Sent a message through his website with a phone number where I could be reached cuz my screen was cracked. Day later... arrange a time for him to come fix it. Yes, it was wet inside. However, when some one comes to fix my phone for $250, I thought that meant fix my phone, not put a screen on, make sure it turns on and run off with my money before confirming it was working and not glitching. Also, he does not offer microphone repair, that's through someone else for more. My screen now jiggles n glitches, turns completely white sometimes, have no use of the front camera n seems rather slow. When I first contacted the company, I called on a Wednesday afternoon and was scheduled to have a technician, named Joey, service my phone on Thursday at 2:30pm. On Thursday at 1:20pm, I received a message from the technician that he wasn't going to make it and had to reschedule to 7:30pm. Then at 7pm, he asked to reschedule to Friday 2:30pm. He never came and I tried to contact him on Friday 3pm to ask if he was still coming, but he never responded. I then called the company directly, but there was no answer so I left a voice mail asking to have someone else be sent. Days later and I never received a response from the company as well. I was really surprised how bad the customer service was since I read a lot of good reviews. After my bad experience I saw a review that had a similar nuance as mine where the technician pushes the appointment trying to get sympathy by claiming car troubles, then you get ghosted. I ended up taking my phone to a physical shop and they made my repair within the hour, which is what I should've done instead of wasting 3 days with a broken screen waiting for a technician. If you decide to use their mobile repair services and you get a technician that asks to push your appointment, you might want to think twice before agreeing to reschedule. **UPDATE** Shortly after my review, the owners contacted me to sort out what happened. I explained my situation in more detail and they were able to pin point things they could improve on to prevent this from happening again to someone else. I was devastated when I cracked by iPhone screen last weekend and then I remembered my friend Amy had posted something on FB about this great service when she had broken her phone. So I have a 5c (aww you're so wittle and cute said the 6s) that I got eons ago when it came out, was it 2013?? Yes the latest models were very tempting but again I'm lazy and frankly my phone was working perfectly fine up until a couple days ago after it dropped from a table to my tile floor. The screen didn't shatter but something was amiss because my screen looked like a 90s computer fuzzy screen with lines going through and screen hardly responding to my touch :( I couldn't make/take calls and texts were a challenge cuz I would barely hover my finger over a letter and all on it's own the phone would enter 20+ returns. I had to use my iPad to handle some texts and Facetime to do calls. It sucked and there was no way I could put up with it until the 7 comes out most likely in September. Enter Yelp and saw the endless top reviews for this company early this morning. Shot the text (when I finally managed to control the keyboard gremlin) around 8:30am, heard back within an hour for an afternoon appt, ran errands and he was here minutes after I came home at 1pm and was out the door long before 1:30pm. $85 and my phone looked and worked good as new. I know some peeps got the tempered glass for free. He charged me $15 for it but I didn't mind. I got what I needed and for all I know will keep holding onto this darn thing longer than I expected.
