Part of my iPad charger broke off inside my iPad, I could see the metal bit inside as compared to another iPad we have. My husband took it to bestbuy geek squad and they convinced him the charging port had come unsodered from the motherboard and pushed deep into the port hole. They couldn't fix it and said apple charges $300 for that fix. We decided to take it to phone zone for a cheaper repair (quoted less than half the price of apple) and lo and behold it was just a metal piece of the charger like we originally thought. The repair guy was super nice and it was a very reasonable price to remove/clean the port. I will definitely be bringing my devices here from now on. read more

My Iphone 7 would not take a charge. I am 78 and do OK with my phone of only four or five years. I am terrible at texting and hate it. Good place to come to get a phone fixed (relatively fast and inexpensively). The only real difference between this Phone Zone and the one on Avocado in El Cajon is the size and location. Jason works at both places - and seems the one most able to lower prices.
