Our e-mail server stopped handling the mail, but the computer was running. It's a complicated setup, with Linux virtual machines and a separate IP address and static IPs, and our computers are mostly Windows. After a few days of no e-mail and not being able to fix it myself, I found ASCII 27. Dave responded quickly and pleasantly, came to our office, looked at our documentation, figured it all out, and fixed it. Some of our documentation was incorrect, some settings had been changed, and a router might have failed. Dave got it all done, then followed up to be sure all was working correctly. I first went to Dave Ussell about 5 years ago when I encountered a very scary problem with my computer. Due to a virus, it was reproducing every e-mail into hundreds and then thousands of copies. He recently helped me set up a new computer and get all my data transferred and then got the wireless printer running for both my desktop and laptop. Dave Ussell (ASCII 27) has been fixing my computer for about 10 years. He comes to my home at all hours of the day and night, 7 days per week, and he always gets the thing going again. He eliminates viruses, fixes hardware problems, calms balky printers, and straightens out just about everything that can possibly go wrong with these machines.
