    Cox is the best! It's easy to use and has super fast internet! We just returned from Washington State, and now that we're in San Diego, I'm hoping everything goes smoothly! Plus we still used our router.

    The daily TV go out the daily internet off and on and the landline only allowing out bound calls for 10 yrs!

    I hate this company it's always a problem. Internet gies in and out all day So kicked off work or sites TV the worst! Daily goes out had technician here yesterday and in less the 20 hours even worse! I am paying hundreds of dollars a month fir not 1 thing to work right! I would never advise anyone to buy your service cuz its not its a ripp Off. So as o have no TV I will start calling your replacement cuz you should been fired 1 st x 10 yrs ago!

    These comments are directed at this store, and not the call centers. Stopped here to return some phone equipment. Was told I had to have a mask or I would be refused service. The sign says "If you don't have a mask, we're happy to assist you outside. All I wanted to do was drop off equipment. It literally got to the point that an employee started kicking the phones out the door with their foot. And to think, this is how kids treat their elders. Kids

    I am writing this review to report an egregious experience on 5/1/26 at approximately 3 PM. Two…read morefemale employees willfully removed me from the store when I clearly explained that I am a contract customer with current service and my phone is locked and unable to not only call their customer service, but no access to emergency 911. That is a violation of FFC laws as a utility. I will make it simple. Here is the email I have sent to the FCC, PUC and CA Attorney General Citizen complaint department: "Dear FCC,etc, I am a Verizon customer, and on May 1, 2026, at 9824 Mission Gorge Road, Suite A, Santee, CA 92071, I was denied essential service despite having a locked phone and being unable to contact emergency services. As a utility, Verizon has a duty to ensure my access. This failure put me at serious risk. As I walked through the store, several customers expressed confusion and concern, also unsure of what to do. Please investigate this egregious breach of duty." I hope this eliminates your egregious treatment of customers----my account dates back to 1992. DO BETTER. Adjust your attitude.     After an absolute clinic in poor customer service at ATT, coming to this store was a breath of…read morefresh air. A younger lady helped me (I'm sorry I didn't get a name) and was extraordinarily easy to deal with. I canceled my ATT service and activated my phone with TMobile, but I needed to transfer my phone number. I came unprepared and had to wait for my wife to return with my old phone to get some information off of it. The employee was not annoyed and didn't even make me get back in line. Instead, she talked to me like a valued customer for the couple of minutes it took. Once we had all the devices needed, the transfer was done in less than ten minutes. She knew what she was doing on both iPhone and Samsung, and made the process so easy. I had additional questions about my plan and she answered them all and made it easy to understand. I've had multiple family members switch to TMobile and they had nothing but great things to say about this location as well. Ultimately, their service was better, plans were cheaper, and this is a much better customer experience.

We ran into Fallon. She couldn't care less about good customer service. She was texting on her phone for the entire time we were there. She said we were all downloaded and when we got home no apps or contact were transferred. I thought i was going to have a weekend of downloading 100 apps. I called the store in Santee and spoke to Gabe who said to bring in the phones and they will fix the problem We went to the Santee store today and met with James. James did everything to get the information from the 13 to the 17. He was patient and genuinely cared about helping us. He was with us for a bout and hour and when we left the phones were perfect. I couldn't thank James enough for his professionalism and excellent customer service. Thank again James. Give the man a raise

Relative to other providers their communication was on point and did not need undue back and forth conversations or asks for me to call them etc. Scheduling was automated and the process was a breeze. Day of installation there were delays on their previous appointment and they called ahead and worked with me to reschedule. The installation was done perfectly. Kudos to Pablo and team.

For a tile project, shouldn't there be an onsite evaluation to assess the work required? Moreover, if you had visited my location, I could have discussed two additional tasks that would significantly increase the scope and cost of the project to your advantage. In response to the owner, I did provide descriptions for additional projects in the original request. I was concerned about potential damage to the tiles that could require significant repairs. I have expressly said that I was willing to pay a premium for proper handling of the situation. When I mentioned those concerns, other providers did express a lot more caution about the tile situation and they came out to make sure it could be done. I understand that there's an opportunity cost to come out in person but I expected a premium service provider to be able to do so. That's simply not materialized.
