    "NEW Update.They just lost $265 dispute for selling garbage defective and inadequate aftermarket parts as like new high quality parts.They ruined our phones and lost.You have been warned, but make sure to document everything or you will get scammed.They are sooooo rude and the worst after service company ever in history, but they lost the dispute!! Make sure to pay by credit card or beware!StayAway!" We came in about 3 months ago with 2 sides of broken glass and specifically told the owner, if he cannot guarantee to fix the phone "perfectly" then do not bother wasting your time.Our intentions were to repair the phone and buy 2 new ones when AT&T has their buy one get one free offer.I knew if this phone was fixed "properly" we could sell it for at least $350.If not, Apple already told us they would let us turn the phone in for a new one for $399! Again, the owner said no problem, I will take care of it as he repairs damaged phones like ours all the time.After several phone calls and "nearly 2 weeks" goes by the owner says come in, everything working good and the glass on both sides has been repaired.Here is the kicker!The volume buttons do not work at all!The phone is slightly bulging on one side (hard to close completely) and the glass feels plastic and cheap.He tells me it will be $265 and that his prices are the best in town!I said well you did not fix the phone perfectly and the volume buttons are not working so how is this perfectly fixed? He says there is nothing he can do about it and we owe him $265 or the "phone stays with him".Again, the glass is some dirt cheap aftermarket plastic glass that he probably paid $30 to make $100 each side plus!I will get to this later.Then some nasty rude lady comes out (must be his wife) Uggh and she is the rudest person on the earth and says if we do not like it then too bad.The extreme rude female manager has the worst customer service skills I have ever seen and I am shocked how they have stayed in business this long.No wonder so many "recent" bad reviews have started coming in.What were we supposed to do from here?I had to pay for this lousy repair job and hope we could sell the phone asap to someone for probably what we paid for just to get it repaired! Well this is just the start of a nightmare!2 weeks go by and the glass breaks again from a mere 1 foot fall!Now when I say one foot, I mean 1 foot. BS!Again, we go and visit the owner and the nasty lady and they say well leave us a great review and they will fix it for only $70 CASH.I say why would you not fix it for free when it broke from a 12 inch fall?She says we do not believe you and hear these stories all the time.I said well we have had this phone 2 years and never had the glass break until a legitimate 12 foot fall!The first time it broke from falling off a 12 foot balcony so yeah that was understandable, but not a 12 inch fall.Bottom line is we were left with no choice, but pay this crappy place another $70 cash to fix it and hope it holds up until we sell it.Keep in mind the non working volume button and later you will see how important this was to have been initially fixed.More bad news!3 weeks go by and the glass breaks again from another very very slight fall.This time we go to Tijuana and they install a real Apple type factory glass guaranteed for 1 month, if breaks bring it back and they will fix it.We could tell right away the glass was the "real deal" and only cost $65!They also fixed it in 25 minutes!They said NextGen's work was cheap and shady and why did we not demand the phone was fixed right the first time with the "volume button" not working?I forgot to mention when we brought the phone in the first time to NextGen, the volume button was working!Ok 2 weeks later we go to sell the phone and guess what?We go to transfer the phone to another person and it locks up and needs to be re-booted.THE ONLY WAY IT CAN BE REBOOTED IS IF YOU PRESS AND HOLD DOWN THE VOLUME BUTTON AT THE SAME TIME AS THE HOME BUTTON!Well this is not going to work because garbage NEXTGEN destroyed it after paying $265!They knew what they were doing when they took our money!I found out too late that the volume button is one of the most important features on an I-phone for more than just volume!Basically we got robbed!Cheap cheap cheap glass, shoddy terrible work and a place that basically could care less about their customers.Their rude condescending tone of voice is utterly disgusting. Now they can deal with our great credit card company that stands by their customers!At the very least we are hoping to recoup some of our lost money on a phone that is now useless!We even went in to try and see if they would fix the volume button (yeah stupid idea) as the rude, witch woman practically kicked us out.She tells us she does not even want our business.Well guess what?We will make sure everyone in the area knows not to ever go there!We know everyone!Terrible service with the worst cheap parts!A purely depressing business.So sad!

    Requested quote as a message..decided to call for quote they said $75 we were better off getting a replacement for $50 downgrade or pay &50 deductible for same phone for metro pcs..this place tried to rip us off

    At least $185.00 to repair phone. I still would have to also pay the shipping costs!

    Again, Danny did not disappoint! I called him in regards to the back cover of my phone coming off. I had mentioned to him that I had contacted HTC to send my phone in for repair and they quoted me at least $185.00 dollars. Danny had me bring it in and saw the issue right away. The battery had expanded, making the cover start to peel off. He replaced the battery and resealed it for only $69.00 dollars. In and out in about an hour. Now my phone is like new! Thank you so much!

