Yummy . My husband and I visited the tree Boulevard location in on Wednesday for the first time, but it won't be our last. Maddi took very good care of us. She was while we chose our flavors and she explained the concept of Mayday all natural flavors, which was wonderful mine was queen salted caramel with a pretzel cone excellent! My husband chose two dips one was the banana pudding and the other was Keylime pie. He was happy to share so I could take a taste of each, and they were just as good as my salted caramel. Came here after lunch at Red Lobster. I like them for having dairy and gluten free ice cream that I can eat since I have sensitivities. I just hope they add different flavors at some point because there's only a handful of dairy free options. There were two ladies working there. They were nice. This was the largest location I had been to, to date. There were a lot of booths. The walls had different art displayed. They also sold ice cream pops next to the ice cream. I ordered the Humble Crumble with a waffle cone. My friend had the Mint Monster with the waffle cone and sprinkles. Everything tasted really great. My favorite flavors are the honey and the triple vanilla. If you are looking for customer service, avoid this location of Mayday. We frequent Mayday and love the ice cream. We made our usual trip today and it was a day of no from the staff. I asked for, apparently, an impossible order and when I was told no, I bought 2 pints in addition to my husband and sons cones. I spent over $35 on 2 pints of ice cream and a cone and cup, to be told I could not have one of the paper freezer bags to transport my ridiculously tasty and expensive ice cream home. Ice cream and service were excellent. You could tell the employee was knowledgeable on what she was selling. However, I purchased a popsicle from the hyppo cooler inside. It was so freezer burnt that my lip was funny fused to the popsicle for over a minute. I'm not going to lie it hurt. I had to ask the employee to get me water to pour over my top lip because it was just that bad. I shouldn't have to douse my lip and popsicle in water to be able to enjoy it.
