I came in dealing with a frustrating billing issue where I was charged for multiple lines I never used. Pietro immediately took ownership of the situation, listened carefully, and worked through the problem step by step. He was knowledgeable, transparent, and genuinely cared about resolving it the right way. Not only did he get the charges waived, but he made sure everything was clearly explained so I wouldn't run into the issue again. The entire team was so nice, professional, and helpful! this was the best phone experience ever!! i was trying to return the phone to the Poway store and they told me that they would not take the return and that i had to go back to Parkway Plaza where it was purchased (ridiculous!!). This place rips people off. Stay away. I purchased a Verizon promotion that included an Iphone Pro, an Ipad, and an Apple Watch. The clerk at the store swapped the Iphone Pro for a regular Iphone. After buying a bunch of accessories and taking the phone home I realized he had provided the incorrect phone. Within the return period I attempted to return the phone. First, the store refused to process a return unless I paid a $50 restocking fee for the phone despite the fact that they admittedly provided the incorrect phone. Then, they refused to accept any returns for the accessories except for the case. The clerk at the store informed me that this happened all of the time and specifically in relation to the clerk that sold me the phone. Despite the company dealing with this issue they only transferred the employee to another store rather than firing him. The store is banking on people giving up rather than fighting the issue. The clerk called her manager while we were in store. He refused to help at all. He couldn't care less. They expect me to pay $50 to restock the phone then purchase another $150 worth of accessories to get access to the original promotion. I called Verizon to report the issue and they basically told me there was nothing they could do. read more

Been a loyal Verizon customer for a long time. Always have had great customer service. That is no longer the case. I spoke with Verizon employees at a local store and they walked me through getting an upgraded iPhone. I turned in my iPhone, worth over $600 used according to them, and the remaining balance would be just over $200 for a promo deal. I paid the remaining off in deposits. I recently changed my plan with Verizon due to the bill being very high. The online support said I was good to go and that my new plan would only be $50. Perfect! I was charged the $50 the following month and all was well...until recently they changed my bill to now over $80 stating that I have paid off the new device!!! That is NOT what the store said originally. Now I'm being forced to pay off the phone when the phone was paid off with the value of the trade in and the deposits. Customer service basically says "oh well". I will never do business with Verizon again. Officially changing to T-Mobile and I recommend EVERYONE to never use Verizon as they will lie to you to choose a deal that doesn't exist and then steal your money. EDIT: After chatting with yet another agent, they finally came up with a resolution to bring back promo credits that I was owed. I would give 5 stars but due to the week long headache this caused, and the fact that this resolution could have been made earlier, I can only give 4 stars. read more

The second employee would give directions and then walk away to help someone else. Further, neither employee seemed to entirely know what they were doing. We have with been with them since Pac Tel then Air Touch and Verizon (1986). My first phone was a bag phone. I am happy with Verizon except loyalty doesn't mean anything. New customers get all the benefits of updated equipment and add ons. I know now why customers switch carriers when they offer new phones. Verizon use to have the best coverage, but I think now it is pretty equal. At my house I get the smallest bar. I wish Verizon would give perks for loyalty!! read more

I recently came in to get my iPhone upgraded. As I was checking out, the sales person, Gabriel, said he was, "throwing in this cell phone case." I naively thought he meant free of charge, as it was not a question and no price was mentioned. It was an off-the-cuff, quick remark. Well, there is a $44.99 charge on my receipt for the case (now it makes sense why he quickly put the receipt in my bag instead of handing it to me). One person, I believe his name was Jeff, was particularly aggravating because he went so far as to start talking sarcastically about whether or not a phone could be had for a certain price. This is the second time in less than a year I have been to this particular Verizon store. It will be the last time. Horrible service. Horrible attitude. Stay away. My phone was dying and they jumped right on the opportunity. First, the sales rep created 4 new customer agreements, which then Verizon charged me 4 upgrade fees that I had to get reversed. Second, the rep charged me for $144 for the down payment of my new phone, which he then cancelled and put towards all these accessories that I didn't want, but he said was free as part of the promotion. He kept saying that there was more credit available for free accessories. He emailed all of the agreements and invoices later. These showed he actually charged me over $180 for things I didn't want. Make sure to ask for printouts in the store and review them closely before you sign anything!!! Or just go to a Verizon store, owned by Verizon! read more

