    COOKIES N' CREAM

This was a refreshing stop from walking around the Saint Augustine area. A nice selection and flavorful treats. There are easily big enough to be able to share with a couple of friends. The store has a good amount of seating, which is nice to take a break.

It's just okay.... You can't go wrong with ice cream, right? I think it is a cute idea and appreciated the variety of options, and the staff were pleasant. The execution on the other hand, just okay. The ice cream was hard and not really spread well between the two cookies. I got the Peaches and Cream cookie which the flavor of the cookie part was good, but the ice cream lacked in flavor. My husband got the cafe latte which the ice cream flavor was better than mine, but the chocolate cookie on his had seen better days and caution was needed to avoid any unanticipated dental work. The price point is a bit high coming in at $8.00 each. There are better options out there that have better taste, quality and price. Checked it off the try list, but don't think I will be a frequent flyer.

This place was highly recommended and we discovered why. These ice cream sandwiches are absolutely delicious. They are large and we were going to share one but we ended up visiting in the evening and they had a happy hour buy one get one free so we of course had to get two. We were full but not disappointed haha! The staff member was super friendly and she pointed out the happy hour which was awesome and I really appreciated. Both flavors we tried were absolutely delicious and unique. It is located along a cute street, but it can be a bit hard to find parking. It is easy if you are walking around town and stop here. A quick drive by is a little more difficult. The shop itself is cute and friendly with a little bit of seating outside. Definitely stop here if you are in the area!

I love the decor as you come inside. This place only make huge Ice cream pies. That is the only way you can get ice cream. No cones, no bowls. I am diabetic, so I can have small portions of ice cream. I declined having one made for me. I did order a small treat on the side. It really did not taste that good. I made the best of it. But, no ice cream for me. Sigh.... Pros: the ice cream pies look delicious, but huge. Nice employees and decor. Cons: no flexibility with the menu Recommend? Yes

Overall, good experience, small little place with great ambiance . A lot of paintings on the wall and very colorful. A lot of the flavors were sold out when we went at night so my family got cookies and cream, birthday cake and creamsicle . The flavors of the ice cream themselves was great, what my husband and i did not like is the actual cookies were too hard for us. We like ice cream sandwiches with a semi soft cookies these were to hard for us. The young lady was helpful and answered any questions we had she also greeted us when we walked in .

After a hot day walking through St. Augustine I saw Peace Pie and the sign said ice cream sandwiches. No, these are way beyond ice cream sandwiches. These are ice cream works of art! 30 different creative concoctions of custom made ice cream cookie sandwiches. I got the S'mores and was not disappointed. Fantastic. Make Peace Pie part of your St. Augustine trip & you won't be disappointed. I'd show you the cookie sandwich I tried, but it's gone!

Peace Pie has some of the most delicious ice cream sandwiches I've ever had! This is one of hubby's favorite dessert places. The Pecan Pie Ice Cream sandwich is super yummy! How can you go wrong with a slice of pie with ice cream layered inside of delicious cookies?! The Birthday Cake Ice Cream sandwich is delicious loaded with frosting and sprinkles. Give them a try today!

Great treat while walking around St. Augustine! The concept is pie filling inside and ice cream sandwich. I liked the turtle flavor with decadent caramel. The service was great and the restaurant is very instagrammable.

I ordered two glasses of Prosecco and she informs me that they are out of Prosecco. What!? I then order a can of IPA and a glass of white wine for my gf, which took way too long to get. Plus my beer wasn't even that cold and her wine wasn't good either. I asked about the cheese tray + wine and she looked confused. I asked her what cheeses came on it and she said she didn't know, but she'd find out, but never did. lol. I came here prepared to buy a bottle of Prosecco and a cheese tray to sit outside and enjoy with my gf but that didn't happen. If you are working at a place you should know the couple things that you do serve and know them very well. There also wasn't any clean glasses for the spa water. The deserts did look good but god forbid I asked either of them a question about them because they would have looked at me befuddled. I highly doubt I'll ever come back here again. Good luck with your questions and selections.

