Excellent service! Went to just get a gpu replaced, he noticed I needed another cpu cable connected and did that also! Very reasonably priced, skip dc computers and support locals! Just as good or better! read more

Called in to check appointment availability, but the instead received a TeleDoc-style diagnosis and treatment over the phone for my screen issue which saved me about $100. The guy knows what he's doing! read more

I have never seen more conman-like, devious business owner in all of my years using Yelp contractors. By far and away, the most disgusting, repulsive, lying personality I've ever dealth with. Everything I say here is backed up by hard evidence. The guy scheduled appointment with me for phone battery replacement. Said he'd need to get some glue for this and assured me he'd get - appointment was 5 days away. On the morning of the appointment, a couple of hours before I had to come over, I shot him a quick message to confirm he got the glue. He said No and said the phone repair is high risk and he didn't wanna do it. I told him this is my only phone, I need to use it a lot for calls and meetings, and it's kind of dying. I asked him if he knew he's not gonna do the battery swap, why did he take the job, sat on the appointment for 5 days, and didnt reach out? If I hadnt contacted him I would have come over for the appointment he was never going to honor. He started getting defensive, and started lying to my face about "telling me he needed parts", then he started accusing me of "threatening him", being rude to him and started threatening me himself. He started telling me he'll report my account to Yelp and that he'll sue me. After I politely asked him to go away and leave me alone TWICE, the guy kept messaging me over and over, while telling me I'm harassing him... He gave me "final warning from Franchitti's Fix LLC". I stopped talking to him and he kept sending me harassing and threatening Yelp messages, and another one just arrived, while I'm writing this very review. I'm a busy person, and don't often post Yelp reviews, but I felt with how much of a piece of work this guy is it's worth my time to warn others, because I'd hate to see innocent people walking away with the horrible feeling in their stomach, after wasting days on this guy, like I did. If you're scheduling an appointment with him - know that it means nothing to him, and he's most likely not gonna honor it. If you will "have the nerve" to ask him why he's not doing the job he took on, or confront him why he took the appointment and wasted many days of your time waiting for it, without telling you he has no intention to do the job - expect to be lied to your face about appointment being scheduled in the first place, expect to be threatened with being reported to Yelp, and to be sued. After you try to gracefully extract yourself from the conversation, and take your business elsewhere and put this guy behind you - expect him to continue harassing you with Yelp messages and threatening you for a while longer, in order to get a rise out of you and make you say something he could use to accuse you of misconduct, while he's simultaneously accusing *you* of harassing, disrespecting and threatening him. Alternatively, if you have a shred of common sense - STAY AWAY, and DON'T EVER CONTACT this guy in the first place. The choice is yours. EDIT: This is an edit in response to business owner's reply. Apparently, asking him about the glue he said he needed and would get is considered "hostile or disrespectful behavior", because right after he said he doesnt have it on the morning of the appointment, and I asked him why he made me wait 5 days and didn't tell me he's not gonna do the job, he started saying phone is "high risk", because it's thin and foldable. Don't be hostile to him, y'all - don't ask him why he's refusing to do the job, when you wait for days and come over for a scheduled, and confirmed appointment. This guy can lie all he wants, but one thing he cannot do is tamper with the evidence - he does not have access to modify chat history. read more

Amazing job! After 8 years of being reckless with my phone and never getting more than a scratch on it, today my track record caught up with me. My phone is now back to new! I am on my way to the beach, and it didn't take much time to wait! Thank you so much for your great service and kind spirit!! What an amazing and fast service. This guy works from home and the work he did for my daughter's phone was fast and very affordable compared to cell phone repair companies. I had her screen and battery replaced. It only took him under 30 minutes to fix. I'm definitely recommending him to anyone that needs their phones repaired. read more

I went out of my way to drive to this place because they were very responsive to me and seem to know what they are talking about when I went into thermal paste. It's always an amazing find to stumble across a small business that seems to want to do the right thing and get great service. A nice advantage of this place is that they seem to have pretty flexible hours which works beautifully if you work or go to school. I was able to secure same day service for a full clean of my MacBooks since they were getting hot and performance was slowing down. I'm excited to pick them up later! read more

