Absolutely great! I cracked my screen and called a bunch of places to get quotes. This was the best priced place and with all good reviews. I did a walk-in and he fixed my screen in less than 20 minutes. I noticed some issues with the responsiveness so I brought my phone back in about a week later and with no questions asked, nor even testing it out himself to see if I was right to be complaining, he checked the cables to make sure they were in right and replaced the screen again for no extra cost. It's now working perfectly. I can't tell the difference at all between my original iPhone screen and this new one. Also, by the time I brought my phone back in to have it looked at again, I had already put a new screen protector on it so he even replaced that for free since he had to put on a whole new screen. Hani communicated extensively with me via Yelp messages before my iPad screen replacement. He responded quickly and even during his off hours. He asked me what color screen I had and offered to set one aside for me. Arrived on the agreed upon date and he was ready for me. He said he would be done in 45 minutes to an hour and I was able to run another errand while he worked. He called me within 45 minutes to let me know he was done. Repair itself looks great. My new screen is just as responsive as the OEM one and I have no problems with the fingerprint ID/home button. I appreciate that he is set up to take credit/debit payments via Square and I didn't have to go and get cash. First, I came to San Diego Cell Repair since they emailed me back first, telling me they could fix my iPhone 6s Plus rear camera for $50. I went to their "office" and it was disappointment from start to finish. I walked into a room with 2 guys, a desk, and pure awkwardness. I told him that I was the one who inquired about the new iPhone camera on yelp. He looked through his messy desk and determined he couldn't find my part and I would have to wait til Monday. So I left. Just downstairs in the same building, was San Diego Jailbreak. I went into a nicer "office" where the owner, Jeff, was very polite and helpful. He quoted me the same price as his competitor, but he actually had the iPhone part I needed. What's cool about Jeff's business is that he has a waiting room, so you don't have to deal with the awkwardness of watching someone fix your phone. Part of the time I was waiting, I sat near his desk to watch some college football on TV and he was even social enough to have some good conversation while he worked. He was able to replace my iPhone camera within 15 minutes and it was as painless as it could possibly be. He did it quick at a fair price of $50. I guess the only thing the other guys had a leg up on, was that they offered me a 6 month warranty on the new camera and San Diego Jailbreak only offered 60 days. So, my piece of mind is a little questionable. Despite that, Jeff seems like the type of guy who would take care of his customers. Also, he's a self proclaimed perfectionist and I can totally see that watching him work. I'll be back here for any phone repairs in the future! 5 stars! Wow! A great experience fixing my now thrice-shattered iPhone 6. This time, it was displaying funky vertical lines. Fun as an Instagram filter, but not when it was on all the time across all my apps. I looked on Groupon and found these guys. Then I called them to see if the repair covered the digitizer (the thing underneath the screen that broke and was giving my technicolor experience). The rest of them said 180 for the back screen to be replaced alone and that it would take up to 8 hrs to replace. San Diego cell repair is the best!
