She let her know the phone was ordered online and she was just there to pick it up. The representative didn't even attempt to gather any information about the order or even try to assist. Instead they insisted the phone isnt there and the one they have is for another customer. For one, how do you even know what phone we're picking up without asking? I believe they sold the phone to gain commissions on it because they probably dont get commission from online orders. The funniest part is I got an email saying my order was canceled after 72 hours because I didnt pick up the phone. What a freaking joke. Save yourself the trouble and do not go here.

I come to pick it up to find out he did not put the same type screen of screen that comes on the iPhone 14 Pro which is a 120hz OLED screen. He instead gave me a basic 60z lcd screen. The difference is night and day and I noticed as soon as I picked it up. He said he never specified what type of screen he was gonna put and was just told to fix it. He knew very well that these come with OLED and not lcd. He said it was my fault because I didn't ask for it, I did not know you put worse parts on a customers phone without letting them know! Super unprofessional, blamed me said it was my fault and that if I wanted to change it I would have to pay him again to take it off after his mistake. Talk about customer service and satisfaction. And to top that off he messed my ringer up, it makes a jittery and broken noise that it didn't make before I took it there. I was charged 260 in total for this garbage! Would not recommend, super shady and unprofessional business! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I decided after only 3 days that I didn't like this phone and went to return it. They said they couldn't refund my money but they would refund my tax in some other silly thing .
