I did that today , and I was told by the first front desk manager that there is nothing that she could do and that I couldn't PROVE anything. What kind of scam is this ? And how many times do you scam people out of their money? I asked for corporate number because at this point this is ridiculous. So because you all failed to give me my 4 boxes I paid for you now have the nerve to question my integrity ?! So I called corporate and was given the district managers # which is fine. I was suppose to finish my reservation today so the location ended up calling me later in the day The second front desk lady who I was talking to was extremely unprofessional and once again accusing me of lying . I asked for her name several times on the call and she hung up on me..... Make it make sense.... what do I have to gain from lying about getting a cardboard box that I never received !!! I just want my money back at this point I don't even want the box. I have never been so disgusted in my life. I have a pretty peaceful drama free lifestyle and I like to keep it that way therefore I will NOT be moving my things here. We had short notice: I had 150 boxes in my brother's basement, and he needed to have his furnace replaced, and my boxes were blocking where the furnace sat. The cost is reasonable. The check in went fine. It took a bit of fiddling on the website to set up everything for my wife. That is user error and not the best user interface. The manager also kept calling me, not her, but that was due to my not having her listed as the emergency contact, due to the foregoing issue. It was all resolved soon enough. The interior common space was clean and tidy. I have no complaints.

I went back to my storage unit on November 2, 2023. I found the premise to be super clean. Not a single piece of trash. I happened to see the manager, Michael, using a broom and dust pan to sweep around the premise. He has been the manager since the first day I started my monthly rental of my storage unit there. He has done a superb job managing the Public Storage at the 807 South Frederick Ave., Gaithersburg location.

One of the two elevators has been broken for over two weeks, and the only working elevator is difficult to reach because the entrance door to it is also broken. On top of that, three out of four vehicle gates have been out of service for more than three weeks, making access to the property incredibly inconvenient. Over the past three weeks, I've tried moving items in and out of my unit several times, and each visit has been a struggle. For the amount customers are paying, the lack of maintenance and oversight is unacceptable.
