Very disappointed with this phone repair service. I brought my phone in to fix front screen, and after the repair my phone started glitching constantly. The screen freezes, apps crash, and the touch response is worse than before. I expected my phone to work better, not come back with new problems. read more

I came in after getting my new iphone 12 mini across the way at the Cricket store. Stephen was awesome and showed me the otterbox defender series and told me it was the best for drop protection. I asked if they had anything sleeker and they had other awesome cases but after Stephens recommendation I decided to go with the defender series. They were priced very decently! He put my case on for me and I was on my way! Thanks Stephen! read more

Hands down one of the best spots to come repair your phone. I had an XR and Stephen took care of it in less than 20mins. Made the phone screen like nothing happened before. Very impressed with his work and response time was also very prompt. Hopefully I don't break my phone again but if I do, I will definitely return here again. Also price wise, he's got the best competitive pricing in the entire San Diego county. I called over 8 places and he was by far the best one. read more

Cheap screen replacement. I called to let the man know that I had only had the screen replaced a couple months ago and when I first had it replaced the face recognition was acting up and it was a little off with texting. I explained how the screen was bleeding internally and the screen was physically coming out of the phone while it was still CONNECTED. He had the nerve to say it was the issue of the phone and would charge me AGAIN for a replacement. CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP PRODUCTS!!! read more

Lies about prices. Said $90 for new screen and $15 for screen protector. Which should be $105 then charged me "$20" for taxes. Would not come here again. Didn't notice how much extra he charged me until I got home. read more

Came in on a Sunday afternoon after my phone suddenly broke. I showed up about 30 minutes after I called and he went straight to work. The man whom I spoke to was the owner and he worked on my phone ASAP. He was kind, and extremely knowledgeable. He walked me through everything and how to remedy the situation. Got my phone back after an hour and I couldn't be happier. The prices are great and if my phone ever decides to die again, I'll be sure to be back. read more

When Ravindra was finished putting on my new screen protector he said to himself "perfect". I loved that. I had watched him slowly go back and forth cleaning the screen of my new Galaxy with a cleaner, a cleaning cloth, check it, use folded over tape to get any dust, check it, quickly remove the backing on the screen protector, expertly and deftly place it, smooth it down with the cloth, check it again, and then say "perfect". He took quiet pride in a job he probably does 20 times a day but only once every two years for me. Damn, feels good to give MY money to a guy/store like that. How often does that happen these days?! Thanks! Ravi's a rockstar. read more

Bought my tempered glass for my iPhone 7 plus on 4/16 and the next day the bottom curved corners stared to lift. Came in today to request replacement or to fix the issue and the gentleman blamed it on my phones screen (keep in mind my screen is OEM - never replaced with no damages) stating it had nothing to do with the tempered glass. No option to fix, replace, or refund my money. read more

I Wouldn't recommend this place. Batteries and screens are very cheap and break easy! Literally a fly running into your screen will break it. They should just stay open for their accessories . I've spend hundreds of dollars in a short period of time until I decided to gave up on their business. Phone screens break just by flicking it and 3/5 batteries are defective. Stay away! read more
