    Worst service ever. Canceled my service and they are still billing me 3months later saying I used the phone I have ATT now and love it

He sat at my kitchen table and took each phone apart. There are so many little pieces and screws. He worked diligently for about 2 hours taking the phones apart, replacing the shattered screens and putting them back together again. While he was working, my out of control teenage sons were making unacceptable amounts of noise and commotion behind Antonio's back. I had to stop them from playing hackie sack 2 feet away from the back of Antonio's head. While I was getting super upset with them, Antonio stayed focused on fixing the phones and my boys behavior did not seem to bother him at all. Antonio is a Saint! After all of that one of the phones did not work. He diagnosed it as needing a new motherboard. He asked my permission to take the phone to test it with a motherboard that he had at his office. He told me that he would only charge me if he could get it working otherwise he was only going to charge me $37.50 to fix the one and I would still have a $37.50 credit left. Wow, I thought, he is serious about making sure I am a happy customer. He was willing to accept only $37.50 for 3-4 hours worth of work and the cost of two screens. We agreed that if he was able to get it working that I would pay the full $75 plus $40 for the new mother board. He ordered the motherboard and returned the phone to me a couple of days later. After I had agreed to pay an extra $40, he later told me that the motherboard ended up costing less than he thought it would and that I only owed him $25. I am so impressed at how honest Antonio is! When he gave me the second phone back I pointed out to him that the screen, on the first phone that he repaired, flexed a little bit. He sat down at my table and spent another 45 min to an hour on it. He took it all apart again and made sure it was perfect. His attitude was wonderful as usual as he worked while he laughed and joked with my boyfriend who was working on fixing the door lock in the kitchen too. By the way Antonio did a fantastic job at keeping me updated when we were waiting for parts. He scheduled appointments to meet with me and then confirmed them before coming. He sent several versions of the invoice as our agreement changed. He emailed me a final invoice after he left. He deserves every bit of the $100 that I paid him, of which only half of that paid him for his labor. I'm thinking the parts cost him about $50. Wow! It's rare to find anyone that cares so much about doing a good job and to do it for such a reasonable price. His $75 for $130 value deal introduced me to him but his professionalism will keep me coming back. Antonio also does repair work on computers and surveillance cameras. His business card says that he is a systems analyst doing Network, Audio/video and Telecommunications Optimization. I will definitely be calling him and recommending him to anyone that needs a phone screen replaced or computer work done. I don't know how good he is at fixing computers yet, but I love how professional he is and I feel that I could trust him with any job. Thank you Antonio!

I spec'd out datacenter grade CAT6A and associated components. Brian's work is very high quality and he was very flexible and always listened to exactly what I wanted. And trust me, I was VERY specific, as I'm an IT Pro/Blogger. I'm VERY hard to please, and I was very happy with the work. I wanted my wiring closet to look like a work of art, and it does! While I connected and labeled the patch cables myself, his home run keystone runs were exceptionally tidy. I would hire him in a second for any future drops.

We have a decent sized house, and the Internet wasn't working consistently to all areas for a few years. The first tech who came out, was here for at least 6 hours and could not figure out what the problem was. The second company I hired, charged me a fee to come out and take a look. He was here for about 15-20 minutes and told me I needed to upgraded my equipment and charged me $200. He said there was something unplugged, which there wasn't. After he left the Internet was still not working properly. I found Simply Wired on Yelp, and boy am I happy camper. He came out for a free consultation, sent me a quote within a few days and a list of equipment I needed to purchase (my old equipment was a few years old and I just wanted to start new anyways). After receiving all the items, Brian came out and set it all up. My 'wire closet' or whatever it's called was so messy and full of old wiring and equipment that we couldn't even close the door. Not only can we close it now, but it looks amazing. He also used some of my old equipment to help boost the signal in certain areas. After the install, I had a couple of questions, texted him and he immediately responded. Brian is professional, reasonably priced, has great communication and smart! Don't hesitate to hire him. I only wish I found him sooner!

    Came into T-Mobile at the Grossmont Mall location about 45 minutes before closing because I was…read morehaving issues with my internet modem constantly lagging and not working well. I learned that my older modem had been phased out and replaced with a newer white 5G version that also includes an extender. I normally pay around $50 a month with AutoPay, so I was a little surprised to hear the upgraded modem package would increase the bill to about $65 a month. Still, I decided to make the switch in hopes that the upgraded equipment would provide a more stable connection with less lag and fewer dropped signals. The process itself went fairly smoothly and didn't take too long. The representative explained that I needed to return the old modem as soon as possible. Luckily, with about 15 minutes left before closing, we were able to come back and return the old box without any issues and were given a receipt confirming the return, which I definitely appreciated. As far as customer service goes, it was overall okay. The representative helping us was cool, although maybe a little rough around the edges personality-wise. There were a few customers who came in after us that seemed anxious or frustrated about their phone situations, and it just reminded me that customer service interactions can really go either way sometimes depending on both the customer and the staff member. Thankfully, I personally didn't have any major issues and was able to get in and out fairly quickly. I did like the layout of the store. Everything looked modern, organized, and they had plenty of displays featuring upgraded phones, internet products, and accessories. One thing worth noting is that some issues can be handled directly in-store while other situations may require visiting a corporate location that handles more advanced account or technical matters. If you're unsure, I'd definitely recommend calling ahead first so they can direct you to the correct location before making the trip. Overall, my visit was smooth, the exchange process was easy, and now I'm just hoping this upgraded internet setup performs much better than the previous one for the added monthly cost.

Sales guy was so misleading, and now I have to spend my time untangling this Apple Care situation (which I don't need) and getting a refund. #2 the iPhone 17 does not come with a charging box, but it DOES come with a wire. The sales guy also failed to tell me that and sold me on a new box. Any old iPhone charging box is compatible. SHADY SHADY SHADY SHADY SHADY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
