My iFix is fantastic. The touchscreen on my iPhone 13 was no longer working and I brought it in. Alfredo took my phone apart, reset it put a new screen protector on and got it up and running. He took pictures of the inside and explained everything to me in detail. He didn't charge me to take my phone apart to look at it to diagnose it because it didn't need an actual repair after he rebooted it, which I thought was very generous. To have someone fully knowledgeable- not to mention thoughtful, personable and funny, help you with something you are so embarrassingly unfamiliar with is top tier customer support imo *praise hands*. I had already been to AT&T and like to avoid the Apple Store, so I visited Alfredo at Ifix. I was there last year for a phone battery replacement, as my mom told me about "the little guys next to sprouts" and the work they had done for the clinic that she worked at in the same shopping center. I needed help with something a bit more complicated than a new battery this time. I'm so thankful I went back to them! I spent quite a bit of time near the shop witnessing how Alfredo interacted with the other customers, and it was evident that all of them were treated with the same respect and high quality service that I was. I'm on the road to a bit more independence post-divorce and will say to all the girlies- as a woman I experienced a sense of safety, especially when Alfredo pointed out some things on my phone I was unaware of that were leaving me incredibly vulnerable.
