I first met Erik Nunn in 2011. He rid my computer of a virus and set up my entire home network. To save time, he worked on the many items on my list while the software was busy detecting the virus. Two years later, I was delighted to discover that Erik was still in San Diego and still available to work his magic. This time, he installed a new router, ensured that my printer communicated with my computer, fixed my computer problems, set the computer to backup automatically onto an external hard drive, stored my files in Dropbox and synchronized my cell phone, netbook and laptop. Erik's hourly rates are very competitive and he gets a lot done in a short amount of time. In addition, Erik is responsive to telephone calls. He is timely and efficient and he was able to get my predictive dialer up for me and worked with another company to assist in getting one of my servers back up on line. We just needed an emergency repair of our MacBook Pro. I spilled hot tea on it! The call to Apple ended with an appointment for a day about 10 days later. A search online took us to Eric at Endless Technology Solutions. Eric gave me detailed instructions on how to handle the device until we delivered it to them. Erik helped me fix my computer. He is really friendly and efficient. My laptop is more than two years old and it had whole lot of issues - it was painfully slow, the touchscreen feature wasn't working, battery problem and more. The good: - Fixed my computer issues - Did a free tune-up - Friendly The bad: - Terrible communication - Damaged my keyboard - Slow repair time From the start, I told Erik that I was on a time constraint and I needed my computer fixed in one week. He assured me that it wouldn't be an issue because the parts he was replacing don't take long to install. After I dropped my computer off, he said he would call me in 1-2 hours. I never heard from him so I called him the next morning to see what was going on, where he then said he would call me within the hour to let me know. Once again he never called, so I called him first thing Monday morning. By this time, four days had gone by with nothing being done, and he hadn't called me once. This ended up forcing me to pay for expedited shipping for the parts. When my computer was supposedly finally ready to be picked up (He assured me it would be done in the morning, 12 days later), he never contacted me. So again I called him to make sure it would still be ready that day; I was able to pick it up that afternoon. After everything was said and done, I went home and noticed that my keyboard was not put back on properly-- it is loose and the corners aren't pushed down all the way. Worse, there are numerous scrapes and dents on my outer keyboard where someone was obviously not being gentle when removing the keyboard. Price: $90 flat rate for labor Erik, I apologize for having to write your first bad review. If you want to create a good reputation for your business, don't make promises you can't keep. If you told a customer you would call them, don't blow them off... repeatedly. Lastly, be gentle with other people's belongings. read more

Erik and his team are amazing. We have been working with him for several years now and he has always tried to address our issues as quickly as they come. His track record is also excellent, having been able to resolve 99.9% of the problems we throw his way. And we have thrown a lot of random problems in front of him. He is super reasonable with his pricing and probably better priced than 80-90% of the tech professionals and companies out there. Other qualities about him that we really value. First, he is honest. I know that should be a given, but you'd be surprised how many companies and people are not. And when I say honest, I mean it in every way. Definitely in the basic sense that he is absolutely trustworthy, but he is also honest if and when he makes a mistake. He admits the mistake and then fixes his mistake. Or when he cannot fix something (let's you know instead of wasting a ton of your money trying to fix something he cannot fix). Second, Erik is very forward thinking.