    ***DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!***This place is a joke and very unprofessional. Contacted them through their website for a quote to clean my laptop and received no response (which is now down). I cleaned my Laptop before bringing in the storefront to get professionally cleaned after spilling coffee on it. Was quoted $35 initially for the service then charged $45 when I went to pick up my laptop because it was an "HP". Service was horrible, no call letting me know my my laptop was ready, fingerprints left on my screen, rubber feet were damaged upon return and initial inspection and was told "things happen during the disassembly sometimes" and was brushed off, cashier "Danny" lazily glued the rubber foot back to the bottom only after I insisted it be fixed. After taking it home for further inspection the back panel was not assembled back correctly causing the it to bend and after taking the panel off to reassembly correctly it doesn't appear ANYTHING was cleaned at all. Do not even trust them enough to bring it back in for them to fix. Save yourself time and money, go somewhere else!!

I brought my iPhone 12 Pro in to have the back glass replaced (badly cracked each time, yeah I suck) and to have a new battery installed. Every single guy I've interacted with has been awesome. They are very friendly, work quickly, care about the customers and are VERY accommodating. HOW accommodating you might ask? Well I brought my phone in yesterday to have the back glass and battery replaced. They were able to fix the back glass no problem but did not have the battery at the north park location so they asked to come in tomorrow. I mentioned that I wouldn't make it by closing because of my work commute. Well that didn't deter them from being awesome at all. Not only did Miguel, from the downtown shop, bring the battery up from his store, but he showed up at the north park location 30 minutes after closing AND replaced the battery for me. I choose to support local businesses and I am MORE than happy to spend some time writing up a review (here and on google) for great people behind a great local small business. I hope this review is helpful (it really is) and hope you give them your business (cmonnn). Thank you guys for giving a s**t about your customers!

They make sure you pay for the service first then they attempt to fix your phone screen and after a few days almost 2 weeks later hey say it's unfixable and won't refund your money!! watch out for these SCAMMERS!!     On the surface, Roger is a kind, friendly, hard working, diligent man who gets the job done for his…read morecustomers the fastest he can. This can be said for the people who have easy fixes and/or communicate every single needed detail to him before he goes to work. When it comes to customers with complicated matters however, this is where it gets shaky. Very shaky. The great 1989 earthquake of San Francisco shaky. Donald Trump's reaction to Bad Bunny shaky. He becomes combative and defensive, as you can see on his replies on all the bad reviews here. I brought my Macbook to him on May 2024 because it kept freezing. He got it working again in about two weeks! Amazing!!! HOWEVER... what he decided to do WITHOUT MY CONSENT was upgrade my system. I never asked him to do such a thing. So in his defense, he said I should've told him from the beginning to not upgrade my computer. I didn't want an upgrade because my older programs I frequent would not work anymore with the new OS. So, what? Is it standard operating procedure for this to happen? Is it common knowledge? I never signed a contract, nor did he ever give a word stating he would upgrade my system if he ever saw the need for it. This was a continuous uphill argument that only gave me a worsening, worsening impression on him. As you can see, Roger does not practice the classic businessman's motto "the customer is always right". He did offer to fix things anyway at no additional cost. Thing is, I gave him my laptop to attempt reversing the upgrade in June 2024 and he kept it for ONE WHOLE YEAR. Within that year, I'd follow up with him every week. He apparently has been hospitalized, went to the Philippines and was having personal problems. I don't know which of those to believe. But long story short, I didn't receive my laptop back until early July 2025. There was no extra work done to it. It was in the same condition as when I handed it back to him a year prior with the updated OS. He even gave me a box for a new iPad, with no iPad inside it. Very funny Roger. People, I've come to learn he isn't registered with the BBB or the BHGS. He also blocked my phone number, as I was trying to reach out to him for at least a partial refund, and my text never said delivered. This guy used to argue that he did fix my system, and the amount I paid him covered that. But where's the customer satisfaction? I didn't get that AT ALL. The amount I paid him SHOULD include customer satisfaction. It's basic business principle isn't it? So behind the polite smile, the "God bless you", the "it warms my heart when you leave good reviews", this is what you'll get when something doesn't go your way. I'll never have my old Macbook the way it was again and my $372.35 was thrown in the trash. I'll never hear and edit the inspiring audio that I can only access with my old ProTools program. Nor could I ever see or edit the amazing photos I kept in my old Lightroom program ever again. Thank you Roger. Thank you for teaching me that my weakness in undercommunicating will cost me in the end. Thank you for adding an unanswered grievance to my life. This is one malpractice on your part Dr. Apple. And my heart goes out to the others that have been wronged under your care.
