Got a whole pepperoni pie between three people. First time I went the pizza was very good, great crust and under carriage, hard to find in AZ. Most pizza is just very cheesy and saucy bread, this is very balanced. This is about as close to I have gotten to what I think is a NY slice (never been to NY). I'm always coming down 16th St. I don't know how I missed this place! I was craving pizza so much and I wanted to try something new. I went on Google and I saw this place had great reviews. Well, it did not disappoint me! To start off, I was greeted by a very sweet employee manager, Caroline. I could tell immediately she had a great vibe. I really like the look of the place and I love that. It has the garage door that opens up. It was nice weather today. I sat indoors but had a beautiful comfortable breeze. I started off with the house. Margarita on the rocks, it was delicious refreshing, and then I ordered a pint of peroni , very refresh and hit the spot. I love the pizza. It did not disappoint me at all. I started off with zucchini, which kindly Caroline, treated me too. They were delicious! And I was so happy with the pizza. Wings weren't ready when I got there but the pizza was so it got cold waiting for the wings to be ready. 2. Ordered ranch, but they gave us blue cheese (huge ranch head here!) so that was a bummer. The waiter/bar man who greeted us treated us really well for our whole dining experience. He was personable, efficient and knew the menu. He also suggested the Huss light lager for us as it is made for the restaurant. We ordered garlic knots followed by Sun Devil wings which were delightfully spicy. We then had the rustica Brooklyn Burrata on a cauliflower crust and the Central Park Supreme. Both pizzas had good flavor and the 20 inch pizzas are studly (or very filling). Parking should be relatively easy except on Friday and Saturday nights. Their delivery special on Monday nights is a good deal if you like plain cheese pizza or a one-extra-topping pizza. The restaurant has a small patio , a full bar, high top tables and regular tables. You will be able to see a TV from every table. This pizza place is right next to my daughters dance studio and thus has a build in customer base... so why is it always empty? I have a few thoughts after dining there twice. First, the service. The first time the service was great. We went again a week or so ago and the young man who both sat and waited on us in the otherwise empty restaurant just seemed mad we were keeping him from his busy tiktok watching. He mostly communicated in grunts and avoided eye contact, turning his back when walking by the table. Food is ok, garlic knots are good, salad is good and a decent size,pizza ok, something is missing... maybe flavor? I added garlic from the garlic knots that helped. So improvements... Perhaps have a kids menu to draw in the built in clientele from the dance studio and toy store in the plaza. Luckily, they did have both slices of the Sicilian and the regular pie left. Brought home slice of each. I was disappointed though, because as explained to me by the cashier working that night, their slices are plain and the customer would customize and order toppings separately (at a cost). Super Bowl Sunday ordered 2 $15 specials at 2pm asked for them to be done at 4pm. My son stopped by at 4 pm "who is the order for". No one even asked if they could help or solve the problem.