The cake pop was really the only item that drew praise from my crew. Breakfast croissants were "mid" per my teens... I now know what an overdone eggs tastes like. The "pancakes" were thick and more of a biscuit like consistency. Next time, will likely stick to the pastries in the window.

The combination of imaginative cocktails, exceptional food, and a unique atmosphere makes every visit memorable. The cocktail program is outstanding. We enjoy trying a variety of their exotic and inventive drinks, and they never disappoint. The flavors are bold, creative, and unlike anything you'll find at a typical restaurant bar. The Yellow Submarine cocktail is quite possibly the best drink I have ever consumed. Made with curry-infused Bermuda black rum, lime, ginger, and Asian five-spice brown sugar syrup, it sounded unusual on paper but came together beautifully. I enjoyed it so much that I ordered four of them that evening, something I rarely do. That was three years ago, and despite returning several times since then, I have never seen it on the menu again. The food is equally impressive. Two years ago, I ordered the Skillet Roasted New York Strip served with Yukon Gold potato-anna, roasted asparagus and spring onions, watercress, and black truffle hollandaise. To this day, it remains one of the top five restaurant meals I have ever eaten. Every component on the plate was exceptional. The steak was perfectly prepared, the crispy potato galette was irresistible, and the black truffle hollandaise elevated the entire dish to another level. It was the kind of meal that stays with you long after the plate is cleared. I would gladly drive 300 miles just to eat it again. Most recently, I had the wild mushroom bisque, and it was the best soup I have ever consumed. Rich, creamy, buttery, intensely mushroomy, and perfectly balanced, it was everything a mushroom soup should be. The addition of crispy pickled onions and crème fraîche added texture and contrast that made an already outstanding soup even better. My wife and I enjoyed it so much that we returned the very next day hoping to order it again, only to discover it had already rotated off the menu. My only complaint about The Ice Plant is that some of their greatest creations seem to disappear as quickly as they arrive. While I appreciate the constantly evolving menu and understand that seasonal changes are part of what makes the restaurant special, there are certain items that deserve a permanent home. The Yellow Submarine cocktail, the wild mushroom bisque, and the Skillet Roasted New York Strip with black truffle hollandaise are three of the finest things I have experienced there. The fact that I can vividly remember one of these items from three years ago and another from two years ago says everything. Great restaurants serve good food. Truly special restaurants create dishes and drinks that stay with you for years. The Ice Plant has done that for me more than once, and that is why we continue to return whenever we visit St. Augustine.

Antique, rustic, comfortable, and full of enough character that you almost feel like you've stepped 200 years back in time. Then the drinks arrive, and suddenly you realize you've been transported into the future of cocktails. I wish I could remember the name of the drink I ordered because it was spectacular. Whiskey, a little sweetness, mint, and crushed ice. That's about all I can tell you. What I can tell you is that I could have happily consumed about 30 of them, tumbled down the stairs, and been perfectly happy about the whole experience. My wife went with the Mojito, and it was brilliantly constructed. The crushed ice and layered mint made it look almost too good to drink. Almost. The drinks absolutely deserve five stars. Then came the blue crab beignets, and they were spectacular. That's the kind of appetizer that makes you stop talking for a minute because everyone at the table is too busy enjoying what's happening. Unfortunately, the rest of the food didn't quite live up to the cocktails. The fish dip was very average and lacked much flavor, and the menu itself felt pretty limited. So here's the deal: if you're coming to The Ice Plant for drinks, I would have no problem giving it five stars. The cocktails are that good. This is a highly recommended stop for a drink in St. Augustine. But I have to review the entire experience, and the limited menu and average fish dip bring the overall experience down a notch. Four stars. Come for the drinks. Stay for the atmosphere. Definitely order the blue crab beignets. And if you happen to find yourself three cocktails deep, admiring the antique decor while contemplating the stairs, maybe just take your time.
