I dropped my iPad off and within 2 days it was fixed - when I got home there was some type of green line down my screen and I called them and told them of the green line, they stated they would need to replace something else as well and they did not charge me for it!! They were so nice and helpful and offered to replace it for me because when I brought it in, the green line was not there. It took about 5 days for them to order the needed part and fix it. Tech Experts had the highest Yelp rating, so I called to ask if they take walk-in repairs. The man said yes and so we headed over. When I arrived the tech was super friendly, technically knowledgeable, and gave me an assurance that he could fix my device. He said it will take him about an hour. His quoted price was very reasonable and so I left my phone with him for repair. He called us in less than 30min to say that my phone was repaired! I was amazed. We headed back and my phone was pristine, fixed, and working excellent. As a Yelper getting a repair, you get a free glass screen protector with your check-in! They installed it on the spot and it was great. Next week I am bringing my daughter's iPhone 7 broken screen to the Tech Experts. I am going to also refer all of my friends in the area to them. This business may be good for phone repair, but fixing a laptop is clearly not a strength. My laptop screen wasn't working and they said they can replace it within a couple of weeks. Then they called to say they ordered the wrong screen and it would take more time. They later called again to say that they needed to order a cable too. After not hearing from them for a couple of more weeks, I called and they said it was ready for pick up. When I came in to pick it up, they said they could not fix it, blaming the problem on the motherboard despite the fact that we had already determined by connecting to an outside monitor that the computer works fine other than a dark display on the laptop screen. These folks clearly do not know what they are doing with a laptop, and they are afraid to tell you that. read more

Most recent was younger son had his iPhone suddenly drop dead without warning. They suspected water damage from an incident more than a week earlier, which surprised me, and they couldn't handle in house. When I showed up he asked me a few questions regarding the phone's performance and once it was determined that it was only the screen that needed to be replaced, he estimated a fix time of about an hour and was told to come back about 4:30 p.m. It turned out to be a little less than that and was done by that time.
