This is the place to call if you want remote technical support to repair a severe software problem at the BIOS level on a Windows 11 computer. After describing the problem by phone, pricing was made very clear at the beginning of the conversation. In additional to the usual "share the screen" setup, I used my phone camera to show the technician what was happening when my screen couldn't be shared through software. After the horrific error message on my screen this morning ("Invalid Or Damaged Boot Partition) and a posting of "Help!" on FB via phone, I'm up and running again on the same day, thanks to a friend's recommendation of www.techsupportsd.com . I had a flash drive in a USB port that was somehow giving my computer the impression that it had to boot from there instead of the C: drive! When he called me back, he said right off: "If you have any flashdrives in USB ports, pull them out and reboot." That was all it took. Recently have been experiencing a few issues with my Apple desktop at home.
