Yum, this was the perfect spot on a very hot day. My brother recommended this place for our visit to St. Augustine and he was right on the money. My daughter and I had the champagne mango, my husband and daughter's boyfriend had the pineapple orange. While my son had the Elvis which was peanut butter, honey, and banana. We all raved about the fresh ingredients used to make our popsicles. First time at this location,the service was awesome and the workers are very knowledgeable and friendly. They have a lot of varieties of flavors and we got four different kinds(peanut butter,eggnog and coconut pistachio) all these flavors were delicious. You really can't say no to gourmet popsicles! The shop is cute and the staffs were friendly. The menu features many unique flavor combinations. We tired the mango mojito and strawberry datil, both tasted very fresh. The mango mojito was like a refreshing mocktail in popsicle form, while the strawberry datil has the perfect balance between the sweetness of the strawberry and the datil pepper heat. they also offer alcoholic options which we didn't try this time. All of the flavors are great. I went with a simple strawberry when I went. Hyppo also offers to chocolate dip any of the pops. Though I was not in a sweet mood and wanted something more refreshing, I am hoping to try it the next time I am in town. The staff are super friendly and had great recommendations. Though I will say it is very hot inside the store when I went during the summer. The fans do not provide that much circulation. read more

Cute shop and delicious popsicles. As soon as we came in we were greater and had all the popsicles explained to us. So many incredible choices. We all made our selections and enjoyed them. I chose the pineapple hatch and it was the perfect balance of spicy and sweet. It packed major punch. Which is what you would want when something has hatch chilis. But then the sweet pineapple was the perfect contrast. They even had adult only flavors. We don't try them but plan to next time. read more

I went here a few years ago and tried the prickly pear flavor. It was a good experience before so we tried again. We loved how fresh the flavors were. We got a single popcicle that had blackberry, blueberry and strawberry. Each flavor was unique. There's only so much that can be done with a popcicle, but this was a nice quick treat. It's a seemingly healthier alternative to the endless dessert options in St. Augustine. We'll definitely enjoy a new flavor next time! read more

Happened upon this place when touring the city! As soon as we walked in, Sierra greeted us with a smile. Since it was our first time there, she introduced the store and all of their flavors and with details ready when asked. They have so many options and all sounded great so it was hard to choose. My family finally decided on 3 different flavors and they were delicious! My favorite was the Elvis dipped in chocolate! The chocolate dip is a must. We will definitely be back! We tried 2 alcoholic flavors i.e. margarita and pineapple. My kids had orange cream and chocolate. The ice creams were really ice pops with limited flavor and all we could taste was the ice. Not very cheap given the size. read more

OMG what a fun popsicle shop!! So many yummy flavors and unique combinations of flavors. This charming little store was a fun stop in a summer day. The young lady behind the counter was SO SWEET and fun. She talked about every flavor and was patient while we were deciding. Unfortunately I didn't get her name but we were in today 6/5 around 3:30pm. I do hope she gets recognized. The flavors were fresh and bold. They would even dip in chocolate for you! We got strawberry lemonade, orange Creamsicle, Nutella, raspberry lemonade, and peanut butter cup dipped in chocolate. Every flavor was better than the next! We can't wait to come back and try more flavors. If I were to say one negative thing, there wasn't quite enough seating for everyone. It would be nice to have a few more chairs or benches inside. Friendly & quick service. Popsicles were $4.50 each. There was merch available for purchase & a fridge that had water for $3.00 and kombucha for $4.50. The Hyppo never disappoints!! I took some out of town friends to this location while they were in town, and we all absolutely loved it! The flavors we chose were: Keylime pie, Nutella, strawberry, and lavender, blueberry. All of them were absolutely amazing! I personally chose the Keylime pie, and it had the best lime flavor with a smidge of tartness, that was perfect. My daughter loved her strawberry and shockingly ate the entire thing (she's three, so this is a victory). This was the first time we've ever enjoyed our Popsicles indoors, and they have this location separated into cute little rooms! The paintings on the walls are very unique and go with the whole popsicle motif! Can't wait to come back and try more flavors read more

My husband and I were visiting his dad in St Augustine and we decided to explore Down Town and we came across The Hyppo. It was pretty warm outside and so we needed a little pick me up, the team is super friendly and we learned about one of their flavors Datil pepper cheesecake, I've never heard about the Datil pepper but it's supposed to be a local pepper, my mother in law loves to make hot sauces with them. I ended up getting the strawberry lemonade and Bry got the espresso horchata, their flavors vary depending on season so you might be getting something different from ours. My strawberry lemonade was so refreshing, it was really hot at the time and definitely needed a cool down, Bry's was nice and creamy he loved it.
