Phone broke a day before my work trip, went to a different repair shop first, that shady installed a cheap screen and it broke 2 days later on my work trip and gave me serious travel/work issues. I came here a week ago and for a new iPhone battery, I was referred by a friend and told to speak with Tony. I was greeted at the door was given a price within seconds, not oversold and when I asked about replacing the speaker, he said he would check it out that it probably just needed to be cleaned. I was recommended this location by some neighbors who said they had great experiences here. I needed an iPad screen repair for a cracked broken/screen. I dropped it off on a Tuesday around 2:30 and was quoted 1-3 days but was informed it would likely be 2 days. It ended up being Saturday when I received a call to come get it but it was still a fairly quick turn around. The repair was done well and they put a tempered screen on it to help keep it safe from future mishaps. They do also give a 1 year warranty for any defects. I did notice some of the games won't play sound out loud but others will so not sure if that's a side effect from the repair but overall everything seems great The only thing that made me iffy was the drop off process- there was no receipt exchange to show that I dropped an item off and before I left they made me sign an agreement that if I were to call for any updates they would stop all repairs, give it back in whatever condition they had been in the process of, and you would still owe full price. Also, cash only. It made me very wary and a bit stressed to be honest. It almost made me change my mind. Overall though they were efficient and the price was totally reasonable read more

While sightseeing in San Diego, I dropped my Iphone 11 max pro (say that 5x fast) for the upteenth time and found myself on vacation without a functioning smart device. If this had happened back in New York, I would know just the guy to go to, however being her in SD for the first time ever, I literally knew no one. Tony is honestly the best in San Diego for Apple repairs. My 2019 Intel MacBook suddenly stopped working while I was using it, with no water damage or drops involved. The Apple Genius Bar couldn't identify the problem and suggested sending it out for repair. However, Tony quickly diagnosed it as a broken capacitor. He not only replaced the faulty capacitor but also another one that seemed likely to fail.
