Found CPR Cell Phone Repair through my phone insurance and booked an appointment. Kevin was ready right on time, didn't waste any of my day, and kept me in the loop the whole time. Super solid dude--helpful, honest, and knew what he was doing. I came here because it was an approved repair shop, but I'll be coming back because of the service. Not only was I completely happy to have this taken care of, but he turned a bad situation into a positive one. Thank you so much, James! read more

I worked with Alex at the Black Mountain location and he was so helpful. We bought a used IPhone from them and he transferred the old phone info into the new and the phone works fine. He was very patient with me and the price of the new phone was very reasonable. He is full of good information about how the phones work and he works hard to gain your satisfaction. Great customer service. You won't be disappointed if you give them a try. read more

My son discovered the swollen battery in my IPhone X. I never even noticed. I called Apple on a Saturday and they scheduled me for the next available appointment for the following Saturday. And they told me not to use my phone. What? I can't go without a phone for a week. So, I went without my phone on Sunday and my son told me to try this place on Monday. I called on Monday and Michael told me to bring it in. He was very courteous and he quoted me the same price as Apple. I went next door and did some grocery shopping. By the time I was done, so was my phone. He did explain to me that my screen was a little bent from the expansion of the battery but he put it back the best he could and I may end up needing a new screen in the future. I appreciated his honesty. Hopefully we won't need to come back soon but if we need anything we know where to go. read more

My mom's iPhone 7 screen stopped working and we looked around for businesses who could help with the repair. CPR's pricing was the best by far with a same-day turnaround. It was the worker Jack come to rescue my crushed microsoft surface pro. I was so desperate because I have not save my file almost a year before it crushed while tryin to reset to previous point. My husband called CPR in PQ and Jack picked up the phone. He said they have experience with this type of computer and issue. We rush to there and was told the worst will be I can not restore my files after new set up. I was crying on the way home... Two days later, Jack told us it seems like we can save the files but may lose the apps which is a great news for me. Follow his instruction we would able to retrieve all my files. The whole time Jack has been very calm and helpful. All with very reasonable charge. From now on I will certainly want to back up my computer more often. Thank you Jack and CPR. read more

I called CPR this morning to make sure they were open and see if they could help me remove the lint from my iPhone lighting port. I tried doing it myself with little success. Mike picked up on the first ring and was very helpful. I was at the store 5 minutes later and a very polite and knowledgeable Mike helped me out. He cleaned out my port free of charge with a smile. This is the kind of place and service that deserves my business. I was I need of a new screen protector and Mike expertly installed one for me which comes with a great warranty. If (let's be honest) when it breaks CPR will replace it for a service fee if $10. What a deal! During the short wait for Mike to install the screen protector I browsed the very clean and organized store and found a new case I really liked. Mike gave me a great deal on it as well. So now my phone charges easily again, has a new non cracked screen protector and a brand new sweet case! Thanks again to Mike and CPR for exceptional service and a great deal! read more

I have an i-pad that is always in a case. The screen cracked recently and since it's a sentimental item that belonged to my mother, I paid $100 to replace the screen as it still worked great. This store was very fast in turning this around (same day), which I appreciated. I ordered a screen protector so to prevent this from happening again. I put the screen protector on and placed it back in the case. Since replacing the screen and putting on the screen protector, the i-pad hasn't left my bedroom. So imagine my surprise when I find a new crack in the screen that I just had replaced. The screen protector is not cracked, just the glass. It makes no sense that within a couple of weeks of having the glass replaced, and while the device was in a case and with a screen protector, it's barely been used and it literally hasn't moved except from a bed to a nightstand, that this new screen cracked. I called to see if the repair is under warranty because nothing else makes sense as to why it's damaged. I was basically told I am shit out of luck. Personally, I believe either the glass they installed was defective or my mother is trying to send me a message (she's deceased). In either event, very frustrating. If only I could leave my mom a Yelp review to also let her know my displeasure in case she caused this... read more

This place was a life saver and coincidentally conveniently located near my neighborhood grocery store. Michael, owner was the first of three repair stores to respond and in less than 1.5 hours. I text him the problem along with photos, he provided me with a reasonable quote and I was asked to bring it in tomorrow morning. Dropped iPhone X off at 10am on Saturday and was told it would be about an hour for it to be repaired. I received a phone call a little after 11am that my phone was ready. They replaced my "swollen battery" and it looked like new! This store provides prompt and courteous service! Thank you so much! read more

I couldn't say enough good things about CPR and Mike, the owner. My PS4 Pro was throwing error code SU-42118-6 and after multiple shops either declined to repair a PS4 Pro or had an inconclusive diagnosis, I took it to CPR and about a week later, it came back good as new! Mike also took the time to explain the ins and outs of my PS4 Pro, what had failed and what it was causing to the system. Highly recommend this shop to anyone who wants serious professional expertise and courteous service! read more

I needed a repair for my cracks on both the front and back of my Samsung Galaxy S9+. I found this shop by a simple Google search and could not be happier with them. Not only were the parts in stock, but he even had the color I preferred as well! The price was beyond reasonable. The service was very fast. Most importantly, to me personally, was the fact that I cannot wear a face mask for medical reasons and while the owner had his on, the signs on the door requested masks, another customer had his mask on... there was no negative response towards me at all, which I believe is how it should be. That really left a positive imprint on me because more often than not businesses will scold, cause a scene, lecture or demand answers about why I cannot wear a mask. That is frustrating and embarrassing and makes me not ever want to return to that store. It meant a lot that I did NOT have that issue here, and based on that reason alone I will consider myself a lifetime customer!! I have a couple of kids who are sometimes careless with their electronics... I will absolutely be taking any repairs needed to CPR in PQ for all future needs! read more

Jake was able to fix my iPod Nano 5th generation (yes, I still use my Nano #hatersgonnahate). If anyone has ever had a busted Nano, you know how difficult these things are to repair. Michael (owner) is the best. His customer service was on point. He was kind enough to accept us during the Holiday season when the doors were closed. I needed help with my Samsung note 8 which was cracked on the front and back. Literally called us about two hrs later to let us know it was ready. Total cost came out to $350. Probably $300 if I had only the front done but I had an extensive damages to my phone. I was so pleased that he was able to fix my phone and bring it back to like new. I would likely refer anyone who needs their phone fixed to his location. I would definitely go back for any other electronic issues because although it may cost a certain amount, I know I'm getting my money's worth. read more
