The GPS takes you to the gas station next door for some odd reason. It doesn't have a sign saying Wireless Pros so keep in mind it's located inside the Metro PCS w/ the little plaza of stores. I contacted places for quotes to get my iPhone 6s screen repaired. My price w/ Wireless Pros was fairly cheaper than any other places I called. I paid $50 to have my phone fixed which is an amazing price!! When I walked in they wasted no time. They knew who I was & why I was there. Took my phone, I went next door to get a juice to kill time then went back inside to wait. They told me it'd be done in 45mins but I was literally in & out in 30mins! Francisco the store owner was great & kind from start to finish. We had a good short convo while I paid. Very personable & professional. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone including all my family & friends!! Let's hope I never have to fix my phone screens again... But if I do, I know the place I'll be going to!! I was looking to get my iPhone 12 screen fix and happened to stumble across this joke of a business. Their website clearly said "iPhone 12 Glass & LCD Screen Repair - $55". I thought this was a great price. When I called to see if they had it in stock, they said, "Yes, that repair is $115". I then told him, "Your website says $55" and he said, "No, you must be mistaken. Let me check my website". NO PAL, YOU MUST BE MISTAKEN! YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW THE PRICE THAT YOU ADVERTISE?! After a couple of minutes on hold, he comes back and tells me, "Yeah, that's a typo. It's $115 but for the typo, we will do it for $100." Thanks but no thanks. Buyer beware! You might see one price before you go in and another when you get there. I hope he has "fixed the typo" since this review, otherwise, he's just cheating the customers. False advertisement!!! read more

INCREDIBLE IS NOT EVEN AN ENOUGH WORD FOR WHAT HAPPENED HERE! I have had two phones I could not figure out for over 4 years to get information out of to validate a point legally I needed. If I could not validate this point it would cost me thousands of dollars-that is keeping it simple. A friend who has a friend recommended Francisco at this store. It was no where near my home but what option did I have? It turned out that while the phones were over 4 years old, he could get the parts to fix them Not only did he fix them for a very reasonable price, I got more than I was expecting which in turn made what I need to do so much more easier and less costly. He and his staff kept me informed along the way, as one phone's parts were taking longer. Even when people were starting to crowd into the store, it was arranged socially distanced style, and more employees came to assist. Came in on a co-worker's recommendation to fix my freshly cracked screen on my iPhone 5c. I came in asked if they can fix my screen they said yes followed by the price. I said a-ok and they even dropped the price a few bucks. Francisco got to work and before I can finish an article from one of their magazines he was done and sent me on my way. Quick, efficient, and friendly. Even came with a 30 day warranty and a new home button!Fair price but make my mistakes feel painless when forking over my damaged goods. I came in over a broken iPad screen, after 2 days I received it back and added the screen protector for an additional $25. When I got home, we realized the home button wasn't properly working so I retuned it and picked up the following day. It seems to me the screen protector is no longer on the iPad so I go back to the store and the man at the counter tells me it is, calls the owner and he confirms. Few days later my son breaks the screen. I go back, 2 days later its ready for pick up. They charge me another $30. Fine, whatever.. It was their mistake for not putting the screen protector, but they did remember me and offered to fix the problem. Again I go home and my son breaks the screen, at this point I am thinking "Wth, why didn't they put the screen protector again!?" I call, I tell the man at the counter, "hey fyi I came in to get my screen replaced because you failed to add the PAID screen protector, be careful next time or give me the option to purchase it a second time" and he tells me "sounds like you shouldn't give your son an iPad, find something else for him to play with." Lol.. Granted, he may be right, but aren't they there for that reason..? I paid for my services and I was only expecting the same level of respect! His comment made my rating go from 5 to 2 in .1 second. Your services aren't free, my time was definable wasted going back to give you a second and third opportunity to fix YOUR mistake! Anyway, owner was always courteous and he did fix my iPad as promised. My rating is based on that one comment, all that time wasted going back and forth, and $160 spent only to be left with a broken screen. read more
