Had a really great experience trying to find the problem with a computer I had in addition to getting a disc out of a computer that doesn't power on. Javier answered my e-mails and texts very quickly, and it was very easy to drop off the computer for him to take a look at it. Ended up taking less than a couple hours and he gave the options along with a pretty honest suggestion on whether to fix it (which he'd be able to) or not, which was cool of him.
