Then I decided to search specific Mobile Phone Technical Support Companies on this Yelp page. I found this MobileCom Company website. Their location is very close distance from my home. I also read about their good Yelp Reviews regarding their customers issues. I was able to drive over to the MobileCom Store on Tuesday for April 21, 2026 at 1 PM. This MobileCom Store accepts walk-in customers. This MobileCom Store is located in a compact strip mall. When I walked into the front entrance I talked to Samir. Samir said their MobileCom Store is a family owned business and has been in operation for 7 years. I explained to Samir that my Apple IPhone XR stopped working for one day with the front screen turned all black and this red light kept flashing every 5 minutes. Samir looked at my Apple IPhone XR and he asked me What was I using my cell phone for before the screen went black? I told Samir that I downloaded this Free Majohn App on my cell phone and then I started playing this online Majohn Game for a few hours. My Apple IPhone XR was working fine on Monday, April 20, 2026 until the next morning on April 22, 2026 on Tuesday. Samir said since my Apple IPhone XR is an older model and I have owned this cell phone for almost 8 years now. I need to delete this Game App off my Apple IPhone XR because playing games takes up too much memory and it caused my Apple IPhone XR to lock up my system. Samir started to remove my cell phone screen to see the electronic components in the back of the cell phone. Then Samir wiped the unit parts with a dust free cloth to remove the debris inside . Samir put the 2 parts back together and he plugged in a charging plug with the cable into the wall outlet and pressed the side button to turn the power on to my cell phone. After Samir was able to see the Apple Icon on the front Screen. Samir gave me my Apple IPhone XR in order for me to sign into my account. Samir started to clean off all the Data in the cache history to free up more memory and the storage space for my files. It had taken Samir about 20 minutes to complete this process. Afterwards, Samir told me that since I have owned my cell phone for about 8 years now, my Apple IPhone XR is due for an upgraded Apple IPhone Version soon. That's the reason my Apple IPhone XR is slowing down on me. Then I asked Samir, how much is he going to charge me for his service? Samir said since this issue was a simple matter he will not charge me a fee this first time. I Thanked Samir for helping me in getting my Apple IPhone XR back in great condition. I received excellent customer service from Samir and his expert service. I will definitely continue to come back to this MobileCom Store again in the future.

Only for them to sell me a stolen phone that was locked.. I paid for the phone in FULL & even agreed to sign on with the phone service they provide.. when I called to inform them that I was attempting to switch services but was being told the phone was locked, the little man on the phone told me, I can either keep paying for their service or go find a new phone somewhere. These people are BAD BUSINESS.. and it's crazy because like I said I've been coming here for years. NEVER again. Do not recommend. Also, how are you answering the phone but then telling me you guys are closed so you can't do anything til Monday? How does that work?

This shop came up, so I went in person to ask about pricing and how long it would take. The person running the shop took the time to explain all my options and was very patient and respectful throughout the process. He was able to get my prescription transition lenses for my new Meta glasses within 2-3 days, which was much faster than what I was used to. When I first received the glasses, I noticed the lenses had small scratches or some sort of smudge. I brought it up, and without any hassle, he kindly ordered me a new pair of lenses at no extra charge. The replacement lenses were ready within just 2 days, and this time everything looked great. He even let me keep the first lenses he ordered along with an extra glasses frame. Overall, I had a great experience here, mainly because of the excellent customer service and how professionally they handled the situation. They also get the job done quickly. I'll definitely be coming back whenever I need new lenses again.

Initially coming here, I wasn't quite sure what to expect since it was our first visit. My two…read moreteenage sons had prom coming up in about 3 1/2 weeks, and we were assisted by the manager, Aaron. At first, the interaction felt a bit awkward. He asked if we were ready to make a purchase before even completing my second son's measurements or allowing them to try on suits. I explained that we weren't committed to buying just yet--we wanted to make sure both of my sons found something they liked, as I didn't want to go to two different places. Since measurements are necessary before trying anything on, the approach felt a little rushed and slightly pressured before we even had a chance to fully understand the rental process, available options, or pricing within our budget. Once both of my sons found suits they liked, the experience shifted in a more positive direction. However, during the measuring and fitting process, we were interrupted several times because Aaron had to step away to assist at the front desk. While I understand a manager may need to step in when necessary, there seemed to be enough staff available, and it would have been helpful to have another associate assist us to avoid the repeated interruptions. What likely could have been a 45-minute process ended up taking closer to an hour and a half to two hours. We were informed that payment was required upfront, which was fine, as we were already in the system and planned to return later in the week to complete everything. Aaron did provide us with a detailed copy of our order, which we appreciated since we were doing a full head-to-toe rental (everything except undergarments). After that, the process felt smooth and well-organized. We were told we could return the suits to any location, which was especially convenient since we would be in Irving for prom. Pricing is on the higher side--especially during prom season, which I understand is their busiest time--but they did offer a promotional discount that made it more manageable. Most importantly, my sons looked amazing. The suits were pristine, well-pressed, and overall a great choice for such a special occasion. One note: my oldest son's suit could have been sized down slightly, so I'd recommend making sure you're completely happy with the fit before leaving. They do offer overnight exchanges if needed, which is a great option--just be sure to allow enough time and consider picking up early to avoid any last-minute stress. Overall, despite a slightly rocky start and some interruptions, I would recommend them if you're looking for a convenient, one-stop shop for formalwear.

What a bummer, especially after seeing so many reviews praising great customer service…read more This was my first time shopping at Pandora. I placed an order online for in-store pickup, hoping for a quick and easy experience. Unfortunately, that was not the case. After already having a long day (not the store's fault), my family and I arrived and were met outside with a sign saying, "Please wait for the next sales associate." We were second in line with no one behind us. About two minutes later, we moved up to first and then waited what felt like forever. One associate was at the far-left counter with a sign that read "Online Orders Pick Up Here," but she did not acknowledge or assist us at all. She continued putting jewelry away and remained seated. Another associate finished helping a customer and walked over to chat at the same counter. Then a third associate finished with her customer and also joined them. All three stood there talking while the line grew to five people. After waiting approximately 10-15 minutes, we were finally helped. For a first-time experience, this was extremely disappointing. Customer service felt inattentive and unorganized. Unfortunately, this was a one-and-done visit for me. I won't be returning.

What is still bothering me, when I asked about the scrap gold that should have been returned or credited to my bill, I was told they don't cut and remove a piece, they "Shave the gold". In my 66 years I have never heard "Shaved" in relationship to sizing rings. I can assure you at $5,000 per once, they didn't sweep it into a trash can. I had many rings sized, designed and casted. If I had extra gold left over from a project it was returned or credited. If I was short I had to ether provide more or pay the difference. I would advise that if you have a ring resized make sure they understand YOU WANT THE GOLD THAT WAS REMOVED, you can save it for a future project or they can credit you the weight after identifying the kart of your ring, 10.12,14,18,22 etc. even though the ring turned out well, that bothered me. I give them 4 stars because they did resize and polish my ring, they did it in less time than expected, and it turned out great. I'll chock this up to a learning experience to be absolutely clear in the future no matter where I go, if gold is removed, I ether want a credit or returned.
