My first thought was a loose connection after recently having a new battery installed and dropping it excessively due to a little nerve damage (my bad) and I thought I would take it back to TD phone repair because they/him (not a play on pronouns) Referring to the nice gentleman who helped me initially was awesome . My intention was to potentially pay them to reconnect it and maybe replace the glass ( bloody finger stained ) and whatever else. I couldn't remember where they were located so I ended up walking the width of the mall. When I got there, she was on the phone and didn't even make eye contact. OK, seem like another dissatisfied customer. I wasn't dissatisfied and I knew that they had done a good job , but when I started to the situation, she became immediately defensive and said she was there on Saturday, Sunday, which I responded. No problem whatever the issue is I'll pay if you'll look at it. She wasn't having it to the point where I told her you're treating me like I'm trying to take advantage of you and I left. Girl, maybe you need a couple months off. No other choice I went to another cell repair kiosk and he hooked me up. I spent closer to $300 and was stoked that I would be able to use my phone for my business this week! I own a service company and I know for a fact that respect matters. Before you jump to conclusions, take a deep breath and run your business like a pro or run it to the ground. Peace

Was able to get my IPhone screen fixed within 15 minutes. I wanted to fixed my other phone too but Adde told me it's best to take the loss because of its value. Super honest, they could've gotten a quick sale right there but they've won my business long term. They have warranty on their screen replacements too. I've been through many repair shops in the past and none of those places can compete. Tell them they saw my review and MAYBE he will give you a discount haha. I cannot thank these guys enough. Will give them more than 5 stars if possible.

My husband took it to bestbuy geek squad and they convinced him the charging port had come unsodered from the motherboard and pushed deep into the port hole. They couldn't fix it and said apple charges $300 for that fix. We decided to take it to phone zone for a cheaper repair (quoted less than half the price of apple) and lo and behold it was just a metal piece of the charger like we originally thought. The repair guy was super nice and it was a very reasonable price to remove/clean the port. I will definitely be bringing my devices here from now on.

Not wanting to have to resign in to all my apps and emails and everything else I found myself wandering down for some ice cream and saw iSquad Repair, popped in and explained the situation and the gentlemen behind the counter sanitized, cleaned, and cleaned my charging port of all debris (and most likely soda) and got it back up and charging in less than 5 minutes at Super Fast Charging 2.
