I decided to move forward with them, and the drop-off process was quick and easy. Alex explained the timeline clearly and even asked if I wanted to add a tempered glass protector. The next day, I was able to cancel the protector I had ordered online and called them back. Although they didn't answer right away, Luis returned my call within 20 minutes and was just as professional. He even offered me a further discount on the screen protector. Said "$35 if we could take it out". $35 for a stripped screw. I respected it regardless and said ok. 45 minutes later told me they couldn't and then showed me an even worse screw. I dropped my iPad off and within 2 days it was fixed - when I got home there was some type of green line down my screen and I called them and told them of the green line, they stated they would need to replace something else as well and they did not charge me for it!! They were so nice and helpful and offered to replace it for me because when I brought it in, the green line was not there. It took about 5 days for them to order the needed part and fix it.
