This is the only computer repair shop I'll go to from now on. Emad had excellent costumer service from the start. My Mac Laptop had crashed and I needed to recover the data. He gave me an estimate and told me he would diagnose for free before he charged me anything. AND The price for the data recovery was cheaper than all of the other shops I called. He was able to pull off all my documents and pictures and even found out what was wrong with my computer! One of the fans had a missing screw so it didn't work and was causing my hard drive to over heat and the video card to malfunction (that's the summary but he explained it in depth and made sure I understood what happened). He also didn't charge me since the repair was so minor! Im pretty sure most shops would have charged an arm and a leg for replacing that little screw. I couldn't afford to replace my laptop and I needed it for school so I'm glad I found this place and experienced Emad's amazing service! My hardware crashed and I needed IT help immediately, so I checked out this company via Yelp. They closed at 6pm, and I showed up around 530ish, and he was willing to spend time with me as if he just opened up shop. He directed me to purchase a hard drive from Office Depot and gave me the exact model information to purchase. I brought it back close to 6pm, and immediately he went to work. I received the 40% discount, but my cost should have been much because of the work he did. It took about two days of work. He really gave expert advice and very knowledgeable. He even installed an anti virus on my computer. My computer runs very fast now and it's just like new. I'm happy we have people that care instead of taking advantage.
