Khaled replaced my iPhone 13 battery, turned the AC on and offered water, and let me sit in front of the fan because it was 97° outside. Very exceptional customer service, friendly and professional. Would return in the future. Bring cash. read more

Customer service here is absolutely amazing. I needed an unlocked phone, and unfortunately the phone I bought here was locked. Kahlid made everything okay. Not only was I able to return the phone, but he added a screen protector as a nice gesture to help my bad experience feel better. Kahlid is honest and fair. I highly recommend SD phone repair. Even if things don't go perfectly well they will do their best to make their customer happy.. That is saying a lot these days for a small business. Going forward. I will trust Kahlid for all of my device needs. read more

Khalid gave me great service and I'm so happy with my "new" phone! I called on the phone, I came in shortly thereafter, where I was served immediately, and the repair was complete in 45 minutes as promised. It doesn't get better than this. I went to another phone place for a previous issue, and the service wasn't even near as good. I highly recommend Khalid and his service. I couldn't be happier with how it all went. Thank you! read more

Needed my microphone replaced and the service was done with care and in a timely manner. Thank you so much! You're a life saver!

BEWARE this location is very unprofessional. Before arriving I called and got a quote of 120$ to replace the back glass of my iPhone. I went in the next day and the guy working said I must have spoken to the owner because he wanted to charge me 160$. However he said it was ok and he would have my phone done in a hour and a half. I left and returned a hour and a half later. I patiently waited thinking it would be done soon. The owner arrived and took over the repair but unfortunately I waited additionally 2 and half hours and was told I had to pay 160$! The next day I learned that my phone flashlight/ camera flash no longer would work. When I went back to the location they refused to fix it and said I could pay for the damage part but I would need to agree to the high possibility of the repair causing MORE damage to my phone. Save yourself the hassle and stay away from this repair shop. read more

Phone screen was cracked and this was the first place I called. After searching around for other quotes to get the replacement, I found that K had quoted me a very fair price. Upon bringing my phone in it only took about 10 minutes for the full screen replacement and now it is good as new. They used a factory new OLED screen when other places only had the LCD version. Would highly recommend this shop and know where I will go if I need anything repaired again. read more

Chaz awesome - way more helpful than Apple store and took time - I'll be coming back for sure

I got my phone screen fixed exactly two weeks ago and purchased a "screen protector" for my iPhone. I am so disappointed, because I paid over $100, and I WISH I would have left my screen broken. The home screen button-- everytime I push it to unlock my iPhone, sounds like a pen clicking & I didn't notice the noise, because this business is in a very LOUD mall and I couldn't hear it. Because I would have never paid for this cheap and poor quality screen. It is so embarrassing, because when I am in meetings and in really quite rooms-- it is so awkward, because you can literally hear me unlock my phone. Also, the "screen protector I purchased has been peeling off since day #2. I do not have a receipt, and stopped by today to ask if they could fix it. They obviously have signs posted for "no refunds," but I was NOT asking for a refund-- just a fix for their mess up. I was extremely nice and the sales associates reply (as he was smiling from ear to ear) was "well you will just have to buy another replacement screen." As if he thought it was funny to rip customers off. I told him I was taking pictures to post on yelp and he started playing around laughing and throwing up hand signs. When he obviously knew I was a very upset customer. I am so shocked and floored, because I can easily pull up the transaction off of my bank statement. This place is unethical, dishonest, and has no customer service. I should have known they were a poor company when I never see customers at their business. Also, As we were walking away this address yelling at us, followed us out of the mall, and followed us to our car. He said he "was recording us and our license plate to call the police on us." I should call the police on him for harassing us down through the parking lot. My advice, Save your money and go to an actual store that uses good quality products and not cheap China products. My next stop will be the Better Business Bureau. read more
