I had a few serious complications when transferring service from my previous carrier. It took a lot…read moreof time, effort, patience and knowledge to finally get it unraveled and sorted. Diana and Salma (Manager) were absolutely amazing through the entire process. It took 3 different days and roughly 3 hours each visit to identify the problem, troubleshoot with 3 different carriers on a conference call, explain thoroughly to me, present the solution, suggest temporary measures, assistance returning a phone, follow through with corporate processes, as well as having to follow up and they could not have been more professional, courteous and accommodating. As stressful and frustrating as this debacle was for me, they empathized and worked hard on its resolution. They made me feel like we were a team together, not as though I was a problem customer and they were corporate, if that makes sense. The long visits never felt that long and I would leave the store with confidence and trust that they 'had my back'. I was very close to just cancelling the transfer and retreating to my prior carrier but did not do that as a direct result of these two stellar employees. Diana and Salma delivered customer service with great care, depth of knowledge and with grace rarely encountered these days. Please give them special kudos, they deserve to be acknowledged! My experience took three hours. I had purchased the 17 Mac Pro Max by accident. The person helping…read moreme knew it was for my daughter on vacation in Es York.. I'm in San Diego. My daughter had her old phone and I had purchased an upgrade for her. The person who helped me told me it is 55$ restocking fee. Then went into the back, returned the phone and went ahead to purchase new phone for daughter She then informed me my daughters phone could not get messages or calls now... she needs to wait for new phone to be sent. If you are working at a phone store and someone is upgrading it would be clear you don't inactivate current phone. It took about two additional hours to get current phone to work. I spoke to manager, sent him 3 emails. No reply. Manager Ray. Employee ( very very kind and sweet but incompetent. Reccomended that I don't go ahead and try to upgrade to the phone I wanted.. because it was too confusing and may cause more problems. The female is Sorer.., the day befire I had a great positive experience with Hunter helping me set up my phone. Please address . Thank you

I went into this store on April 6th to get a Celero 5G phone. The girl Daniela started talking…read morereally fast and asked me what phone I wanted. I told her and she said no problem. She rang me up and then processed the phone. I was waiting for her to ask me what service plan I wanted and if I wanted insurance. I was never asked. She said ok you are all done. All I gave her was my name my phone number account number and address. She asked nothing else. when I got home I noticed she had me paying for insurance which I never said I wanted and she had me paying for device set up. I could have set my own device up. As it was I had to do a factory reset so I could assign a pin number to unlock the phone. I also decided to buy a adapter for another phone and she said it was a 10 footer well it was only a 6 footer. There was no receipt in the bag for the adapter so I'm out 27 bucks. Then she didn't tell me their return policy changed. 3 days and you can't have more then 30 minutes used on phone PLUS a restocking fee of 20 dollars. I didn't know ANY of this until after I got my phone which means it would have been too late to return it because I did not want to lose money on a restocking fee. HOW you can restock a defective phone is beyond me. So I called the store and asked for a manager. Daniela said she was a manager. I told her I didn't appreciate what she did and she said oh well too bad. So SHE decided what plan I got and SHE decided if I wanted insurance or not. I guess they work on commission? I am now out 130 bucks. Not cool! And every time I call for The Store manager Eddie is never there.

The screen protector is already lifting and was told they will sell me a new one. It is only a few weeks old, Aron was very rude and I asked for the manager. Very unprofessional woman who wouldn't say her name or come out of the back. I could hear them talking and laughing I'm the back. So unprofessional. I asked for the main manager and was told no he's gone until next week. Refused to give me a card and told me to call 611. There so called manager gave me false information when I first bought the phone as I was trying to add another line as well. I spent over 1000 dollars and was told so do lots of ppl. I've been going to this location for years when cal was the manager. I will not be returning due to this horrible unprofessional behavior

Sad that I am updating this review less than a month later! I came in to buy an official Cricket…read morephone, as I had switched over to cricket with an unlocked phone and I could no longer use the unlocked phone thanks to Cricket policy. (Reason why is explained below...) Online, it says that as a current customer I can switch to some phones for a low price. In the store I was told this was false because their "policies change everyday" and only NEW customers can get this deal. The cheapest phone I could get was $100+ over this stated price. I also checked prior to coming in that a certain phone was in stock and was told in person it wasn't in stock...whether it is the employees fault or the company's fault for these inconsistencies is unknown. But the customer service providing no sympathy for the situation and not caring whether I stay a customer or not is definitely a breaking point. It seems cricket cares about attracting new customers but not about keeping them. I'm no longer a cricket customer. Backstory: My phone worked great for nearly a month and I was enjoying the 15gb of hotspot data that I needed to work from home. When I switched to cricket, no one at the store told me that my phone was only compatible for hotspot data during their "pandemic period" where they let ANY phone be "compatible". When I talked to a cricket rep online earlier this month, they offered to add more hotspot data. Yesterday, I talked to two reps about adding more data and was told that my model was compatible but because it wasn't a Cricket model, I am not able to use hotspot at all whatsoever. Obviously this is not a compatibility issue (because hotspot worked with my phone just fine previously) but a choice that the company made to exclude certain phones.