Rating is for A Wireless, NOT VERIZON who gets a 5. Since our misrepresentation with A Wireless, We filed with the BBB. We could not find A Wireless on the BBB website, so we filed against Verizon. Verizon Corporate called us the next day and were VERY GRACIOUS. Verizon refunded us all the money that A Wireless had overcharged for our IPHONES, supposed FREE cases, screen protectors, charges for transfer of data and some unknown charges Verizon didn't even know about. Thank you Verizon for being the company we have known for over 16 years. We're with Verizon. They ARE a GREAT company. WE WILL NEVER GO TO AN AUTHORIZED RETAILER OF VERIZON AGAIN THOUGH! Set an appointment and knew the exact phones we wanted to purchase. We figured we'd be there about an hour or so. They only had 1 in stock so we decided to set up my wife's phone and I would wait the two days for my phone to come in. Rep did not explain the "bundle" and we only found out when it was time to pay that the accessories cost over $300. So we ended up not purchasing several of them. (The last time we went to Verizon they included a bunch of accessories for free). They also added a $30 cost to the online price of the phones since they "weren't an official Verizon Store" or some such explanation., I had told the rep when we got there that I was going to pay for the phone in total and I did not want the charges added to my phone bill. Guess what? He added the cost of the phone to my phone bill to be paid over 36 months. So, we had to reverse everything and re-do the purchase. The rep then fiddled around for awhile while we sat there waiting. He then asked us if we'd like to go get something to eat (we are at the Fletcher Parkway Mall). We asked why? Turns out he put MY phone number on my wife's phone. We were right there. All he had to was ask. The rep repeatedly went to the manager who gave little help. They had to call technical support. Then they had to reverse the entire sale back onto my card. It didn't work at the rep's terminal. FINALLY the manager stepped in to help and at her terminal they got the charges returned to my card and we were able to pay and leave the store after nearly 3 hours!!! Totally bad experience and I have to go back again in a couple days for my phone. I m not excited about that. The rep was friendly enough and polite but screwed our evening up with incompetence. The manager should have stepped in sooner as we were the only customers in the store. read more

We bought our Samsung 8+ at the fair last year. We also purchased the glass protector for about $55.00. It was lifetime guaranteed and if the protector screen broke they would replace it for free. Now a year later the claim that they dont get replacement screen protectors from the company they had gotten them from before. This means that I have to order one from the manufacturer and pay a $6.00 shipping fee. I pleaded with this fake Verizon store that I shouldn't have to pay for the shipping. They said sorry. To top it off, they tried to sell me a Samsung 9+. I will not buy another thing from these so called Verizon stores. I am warning you all not to do the same. They are a dip off. To read more

Had to chose one star - but they deserve ZERO Don't spend your time or money at this "Authorized" location. The sales representative, DeAndre, was untruthful about the cost of a "free" HUM device. I stated that I didn't want or need it, but he said "go ahead and take it, it'll show on your bill as a $10 credit. There will be no charge with the services I was actually purchasing". I should have known better, nothing is ever FREE. Flash forward three months later and I'm still attempting to resolve the HUM disconnection service with Verizon. I've called Verizon every month since November and they too have provided horrible service. I have received responses of "we'll take care of it and the cost of the HUM will not show on your next bill". "My supervisor is waiving the termination fee" Today, I'm spending another 45 minutes on the phone with Verizon trying to resolve my issue. Save yourself the grief and frustration of cell phone purchasing and don't use Victra. Their employees need to be honest with their sales pitch. read more

If I can give them 0 stars, I would. Came to upgrade my phone, they told me it was going to come with a free tablet and free internet. I left and saw my receipt after, I saw a new line that was activated and charges on other things. When I tried returning it, they wanted to charge me a restocking fee $70 when it clearly said $35. Really bad service from the ladies at this store.I had to stop by because I was not happy with my service but did have an open claim as my 1 year old son used my phone as a baseball lol smh .The second i said the words "open claim"I was told to go to a corporate store.They did not check my account to see if they would be able to offer a better deal or anything else that would be useful.The store was empty and one of the girls looked like she was on a personal call as she was on her cell phone.She was rude when I asked her for help with my service and she pointed me to the direction of her coworker who was on the phone also but appeared to be busy working as she was not on her cell phone and avoided eye contact.Poor service will be going to t mobile very soon. read more

Then I get a sprint bill which they said they'd take care of and both of my lines with them are still open!!! I have FIVE phone lines and two $400 bills and aparently no one can do anything about it. Have spent 10 hours on trying to resolve this. So so sad I switched to Verizon. I had stellar credit, now it's going down rapidly because I can't afford these bills, it's the whole reason I went there in the first place. I was completely tricked into this contract. Worst experience I've ever had with any company. And it might be a misrepresentation of Verizon but then SOMEONE from Verizon needs to do something about it. LIARS deandre told me if I traded in my old smart phone I could have any new smart phone free with the current promotion. Turns out he put me on the payment plan sent my old phone back the next day so I couldn't get it back and because of my plan I do not qualify for the 25$ a month discount I was told I was getting. On top of that another girl offered me a gizmo said the new digital ones were coming out so they were giving these away free no activation fee and it was 5$ a month. Well two months later I get a bill for 158$ there wasn't room on my current plan so she decided to start s completely new plan with the gizmo costing 70$ a month PLUS the 5$ I contacted Verizon but this is an independent Verizon franchise not part of corporate so there is NOTHING she can do!!!!
