We were helped by Marleen at the Santee Store. She was just what we needed because we are 86 and 89 years old and switching to T-Mobile from a long time with AT&T. She was very patient and kind with us old folks who couldn't remember some passwords etc. I was getting a new phone and my husband wanted to keep his so he was given a new Sim card. She took care of everything and explained at the same time. We went back three different days to solve issues and asked for her because she was so good at whatever needed to be done! Do not recommend buying a screen protector from this guys Got one for 70 dlls and it started to peel off 30 days of using it went to the store and they told me they couldn't do anything about it.. they told me I needed to buy the phone insurance if I needed to replace it. Justin and the Store Manager were amazing. The manager was nice enough to help me use Wi-Fi while I waited. The manager also checked to make sure the phone was in stock for me while I waited. Getting new cell phone Service is always dreaded for me cause it always takes 2 to 3 hours! Not here! Not at TMob and Not with Justin. I was quoted a 30 mins wait to be helped. I was out of the store with my phone working in less. The only reason it took that long was all the questions I asked. Justin was patient and answered every one of my questions or told me where I could find the answer. The parkway plaza team is Legit. They also have cool Argyle Stitched shirts. I recommend going in. I got the New IPhone SE 3rd gen for half off!!! Saved 150$ from ATT. I love TMobile! read more

We came in today just to ask a couple questions we had regarding our plan. We weren't planning on changing or getting anything right at the moment but Team member Matt gave us an offer we couldn't refuse. I myself pay 120$ a month for just my cellphone with unlimited everything plus 30$ for equipment. We were looking Into the senior plan 55+ for 35$ a line. Plus we got a free phone for adding a line! Service is really bad.. I called and checked in at 7pm there was two employees working.. when I walked in they told me I'm next In line. They were both helping customers, the lady working there finished up with her customer and then went over and just started talking to the other employee and the customer he was helping. They close at 8pm. At 7:55pm after waiting for almost an hour. She finally decides to help me mind you they close in about 5 minutes. I simply told her I just wanted to upgrade my phone. She checks my phone number and tells me "you're not authorized to upgrade unless the account holder is present" I know I'm authorized the account holder has put me as an authorized user to where I can go and upgrade my own phone. I showed her prove that I was authorized and she kept insisting that I wasn't. Long story short they did not wanna help me at all. 23 months ago was given the option to lease a phone which the salesman at the time said would be a cheaper option rather than buying it outright and paying in monthly installments. He specifically worded the point of sale by these terms and conditions. I chose that because I am always trading in my old phone every 18 months to 2 years for a new one. Come to find out 23 months into my "lease" I go phone shopping again and the next salesman says I was never on a lease plan. So....they lied to get the sale. Watch out for these young guys at this store. Little swindlers. Check that paperwork before you sign anything. read more

I'm not going to lie. At one point I'd have rather walked through fire before I set foot in that store. I did everything online because the staff was so unprofessional. I don't know if when they relocated to the new space at the mall they also did a complete change in staff, but last night I had the most amazing experience in the store. The staff was friendly. I was greeted immediately, told them what I needed, and was in and out in less than fifteen minutes. My salesclerk was so friendly and patient. The manager on duty was attentive and also beyond friendly. I explained the only reason I had come in was because the online site kept crashing and I really wanted my new phone.
