I came in looking for help with an issue that started immediately after the repair, and I expected my concerns to be taken seriously. I had my iPhone screen replaced, and afterward I noticed a significant change in my battery life that I did not have before the repair. When I brought it to your attention, I was told that changing the screen could not affect the battery. What's even more frustrating is that you do not take the warranty seriously. Instead of standing behind your work, your wife made excuse after excuse and dismiss my concerns. I paid to have my phone repaired, and now I'm dealing with a battery issue that wasn't there before.
