They kept my computer for over a week and then told me that they couldn't fix it, but they didn't offer an explanation. However, Phone Zone Wireless fixed my computer in less than a week. He didn't attempt to "shoehorn" me into a plan I didn't need because he wanted the right fit...and he had done his homework about the plans ATT offered. But most of all, there was good "chemistry" in the way he interacted with me, sharing personal experiences that were appropriate and interesting about the phone and life. While I was there, a handful of other customers stopped by to pick up their phones that they had dropped off previously for apparent issues to be fixed. So there appeared to be "customer support" after the "sale." I don't think one can expect more than this in initial purchase or follow-on customer support for any consumer "thing"-- from buying a refrigerator, to tech gear, to a car.

The technician was very nice and he had a Wu-Tang shirt on so I knew he was somebody that I could count on. I explained to him that my husband bought my phone from this location and that we always come here for all the repairs on our phones. He evaluated my phone and gave me a price of $125 to fix the screen. He had me fill out a paper agreement for them to fix my phone. The estimated time for the repair was 30-45mins. I walked around the mall for about an hour, just to give them time to get it repaired. Plus, there were a lot of people in line here for repairs and the store is very busy. I came back and my phone is now fixed and ready! I paid them the $125 + tax and a small tip. The lady who works here is very very nice as well. She has a cute rhinestone upper lip piercing and she is super customer service oriented as well as the Wu-Tang shirt man. They have an excellent selection of any phone case for any phone and any cellular watches, just a very great place to be for mobile device products and accessories. One thing to note for potential customers, if they tell you your stereo component will be ready in six to eight weeks it is because they are busy. If you want your classic audio system repaired by a pro, Fred is the way to go. He and Jimmy will take good care of it. Jimmy will also call you or send you a text with an update, if need be. Fred is a friendly guy and has a sense of humor. If you don't have a sense of humor you probably won't get his. Please make yourself aware of their hours -for- customer appointments. Keeping it simple: they are busy because they know what they are doing. I saw first hand the inventory of stereo units that are being repaired and on deck for repair. I am a business owner myself, the customer is so important, but it is important that the customer trust the business owner they are hiring. My CD player was fixed on time and works perfectly now.
