We are not allowed to have a phone number and the employee cannot contact the boss directly. There is a gentlemen in here that was also in here yesterday when we were. Guess what, his phone which worked before he brought it here for a screen replacement also doesn't work now. 1/5/18Literally in the store right now. They have had my phone for two days to replace a screen for $125. All of sudden now they are saying the battery is fried and needs a new battery. The battery was 100% fine 2 days ago. They have also called and said it was a circuit board problem, then called and said no it's a battery problem. Absolutely ridiculous. So now they want another $45 to fix the battery. I just don't understand. Running up the bill is what it seems. Or they don't know the problem and just won't tell me. Either way I'm really sure they damaged the battery somehow. Worked great when I brought it in. Not too mention there are parts to my phone laying everywhere on the counter. No ESD measures being taken. They have rubber mats but not using them.

She rang me up and then processed the phone. I was waiting for her to ask me what service plan I wanted and if I wanted insurance. I was never asked. She said ok you are all done. All I gave her was my name my phone number account number and address. She asked nothing else. when I got home I noticed she had me paying for insurance which I never said I wanted and she had me paying for device set up. I could have set my own device up. As it was I had to do a factory reset so I could assign a pin number to unlock the phone. I also decided to buy a adapter for another phone and she said it was a 10 footer well it was only a 6 footer. There was no receipt in the bag for the adapter so I'm out 27 bucks. Then she didn't tell me their return policy changed. 3 days and you can't have more then 30 minutes used on phone PLUS a restocking fee of 20 dollars. I didn't know ANY of this until after I got my phone which means it would have been too late to return it because I did not want to lose money on a restocking fee. HOW you can restock a defective phone is beyond me. So I called the store and asked for a manager. Daniela said she was a manager. I told her I didn't appreciate what she did and she said oh well too bad. So SHE decided what plan I got and SHE decided if I wanted insurance or not. I guess they work on commission? I am now out 130 bucks. Not cool! And every time I call for The Store manager Eddie is never there.

I went in to this store, unwittingly thinking it was a Verizon store, and ended up with a bogus business phone account (I don't even have a business) because the rep said that was the "only way" to take my deceased mom's name off my account. I was grateful at first, until I got home and realized I was paying over $200 when she quoted me at around $140. She also said internet service was complementary but it turns out I was paying $70 for that too. Later I went back to ask questions about my plan, and a different rep told me she couldn't answer my questions. What a joke. Fast forward...after being out a lot of money for setup fees...I went to a REAL Verizon store (Genesee Ave) and they solved my problems.
