Nice guy, charged me a $150.00 to make my computer faster. He added some HP programs, applied thermal paste and I was on my way. Got home, computer was slower due to the added programs and wouldn't log in. I spoke with Robert, he gave me some instructions that didn't work and said he would be over the next day. My wife took a look at it and got it going and she is a nurse not a computer oriented individual. I removed the added apps and am now where I started, except my wallet is lighter. I should have known when the business is in his garage in an alley. read more

Was doing a reset on my laptop when my nephew accidentally bumped into it, resulting in the screen not turning on. I found 24/7 computer solutions and gave it a shot due to its reviews. When I went there, I immediately felt Robert's sincerity and willingness to help as opposed to a lot of businesses that try to ripoff their customers and make money off of them. He even went as far as showing me the price of the replacement screen he was ordering by browsing the item online in front of me and gave me a reasonable price for the repair. If you have any computer issues, look no further than 24/7 Computer Solutions. His reviews are definitely warranted read more

The support service here is outstanding. The owner gave me excellent advise and support over the phone for me to troubleshoot a few things before brining my PC in. In the end it was not necessary for me to bring my PC in which meant I received free support and took up over ten minutes of owners time which he was patient about and had no qualms with it. 24/7 has my Strongest Recommendation for computer repairs. Robert is responsive, dependable, fair and a straight shooter! No funny business with this guy. I've gone to him twice to have my MacBook Air repaired and months later, took my daughter's MacBook Air to him also. Turns out there was nothing wrong with daughters and he called me back the next day stating he's run full diagnostics and found nothing wrong other than our charger might be was failing (which it was). He did not charge us despite my persistence to pay for his troubleshooting. I will absolutely continue to bring my business back to him. read more
