First time at a Culver's. Best fries!!! Burger was tasty. Prices were reasonable. By what had me give it a 5 star review is the staff. So polite, staff were actually looking like they were enjoying themselves. But would like to add a special shout out for "Austen" such a nice guy. Great service, friendly attitude and went above and beyond with helping me locate ketchup. He was happy to hear this was my first time. He is definitely a keeper. read more

***AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE *** Today was National Cheeseburger Day, so naturally the kids wanted a cheeseburger and Culver's didn't disappoint- well kind of, but they redeemed themselves and other businesses should take notice. This was the busiest I have ever seen this location and the team member who took our order was courteous, eager to please and helpful!!!! We had some coupons and he gladly accepted them. When we received our order, we didn't double check our order because our teammate was so courteous, we should have double checked. We get home and there are only two Cheeseburgers value baskets, we thought there were four. We go back with our receipt and happened to get the manager, who listened to our dilemma, promptly provided a solution and made it happen! This place rocks, even on what was their potentially busiest day of the year!!!!! The cheeseburgers were phenomenal! ***EAT HERE*** read more

This is a new location and I haven't eaten culvert in a while but wanted something quick. This spicy chicken sandwich was piping hot when it came to the table, no warmers back there! It was juicy, big, with just the right kick of spice. This sandwich was delicious with crunchy pickles. The onion rings are probably the best I've had at a fast food chain, they were hot and fresh and made with real onions which is a plus. The location was clean and the staff was super friendly. read more

Culver's - Dining and counter - Fast Food Near Me - St. Augustine, Florida

The new pretzel bites were great ! Love their custard too I used the drive through and the service went well

We visited in day 2. It's a very welcome addition on 16 since there are no burger options besides McDonalds. This location is the first eating establishment heading towards 95 after Publix. This spot is very busy and shockingly well staffed. Everyone was happy and helpful. It runs just like any other Culver's-which is great. I was happy to find the last pint of Blackberry cobbler custard in the case. I like how the web page it tells you the flavor of the day. Like tomorrow's peach! We took our food to go but can promise you we ate some on the ride home. The only downside is trying to cross over 16 northbound to go south on 16. At 5 pm there is heavy traffic. We had to go left and do a u turn. I anticipate it will turn out to be a traffic light at some point. read more

The food was so delicious and the service is spot on! Culver's is a value driven, "fast food" destination that always delivers to my best expectations. I highly recommend read more

All around a great experience! Customer service was excellent. Food was equally as excellent. We will definitely be returning.

We're new to Culver's and this location was our first and second experience. We ate inside the first time since we wanted to take our time looking at the menu and came back a second time in the drive thru. First off, I'm shocked to see the negative reviews. Perhaps it is because it's a new location, and they are still fine tuning their operation, but our experience both inside and the drive thru have been amazing. Service was spot on. Very friendly, patient, and helpful, as they guided us through our options. The burgers! OMG, I LOVE the burgers. I don't think it will dethrone my all time favorite of In N Out, but it's pretty darn close. The fries on the other hand are ok, but they make up for it by offering chocolate malts & frozen custard. Yum! All in all, my family and I are very happy to have found Culver's and will be making this one of our regular spots. =) read more

10/10 service, food & cleanliness. We stopped in for the first time and were amazed by the customer service, wish we lived closer we would be here all the time. read more

Good food at cheap price. Coupons for free ice cream do not work. Culver's in St Augustine is very clean

Squeaky Clean, friendly staff, promptly delivered good food to your table ( indoors or outside.) Flowers in the ladies room. My DC loves the walleye dinner. Disability parking near the door. Always a line of cars picking up food at the drive-up window. Soft serve ice cream (flavors change every day.) read more

We were greeted as soon as we arrived. This was our first time here and everyone was so helpful with explaining the menu and how their order processed was done. You can either order at the counter and they will give you a number and bring your food to you. Or you can also order at the via your cell phone and again they will bring your order to you. Drive up available. We had the double cheese burger, which was outstanding, fresh makes all the difference it was juicy, haven't had one taste this good in a long time. My friend had the shrimp dinner with cheese fries, which she said was also outstanding. The menu has ever you can think of for a great meal. The food was amazing and their service was top notch, they have staff walking the floor asking if they can help in anyway. They are also cleaning the table and making small talk to the customers. You will feel like family by the time you leave. You will not be disappointed. read more

We LOVE Culvers! Best "fast food" hamburgers around. We get the beef patties "a la carte" almost everyday day. Since we don't eat bread. So delicious!!! read more

I havent been to a Culver's in about two years, so it was apparent that "Bidenonomics" was in full view. We used to love the fish they served. Yesterday, I went in to the st. Augustine Culver's I ordered two pieces of fish, nothing else and the bill was $13.60! WHAT, for two pieces of fish! And, they were like half the size of the fish two years ago. Absolutely not going back. I gave three stars not one because it's not their fault, it's the idiots in the White House that are killing fast food. read more

They cut down some useful trees to clear a lot to built yet another useless fast food place here. The staff are good, friendly and efficient but the food - which is the main attraction after all - is disgusting. The meat in the burger was inedible and I threw it away after two bites. The bun in the burger tasted artificial. As far as fast food fries go they were par for the course but also average and bland. Will not be going back. read more

Like Wendy's or McDonalds but better fish and give their espresso topping on ice cream a try.
