First time at this location, the service was awesome and the workers are very knowledgeable and friendly. They have a lot of varieties of flavors and we got four different kinds(peanut butter, eggnog and coconut pistachio) all these flavors were delicious. The only thing that I didn't like was the price of the popsicles was a big overpriced other then that this is a nice place to cool off during the summer months.

Stopped in the Hyppo on a very hot day and the popsicles were so refreshing and delicious. I tried the Strawberry Datil recommended by Roscoe and it was phenomenal. Roscoe was so friendly and knowledgeable and I appreciated his customer service. My family loved their popsicles. The shop was clean and vibrant.

Stopped in last night at my favorite place the Hyppo! My mom and I got kid popsicles in flavor strawberry. I spoke to Sierra who was such a delight to talk to. I expressed to her how I love the ice pops at the hyppo because they have dairy free options and I'm allergic to dairy. Ambiance is a mix of mom and pop homemade ice pops with a wide range of flavors plus 21+ options!! 10/10

Hands down the best popsicles, tons of flavors and very refreshing after a warm day of visiting St. Augustine.

You really can't say no to gourmet popsicles! The shop is cute and the staffs were friendly. The menu features many unique flavor combinations. We tired the mango mojito and strawberry datil, both tasted very fresh. The mango mojito was like a refreshing mocktail in popsicle form, while the strawberry datil has the perfect balance between the sweetness of the strawberry and the datil pepper heat. they also offer alcoholic options which we didn't try this time. This is a perfect stop for a hot day.

Amazing popsicle (Elvis dipped in chocolate) and even better customer service by Elizabeth we all enjoyed talking with her and her kindness.

This was a refreshing stop to cool off from the sun. They had tasty popsicles, plenty of colorful seating, and great air conditioning. You can sit inside or head out to the back patio, which was a nice option. It was my toddler's first time ever having a popsicle and she loved the chocolate one. The fun, silly artwork on the walls made the place even more entertaining and kid-friendly. They also gave us a punch card so we can earn a free item on a future visit, which was a nice bonus. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a quick, fun, and cool treat!

All of the flavors are great. I went with a simple strawberry when I went. Hyppo also offers to chocolate dip any of the pops. Though I was not in a sweet mood and wanted something more refreshing, I am hoping to try it the next time I am in town. The staff are super friendly and had great recommendations. Though I will say it is very hot inside the store when I went during the summer. The fans do not provide that much circulation.

I was told 9pm at the earliest on the phone, the website said 7:30 at the earliest and when I showed up in person to ask they had immediate seating. In fact, not one other table was taken indoors. We had our entire meal alone, inside this restaurant which is a converted home. Many of the homes in St Augustine are like this, so a home converted business isn't weird. But it is when 10+ employees constantly walk by and you are eating at a somewhat private table. I have no idea what all those employees were doing. We joked that the cheesecake restaurant was a front for another business because the employees seemed so busy, yet no one was there. We also had to laugh, almost the entire menu was sold out. Every person at our table had to order their 2nd or 3rd backup item, most of us completely changing our order. One in our group had the waiter come back twice to tell us they sold out of his item AS his meal was being made. While the cheesecakes were very good and there was potentially a nice selection, I think this location was a bit too odd to recommend to other diners unless you specifically just want cheesecake. If you do, just get it to go.

(I love the southern hospitality we experience at so many places in St. Augustine.) My favorite treat may just be the cannoli. They are smaller sized than what I am used to back home...but this is good thing! in my opinion. I ordered two glasses of Prosecco and she informs me that they are out of Prosecco. What!? I then order a can of IPA and a glass of white wine for my gf, which took way too long to get. Plus my beer wasn't even that cold and her wine wasn't good either. I asked about the cheese tray + wine and she looked confused. I asked her what cheeses came on it and she said she didn't know, but she'd find out, but never did. lol. I came here prepared to buy a bottle of Prosecco and a cheese tray to sit outside and enjoy with my gf but that didn't happen. If you are working at a place you should know the couple things that you do serve and know them very well. There also wasn't any clean glasses for the spa water. The deserts did look good but god forbid I asked either of them a question about them because they would have looked at me befuddled. I highly doubt I'll ever come back here again. Good luck with your questions and selections.

The combination of imaginative cocktails, exceptional food, and a unique atmosphere makes every visit memorable. The cocktail program is outstanding. We enjoy trying a variety of their exotic and inventive drinks, and they never disappoint. The flavors are bold, creative, and unlike anything you'll find at a typical restaurant bar. The Yellow Submarine cocktail is quite possibly the best drink I have ever consumed. Made with curry-infused Bermuda black rum, lime, ginger, and Asian five-spice brown sugar syrup, it sounded unusual on paper but came together beautifully. I enjoyed it so much that I ordered four of them that evening, something I rarely do. That was three years ago, and despite returning several times since then, I have never seen it on the menu again. The food is equally impressive. Two years ago, I ordered the Skillet Roasted New York Strip served with Yukon Gold potato-anna, roasted asparagus and spring onions, watercress, and black truffle hollandaise. To this day, it remains one of the top five restaurant meals I have ever eaten. Every component on the plate was exceptional. The steak was perfectly prepared, the crispy potato galette was irresistible, and the black truffle hollandaise elevated the entire dish to another level. It was the kind of meal that stays with you long after the plate is cleared. I would gladly drive 300 miles just to eat it again. Most recently, I had the wild mushroom bisque, and it was the best soup I have ever consumed. Rich, creamy, buttery, intensely mushroomy, and perfectly balanced, it was everything a mushroom soup should be. The addition of crispy pickled onions and crème fraîche added texture and contrast that made an already outstanding soup even better. My wife and I enjoyed it so much that we returned the very next day hoping to order it again, only to discover it had already rotated off the menu. My only complaint about The Ice Plant is that some of their greatest creations seem to disappear as quickly as they arrive. While I appreciate the constantly evolving menu and understand that seasonal changes are part of what makes the restaurant special, there are certain items that deserve a permanent home. The Yellow Submarine cocktail, the wild mushroom bisque, and the Skillet Roasted New York Strip with black truffle hollandaise are three of the finest things I have experienced there. The fact that I can vividly remember one of these items from three years ago and another from two years ago says everything. Great restaurants serve good food. Truly special restaurants create dishes and drinks that stay with you for years. The Ice Plant has done that for me more than once, and that is why we continue to return whenever we visit St. Augustine.

It was a pretty cold and uncomfortable welcome. That said, the restaurant is absolutely charming. I really loved the interior ambiance--it's cozy, well-decorated, and has a very pleasant vibe. The food was extremely delicious. We ordered the Half Pound Ice Plant Burger and it was juicy, fresh, and packed with flavor. You could taste the quality in every single bite--the meat was perfect, the ingredients fresh, and everything very well balanced. Definitely one of the best burgers I've had recently. Despite the initial host experience, I would return without hesitation for the food and the atmosphere. Highly recommended, but they could improve the initial greeting.
