, I asked him to stop by after. He promptly returned and I explained the situation. He was perfect in his response, he apologized, said he would get our refund, and told us to enjoy the extra burger! Robert is an AMAZING employee and an asset to the restaurant. . read more

They bring your food to your table and also ask if they can get anything else for you. It's served quickly and while the food is still hot. The owners seem to really care about the customers. Culver's isn't my thing- lets just start with that. BUT- John, my other half, LOVES Culver's. So- when we were a couple blocks away car shopping and we wanted a small bite- I suggested going here for him. I am still shocked he didn't get a concrete! Instead he just got a bacon cheeseburger and fries. I opted for the cheese curds and a kids andes mint custard concoction they had advertised. Burger- now John said it was a butter burger, but it was slippery it was so buttered. Fries- ok, nothing to get excited about. Cheese curds- meh, I love cheese curds and this was definitely the fast food version of them. Andes Mint custard- was very tasty- but there was big chunks of chocolate shell (the hardening kind you top ice cream with). Like I started this review with- Culver's really isn't my thing, but it was clean, service was pretty quick and my other half loves it. read more

Excellent Frozen Custard, and one of the cleanest counter-service fast food restaurants I have ever seen!! I don't how old this location is but everything from the pavement outside to the interior looks to be only a year old at best. The staff was super friendly and informative, and every table and counter looks spotless. There was even a vase of fake flowers in the men's bathroom next to the sink of all places! Prices are extremely reasonable, and they had a 15% military discount on top of that! They have Frozen Custard, kind of like ice cream only better for the uninitiated, available in vanilla, chocolate, and the flavor of the day. Today's flavor of the day was a fudge caramel with cookie dough and was outstanding. We all enjoyed our ice cream milkshakes and floats. One of our members also said the burger and fries were excellent. Overall a surprisingly great place for counter-service and fast food. You order at the counter, they give you a number, and then one of their friendly staff brings it to your table. I think this will be put into regular rotation for whenever We crave some excellent soft serve. read more

The vanilla shake was great, the fries were crispy and really good but the double bacon burger is really overrated, over priced and over cooked. The first burger was missing the bacon and they gladly prepared another burger It was also dry and overcooked. I guess if they are going for a smash burger it was smashed. The service is good but the " butter burger" not really. The place is very expensive, $30 for 2 burgers at a fast food place is, well, not worth it. Been there done that not going back. read more

This Texas girl tried her first Culver's burger today. Went through the drive-thru. Ordered, paid, sticker placed on side mirror and asked to pull forward and wait. Waited almost 10 minutes, there were 5 cars ahead of us. French fries were good while they were hot (yes, we ate some on our way home ;-)) Once we were home the fries had cooled a bit and no longer crispy :( Patty Melt burger (cheddar cheese and chunks of red onion) was okay. Burger patties had the taste and texture of ground beef patties. Walleye fish sandwich was good. No fishy taste, which was surprising! An actual filet of walleye (not processed fish meal compressed into a patty.) Overall I'd say better than McD, but not as good as Whataburger (gotta stay true to my roots ;-)) read more

Wow! After reading some reviews I was a little hesitant but I love food and I literally been waiting for Culver's to open up. After looking at the menu I was lost! There's so many great options. The young man at the registeron on January 28th around 4:15pm "CODY" took my order. He was super kind, patience, and guided me thru the menu. He also recommended me to try the bacon deluxe. I've also added the cheese curd and a oreo mint milkshake that he suggested to my order. Oh my! Food was amazing and fresh! I'm definitely coming back. Also, thank you to Laurie for bringing the food out and being very sweet and offering me if there's anything else she can get me. The service is excellent! I understand this is a new establishment and they're trying to get things figured out. My wait time was typically of any other fast food place. Overall experience was great and I'll definitely be back. Keep up the good work!! read more

Unfortunately I had a horrible pickup experience at Culver's tonight. My boyfriend ordered curbside pickup and I stopped to pickup on my way home. An employee came to my car and asked for the order name twice. After waiting 30 minutes my boyfriend received a message from the restaurant that said our food was waiting for us. I finally flagged down an employee who was bringing someone else food and asked to have my order checked on. After waiting 35 minutes my cold food was brought to my car without my drinks. Took any other 5 minutes for a 3rd employee to come back with my drinks. So 40 minutes of waiting for an order and that was placed ahead of time and a bag of cold food. Excellent service and very fresh tasty food here. We had tried the butter burger last time and it was delicious. We decided to try the fish sandwich this time and a sundae to share. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. It was a bit muggy the day we went so we sat inside. Drinks and condiments are self serve. The restaurant is new and very clean and spacious. All the staff members were wearing masks. They were very friendly and helpful. After we ordered we got a number to put on the table. A server brought out our food when it was ready. It was the first time trying their fish sandwich basket. It was spectacular. You get a pretty decent size piece of fish on a brioche type bun with cheese, Mayo and a pickle. The onion rings and fries were hot and delicious. We shared a chocolate caramel pecan sundae which was the flavor of the day. It was amazing. The pecans were so fresh and the custard ice cream was so creamy and delicious. There is also a drive thru and plenty of parking. This restaurant chain just recently came down to Florida and I have to admit I have been thoroughly impressed. I have been to the location in Saint Augustine and Bunnell and so far both locations have had an extremely friendly staff similar to what you find when you go to Chick-fil-A. The menu is full of the usual burger items along with other food items that you don't typically find at a burger joint. I love the fact that when it comes to beverages they have several different brands without forcing the consumer to have to drink one particular brand. The burgers are amazing I've personally got a double cheeseburger with mushrooms lettuce tomatoes and onions and it is definitely on par with a five guys burger for half the price. Dining room was clean, comfortable and well cared for. Only suggestion for the size of the dining room there were only two stalls in the women's restroom. The restroom was clean. WHAT A FIND!!!! Just discovered Culver's and we are SO HAPPY... what a great place for a meal that you can sit or run. 1st - the people are all super nice.. everyone. They seem to genuinely care that you have everything you need. 2nd - the place was SPOTLESS! There wasn't an area that you would want to avoid. 3rd - The food was GOOD. Great burgers, great variety and they even have a GF burger bun (they serve it warm - but let's face it - GF is just plain not the same). 4th - probably the best ice cream around. They call it custard but it's ice cream. I had a chocolate milk shake that actually had chocolate in it :)... plus a huge variety of different ice creams you can take with you... Blueberry Cheesecake (hubby fav), cookies & cream, oreo, turtle, many more along with the usuals. PLUS PLUS they list any allergens on the outside so you don't have to worry about what you are getting. 5th - Fast and happy service. It was a win win all around.
