My print shop moved to a new space with a new network, new internet…read moreservice....When it was time to install and connect all our computers and servers to the new network, Aero IT came in and it was smooth sailing. The night before the move, I started to panic b/c I realized we were getting a new IP address, and in my non-tech/end-user only experience, new IP addresses sure horse things up. Aero had already prepared for the transition with our new IP, which included our website, our email, AND our crucial-to-operations online order form. I had nothing to worry about. Tyler and his team are professional, friendly, clearly super smart people, and for me, they helped make a very stressful situation (moving my business) stress-free when it came to the IT support. Once we're settled, we'll be upgrading our servers/etc., and Aero's the team for the job.

He's also been a great teacher! Under his tutelage, I'm finally learning how to use my computer and printer effectively! Before I met Eric, I had resigned myself to the idea that I was just an old dinosaur who wasn't tech savvy and therefore wouldn't ever be able to learn how to use my computer and printer properly. Now I consider myself a middle-aged dinosaur who has learned how to use my printer and computer considerably better than I did in the past. So I'm making some meaningful progress, and I'm realizing that you CAN teach an old dog new tricks! Thanks, Eric!

I highly recommend On-Site Techs for any of your computer service needs…read more I needed to transfer data from my old laptop to a new laptop so that I could function at work without down time. I searched online for Tech Support in San Diego and then contacted several firms. Some were not responding to voice mail messages and, when we eventually spoke, had high rates and long lead times before a tech could be sent to my office. John Airy of On-Site Techs returned my call almost immediately, has reasonable rates and could see me the next day. Once John assessed the time for transfer of data from computer to computer, he recommended saving time by taking the two laptops to his location to complete the data transfer. He then was willing to return on a holiday to adjust the views on the new computer to my familiarity so that I could function for the next work day. John is extremely knowledgeable, proficient and efficient. He communicated well to explain how views could be adjusted and he made good suggestions without tying to upsell programs. He has an excellent professional manner. I intend to retain the services of On-Site Techs as my local source for any of my computer issues. John is simply outstanding for his business performances.

I've taken on the superhuman task of running Parallels on my Macbook Pro solely to access the PC/Windows OS for Microsoft Office Suite, which I begrudgingly admit is far superior to Office for Mac. This is me, playing nicely in a sandbox, that I created for myself, with my very own castle. Cole helped me set up and optimize my workflow, which also involved multiple monitors. It was important for me to have him see my setup physically, meet me in person, and to better understand what problems I was trying to solve. Pros: Mobile, Well versed on both Mac/PC, extremely patient, willing to go the extra mile Cons: None - reasonable hourly rate. @Lauren M., I too was told they only offered their services to small businesses, but I pleaded my case as a remote employee and a consultant (technically, running a sole proprietorship). Rather than worrying about their business practices, why not practice your own business and explain your rationale?
