I've been meaning to do this review and just remembered when I found the receipt. I totally recommend this place! My Microsoft surface laptop got exposed to some liquid. It was still able to turn on but the charging port was not working. I called a few places and they all said they couldn't fix it. Luckily, I called Payless wireless. Instead of telling me "no" right away, they told me to bring it in for them to look at- which I did. They kept it for a day and Nasser was able to fix it. He said it was still wet when he opened it up and was able to get it all dry and fix the charging port. I don't remember what he did exactly since this was years ago. I just wanted to say, thank you for the great customer service, good pricing, and for taking the time to look at it when everyone else wouldn't. I'm still use the same laptop. read more

The technician looked at it and determined that only the screen protector was cracked and the actual phone was fine. On the spot, they changed out the screen protector for me and charged me only $15. I stopped in for a quick quote on my daughter's MacBook to replace her cracked screen. The gave me a price within a minute or so once they checked the model, which I thought was very helpful in the preliminary stages. The price they had offered was the best around, although my kid and I ended up going to the Apple Store to replace the screen since the warranty was the same and price was within $20. And she insisted on paying for the repair due to her own negligence, which was of course an expensive lesson. It happened while she was on vacation in Mexico City and down there at an authorized Apple repair place they quoted her close to $600! Still, we most likely would have repaired the MacBook here, it was just that my daughter felt safer sending it to Apple. They offer a free glass screen protector for cell phones with any service or repair, but the price is good anyway- $15 for most. I plan on replacing mine here soon since I can never seem to place one on without trapping air bubbles under it. read more

Was recommended this place after three other repair shops recommended one after the other because they didn't do soldiery but this place dead. Came in to fix a broken charging port and was fixed up within 30 minutes. After two weeks went by it stopped working so I came by again expecting to pay again. This place was very close to me so decided to visit them with a trouble shoot experience with my old iPhone 7 Plus. I was welcomed and told them problem and told me to hang out for 30 minutes. While waiting they had a team member that was very nice and be able to sell me an iPhone charging original cable while waiting for my phone repair. They were able to reboot my iPhone and charged a great deal. I highly recommend this location for customer service and getting me out on a reasonable time. Very dishonest business. I dropped off my phone for screen repair, when I got it back the FaceID wasn't working. I asked them to fix it and they said only Apple can fix it. They never disclosed to me before fixing my screen that the FaceID would stop working because only Apple is authorized to replace these screens properly with FaceID. They don't care about the customer, only their money. Above that, they have a promo for free tempered glass with each repair and they still charged me $10 for that. Stay far away from these people, they do poor work and don't honor their own warranty. read more

John gives exceptional service and I trust him and his opinions. I've taken multiple electronics to his store for repair and he always comes through. Today I took our tablet from our business that controls the delivery services. I told him that it was an emergency and we needed it ASAP and it was done in exactly 5 hours. i shopped around, read reviews and finally settled on this location of payless wireless. this shop was the least expensive with all pretty great reviews. so, i bit the bullet and went for it. my iphone screen was cracked. for less than $100 sheckels (i cant remember the exact price $89.00 for the screen?) and less than 1/2 hour, i was in and out. nassar (the owner) was courteous, fair and delightful to work with. it answered all my questions thoroughly. i was comfortable leaving my phone to be fixed. more than likely i would bring my laptop in to fix a few problems as well. great prices, great customer service. thank you, nassar!! read more

I had them put a new Clear Protective Flim over the Glass of my Phone for $15.00 an then got a New Outer Box Case for my phone for $25.00. When I purchased my phone 4 Years ago I purchased an Outer Box Case at ATT charged me $60.00 For the Case. I'm sure that now 4 years later that ATT is charging $75.00+ for the Case.
