I called to let the man know that I had only had the screen replaced a couple months ago and when I first had it replaced the face recognition was acting up and it was a little off with texting. I explained how the screen was bleeding internally and the screen was physically coming out of the phone while it was still CONNECTED. I had watched him slowly go back and forth cleaning the screen of my new Galaxy with a cleaner, a cleaning cloth, check it, use folded over tape to get any dust, check it, quickly remove the backing on the screen protector, expertly and deftly place it, smooth it down with the cloth, check it again, and then say "perfect". Bought my tempered glass for my iPhone 7 plus on 4/16 and the next day the bottom curved corners stared to lift. Came in today to request replacement or to fix the issue and the gentleman blamed it on my phones screen (keep in mind my screen is OEM - never replaced with no damages) stating it had nothing to do with the tempered glass. I Wouldn't recommend this place. Batteries and screens are very cheap and break easy! Literally a fly running into your screen will break it. They should just stay open for their accessories . I've spend hundreds of dollars in a short period of time until I decided to gave up on their business. Phone screens break just by flicking it and 3/5 batteries are defective. Stay away! read more
