Cozy local place. Tons of flavors, too many to choose from. They do offer a flight of 6 different flavors for $10. Staff were friendly and they were able to talk about the most popular of the flavors. First time I've ever witnessed live music at an ice cream place too. The inside seating is great and makes you feel like everyone has their own space and you aren't surrounded by other people.

Blue Sky Blues?!? Well I don't know about blues, but I know this seasonal flavor was incredible! My visit to MayDay was super yummy. I tried the Blueberry ice cream and the lemon ice cream in a waffle cone. YUM! My friend had the Raja Honey (another seasonal flavor). She raved about how good it was and neither one of us left anything behind. They have so many unique flavors. Thanks for the great staff who helped us at the counter. We were able to try some of the unusual flavors. I was brave and tried the Andalusia. This had Extra virgin olive oil infused with Rosemary and sea salt. Surprisingly delicious. Plenty of seats (indoor and outdoor) to enjoy your ice cream. They also serve Hyppo popsicles. Definitely worth a visit.

Such a stunning local ice cream place! Whether you're sitting inside or outside the place is lovely. The service was outstanding, and the ice cream consistently delivers an authentic and delightful taste. Megan, as charming as ever, not only graces us with her smile but also with sprinkles!

Our favorite ice cream place in St. Augustine! They have the most unique and tasty flavors, and are one of the only ice cream places I've ever been to that doesn't hate you for asking for samples!! Megan was so encouraging of us trying different ice creams, I think 7 or 8 of them, until we found the one we loved! She was very caring and gave great recommendations! Her kindness and patience made our experience 10x better!!

Amazing new location with great service! The person who helped us had great suggestions and let us try a couple options outside of our normal picks! Honestly, I haven't had a flavor from here that I didn't like. Definitely come in if you're in town for a special treat!

Came here after lunch at Red Lobster. I like them for having dairy and gluten free ice cream that I can eat since I have sensitivities. I just hope they add different flavors at some point because there's only a handful of dairy free options. There were two ladies working there. They were nice. This was the largest location I had been to, to date. There were a lot of booths. The walls had different art displayed. They also sold ice cream pops next to the ice cream. I ordered the Humble Crumble with a waffle cone. My friend had the Mint Monster with the waffle cone and sprinkles. Everything tasted really great. Would definitely go back if I was in the area again.

I tried a new sorbet Blueberry Basil Lemonade. It's basically a HYPPO popsicle in a cup! So good! Insane amount of . We tried the Tiki Trio. I did not taste any guava but it was very delish. I sampled the Raja it's very delicious but didn't get any green tea flavor maybe it's because of the Jasmine green tea base? My hubby decided on the pistachio coconut milk with clove. He loved it as it was heavily laden with nuts. For me the I did not go for the clove accents. This past week I had the Banana pudding. It's made with a southern flair and to die for. Young women who staff the business are always so sweet and cordial.

Great new store! Decorated so nice, spacious, clean, and inviting. Lots of seating available both inside and outside. Service was great, everyone was very friendly and so helpful! Ice cream is delicious! Can't wait to go back. Everything we tried was very fresh and tasty.