Customer service 10/10!! I broke my Galaxy 23 ultra and was not able to see ANYTHING. I reached out to multiple vendors and they all quoted me half what I paid for my phone. This was the best quote I got and was super responsive. The owner let me know that the screen will not be the original but it would make my phone work. PERFECT! 45 minutes later he calls my phone is ready. Given that the screen is not the original I can see some color changes on my phone but I've had no issues with the print unlock, camera or anything else! I'm very happy with the results and as am avid phone breaker will definitely be back! read more

Appreciate the quality of service I got from this place. From communication to excellence in repair. It's hard when Apple doesn't do services to older devices so I'm glad I stumbled on to Franchittis. Thank you! read more

I had a black Apple Watch that got water damage in the shower. After some research, I found this guy and messaged him late at night. He told me to bring it by the next morning. When I arrived, I was surprised to find it was a house, not a shop. He told me to leave the watch in the mailbox, which felt strange, but I did it anyway. The next morning, he said the damage was too severe to repair but wouldn't charge me. I thanked him and arranged to pick it up at 3 PM. I even got him a gift card to show my appreciation. When I arrived, another customer was also waiting, and neither of us could reach him. After 30 minutes, he finally came out, saying he didn't hear his phone because it was on silent. He was disorganized, initially giving me the wrong watch and asking the other customer for payment again even though he had already paid. This experience was frustrating, and I decided not to give him the gift card. I wouldn't recommend his services to anyone. read more

UPDATE on my phone that i got fixed here about 6 months ago- i've dropped it nearly once a week. sometimes on flat surfaces where it was protected by my case, but one time it fell on the rocky, uneven pavement while i was biking and skidded 5 feet. i was almost crying KNOWING it would be shattered, i'd have to get it fixed again, but no i picked it up and it was completely fine. again, i got my phone fixed here for $110 when chain stores wanted me to pay $250 for a screen that wouldn't fully function. 6 months later in the clumsiest hands possible and it's still in great condition! thanks again mr Franchitti!! read more

extremely friendly, honest, and understanding. service was great and i will be returning and recommending!

Great response time. Communicated via text about an older Samsung galaxy s10 model that I needed a screen repair for. Steven was super easy to work with. I reached out to him about it on a Friday evening and he said he could order the part on Monday for it to be delivered by Tuesday. Wednesday he let me know it arrived and I told him my husband could be on his way to drop off the phone. The repair itself was done in less than an hour. Very satisfied and I did shop around to see the best price and he was the best, would definitely come back if I ever need to! read more

Was debating on buying a new iPhone but decided to bring it to Franchitti's. I told him what happened and asked him for a quote. Instead of price gouging me like all these other companies he was honest on what he thought was the problem (which was much cheaper than what I was asking him to do) and got it fixed SAME DAY! Super happy I found him. He even chipped in a free temper glass screen protector for my iPhone 13 Pro Max. 11/10 service. Thanks again! read more

Needed my 2020 MacBook Air screen replaced after a low fall made my screen go from half working to black (MacBook Air cases are a joke). Requested a quote, for which he got back to me very quickly, and which was very reasonable ($40 -$140 less than 7 other competitors). I was a little weary because while he has an LLC, it can be nerve-wracking to go with a private one-person set-up. But, based on the stellar reviews, his background, and of course estimate, he was the way to go. Very glad I did. I made a deposit for the cost of parts (just under $200) and dropped off my laptop to him personally at his house within a couple of days. Very affable guy. Had the computer ready to go within 45 minutes, though I picked up the next day right after I sent the remainder of my bill (only $60 for labor, wow). Always responded quickly and politely through the Yelp app. Laptop is working great and I can finally go back to my important work of watching Netflix on a slightly larger screen than my tablet :) Overall, I highly recommend his services, and my family now has a permanent go-to for tech fixes. read more

I am so very impressed with this business. I had other vendors quote me unbelievable prices before I used Franchitti's Fix. Stephen was forthright about the price which was extremely fair! I will definitely use this business again, should the need arise. read more