Stopped here for something sweet after spending the afternoon on St. Augustine Beach with my…read morefamily. This was my first visit to Cone Heads, and I had a very enjoyable experience! Cone Heads is located right on A1A Beach Blvd, just a block off of the beach. It is in a standalone building that is inviting with both colorful signage and plenty of outdoor seating. They also have a drive-thru and a private parking lot. When we visited on a Tuesday in July around 5:30 PM, we had no issue getting a parking spot. There were some other customers enjoying some ice cream, but there was relatively no line when we entered the store. The ordering happens inside, and you walk right into the ice cream cabinets and counter. All of the flavors are displayed and can be seen from the order line. Additionally inside, there are some tables to sit and eat at, along with a restroom. They sell a variety of merchandise along with their food and dessert selection. I liked seeing the community cork-board, where there were a variety of different posters and advertisements for events and services around the area. The menu consisted of traditional ice cream items one would expect - cups, cones, sundaes, banana splits, milkshakes, and more. They also had a Seasonal Special section on the menu, which I assume changes somewhat frequently. This trip, that item was a Donut Ice Cream Sandwich. There are some sundae combinations on the menu, but you can customize your own if you choose. There is hard ice cream, soft serve, and also some hot food options - hot dogs, sausages, and tamales, primarily. For drinks, they had canned soda, bottled, water, and some coffee options. As far as to-go, they had pints and quarts available for the ice cream, along with a freezer full of pre-packaged pints, quarts, and ice cream sandwiches for a grab and go situation. Having never been here before, our group needed some time to look at the menu and flavors before ordering. There were around 30 different flavors of hard ice cream, which included No Sugar Added and Dairy Free varieties, in addition to traditional full dairy varieties. I thought that the flavor selection was a healthy mix of traditional favorites and unique offerings. The staff working were friendly and helpful with answering all of our questions about the flavors. I even got to try a couple samples before making my decision. After much debate, I landed on trying the Donut Ice Cream Sandwich. This was made to order, and I got to choose the ice cream for the filling. I opted for the Kahula Chip for a coffee and donut flavor combination. I did enjoy this treat! The donut was fresh (and from a local spot), and the ice cream complimented it nicely. I thought the price was also fair for the size and specialty of the dessert, at $5.50 before any tax. My dog was waiting patiently in the car, so we ordered him a Doggie Ice Cream. It was a small boat of vanilla soft serve with peanut butter sauce and a Milk Bone. For my magnet collection, I also purchased one of their logo to take home with me. I personally did not pay the bill, but I thought the pricing here was fair and in line with any other similar type of shop. They took both cash and card. This shop is exactly what you would want out of an ice cream shop on the beach - fun, colorful, and local. They incorporate various other local businesses into their products. The theme of the establishment is appropriate for being a block away from the ocean, and there is a lot of color and fun decor to look at around the building. The staff were all pleasant, the product is tasty, and the price is right. Really enjoyed discovering Cone Heads on this trip, and will make sure to stop by again during my future trips to St. Augustine!

The ice cream is quite creamy and delicious! The staff works very hard to make sure you are served well! Inside the small parlor, there are items for sale like T-shirts and such. The local, fan, favorite flavor is chocolate peanut butter! It has loads of liquid peanut butter pieces that have solidified and chopped peanut butter cups! For those non-dairy, ice cream lovers, there are nondairy options!

One would think there's not much you can do with a grilled cheese sandwich, but the Grilled Cheese Gallery proves that assumption wrong. There are 13 amazing and creative choices of grilled cheese here. Don't like grilled cheese? They also serve salads, poutine, mac & cheese grilled sandwiches, ice cream and other desserts. This is Comfort Food headquarters! There were actually so many choices it was hard to choose. I chose A Night in Amsterdam: Gouda, Gruyere, Swiss, Cheddar, on Artisan White. My wife had The Queen Brie: House cured bacon, French Brie, Raspberry Puree, Balsamic on Sourdough. My Amsterdam was quite a creation: three slices balanced on a pedestal with cheese trailing down more than a foot. It was delicious! My wife lauded her Queen Brie as well. We wish we had more time in Saint Augustine as this place is definitely worth a second visit.

We ordered: the Amsterdam, the Artist, the Queen Brie, and the Classic (2 sandwiches). Three of us upgraded to a small cup of tomato soup (each order comes with a mini cup for dipping). I was the lucky person who ordered the Amsterdam, which, much to our surprise and delight, was served on a hook with melted cheese stretching down to the tray it was served on. Everyone had to take a photo of my sandwich! It contained a variety of cheeses, so while the taste was fairly classic, it was a bit more nuanced than the Classic sandwich, which only had cheddar cheese. Everyone else thought their sandwiches were delicious too. And we all loved the homemade tomato soup! I tend to be a bigger fan of creamy tomato soups, but this one was rich with umami flavor and had a bit of a kick. While this is a counter-service restaurant that's pretty much no-frills, the employees were friendly and helpful. One of them refilled our water cups at the table, even though the pitcher she had was leaking, and I didn't get the sense that they normally did that. Sadly, they don't sell soft serve ice cream any more, but there are so many ice cream shops in this part of St. Augustine that you can easily walk somewhere else for dessert (which we did). The place wasn't crowded on a Friday evening and had lots of menu choices, so if you like grilled cheese sandwiches, whether creative or simple, be sure to stop by the Grilled Cheese Gallery on your visit to St. Augustine!
